Apr 10, 2024strategy, so I got one last thing. I came back to Apple with a few other people two and a half years ago, what we found was a great company that needed a little help, a lot of incredibly talented people, and in fact, while I'm at it, I would like all the people at Apple who you've been working on OS 10 and you've been working on our internet stuff stand up right now and give me a hand, we also have some credible partners we work with, cks on the graphics side, kill the advertising psyche You guys, stand up quickly for a minute, everyone at Apple has been working very hard these two and a half years and during this time I have been the interim CEO.
I have another job at Pixar as CEO. which I love, so I was the interim CEO of Apple. Well, I think after two and a half years I hope we've been able to prove to our Pixar shareholders and our Apple shareholders that maybe we can pull off this dual CEO thing. off, so I'm not changing any of my roles at either Pixar or Apple, but I'm happy to announce today that I'm leaving the working title. I will thank you, thank you, you are making me feel. It's funny now because I can cut. I can come to work.
I get to come to work every day and work with the most talented people on the planet at Apple and Pixar and it's the best job in the world and these
jobs
are team sports. At Apple this is a team sport and, as you know, I accept your thanks on behalf of everyone at Apple because we have all been working very hard. Someone once called me CEO about a year ago and I like that, so I'm going to choose that as my title, if that's okay, to remind me of what's really important, which is, of course, the Internet, so I'm very happy for this.I'm sorry, I'm sorry for keeping you here for so long. tomorrow but we had a lot of great things to tell you, thank you very much.
