First Impression | Mary Kay Oil Mattifier

s video on a new product I just bought from Mary Kay. I went to a Mary Kay party and was really interested in trying this since I and many of you have fat. skin is just oily forehead and T zone so this is what the product looks like it only comes in standard Mary Kay packaging and this is what if the claims are oily mattifying for oily skin suitable for sensitive skin Fragrance-free and non-comedogenic, this lightweight formula dries to a natural matte finish and instantly sees oil-controlling shine for at least eight hours.

Avoid contact with the eyes. Apply it sparingly on areas prone to shine after your moisturizer, so I'll assume it works as a primer. Shine control primer for you to moisturize and apply the mattifying oil and then follow with your foundation routine, so I thought it would be worth a try. I haven't even opened it yet, so eight hours right now is 10:23 on my phone. I work until 6:30 tonight so I'll probably be home around 7 and then I'll film this and it'll be about 8 hours or so so it'll be a really good test to see so here's what the packing. it looks like it's a standard 0.6 fluid ounce - and the very cute packaging is really cute, haven't you really seen it it's like a nice shiny pink material, shiny plastic I don't know, it's really cute anyway, I don't know if you can see it on the camera, but I'm more interested in the product, this is what the product looks like and it comes out in a little applicator tube, so it's a bit.

I didn't expect it to be white. I did not expect it. I was expecting it to be more moisturizing looking but I thought it would be more like a silicone base but I wasn't really sure it would feel a bit more water based and by the way I already applied my moisturizer so I just Applying this to my T zone all over my forehead, I'm just going to apply a little on my nose and around my chin, I got a little oily in these areas. I didn't have to use too much. I found out that it spreads. very sparingly it feels good on the skin it doesn't feel heavy it feels like there's nothing there it definitely dries down to a matte finish I don't know if you can see yeah it's a little hard to understand but my forehead and you know, It's a nice area.

The area looks very matte, there's definitely no shine there, although you know today hasn't started yet, so now I'm going to continue with my usual foundation routine, which I love the back of, it's funny, I have a fellow fan and my face because that's how it is. It's a little hot in this room and it's like just blowing my hair Hey, the power of makeup, no, ha ha ha, my makeup routine and I'm so excited to see if it will work. I mean, my T-zone looks very matte, so I'm very hoping it works. I love Mary Kay products.

I've used Mary Kay products before having one of their parties a few years ago and I really loved their foundation so I want to go back to that, but I'm super anyway. I'm excited to see if this will work and yes, so I'm going to run some errands, go to work and be back in about 8 hours to let you know if this works. I'm not going to dry my face today. It's going to be a very real experimentation though okay guys I'll see you later okay guys so I'm back with my final review of the product so right now it's 705 so it's been about eight and a half hours and the statement is that it's supposed to keep the shine for about eight hours so I'm kind of over it now so I will say that this product I used as a kind of makeup base so

I use my moisturizer like it says and then I applied this before. your base so that's what I did and today I haven't lifted my face at all and I will say it's been a very busy day, busier than usual for me so I've been out all day and work was doing very hot in there, so I will say I've been a little sweaty, I'm not going to lie about that, but overall, I was really going to monitor myself throughout the day and I will say that I usually get greasy very quickly if I'm not wearing something to control it and probably about four or five hours and I stepped back and looked in the mirror.

Now I was like, oh, like it still looked pretty good because I mean, I'm telling you, I get really greasy after I wash. face at night I don't put on makeup for an hour, so on my forehead, as if you can wipe it off, it's disgusting. I know, so this really did a great job of masking it for as long as possible. I think maybe six or seven hours and I started to see a little bit of a glow, like you see light reflecting off my forehead. I mean, I have a little highlight on my cheekbone, but as you can see when I move my forehead, it's definitely like a little Whaley. right now, yeah, it's not terrible at all, although it's just a little bit.

I will tell you that it is much more than usual. I also reviewed the Rimmel matte foundation in the past and I will say I compared it, they both have a similar texture, they both have a similar working effect for me, like they delay it maybe you know, like I said five six seven hours maximum , but I definitely reduced the amount of oil that is usually in there, but of course not. I really don't think any product can keep me totally matte all day, it's just impossible, but at least it can mask like 70% of the oil I would normally like to eat up my face.

I would say you don't want to buy a loan again if you don't have a contact ID. At best, a matte foundation is something very similar, and it still comes with more products for about the same price. I definitely would. I say this is useful and it actually worked as my makeup base didn't budge. I don't know if it's because of this. I mean the bases do that for me, but I like how this worked as a base too. My makeup still looks great. You know, flawless, didn't come off at all during the day again. It helped me to say that it is mainly matte.

I don't think there is anything that will keep you matte all day. I'm sure you could reapply this throughout the day over your makeup. It doesn't say you can't, so you could probably reapply it to any of those areas just to absorb that oil and mattify the skin, so yeah, using my own review, I think this sells for around ten to fifteen. dollars something like that and again it's one point six fluid ounces. I hope you enjoyed this review video if you have oily skin like me this could work really well for you try it and in your makeup routine if you have oily skin use it with like a mattifying oil like that make sure to use other oil control or mattifying products.

I can map datian and I also love my oil control beyond belief a little moisturizer for the face why might it be good yes this is one of my favorite products to actually use.
