Revelation 1:5 to 20

Mar 18, 2024
let's see five one Romans 5 1. Romans 5 1 says, therefore, being justified by faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ so we are justified by faith now what is Justified Justified is forgiveness is just if I would never have sinned when we are forgiven of our sins God looks at us and says it's like you never sinned as far as I'm concerned because it's completely forgiven then we are justified by the grace of God through our faith as far as Romans 5 9 and 5 9 much more than now being justified by his blood then our faith in the blood of Jesus then Paul's message is to trust in the blood and we find that in Romans 3 25. so let's go to Romans 3 25. this is the message that many churches no longer preach this is something that the new versions of the Bible completely confuse in this verse, but this The verse says through faith in his blood says in Romans 3 25 whom God has made a propitiation through faith in his blood to declare his righteousness for the mission of sins that have passed away through the patience of God, so it is through faith in the blood that we are saved, so once you come to Jesus and see the atoning blood, he sheds his blood for you, the Bible says that without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin when you trust in the atonement of Christ, when you trust in the blood, you say hey I receive that for me from me is when you are saved by faith in the blood And after that, well, let's return to Revelation chapter 1 and verse 5. to the one who loved us and washed us from our sins and his. blood you are Blood washed that blood of Jesus washes your sins and is your soul now your soul when you sin he stains himself sin stains the soul when God looks at a person who is not saved and sees his soul is like a lot of black stains but When you get saved he doesn't see the stains he sees the blood there's a song I can't remember that song but it's something about how deep the stains have gone remember that song and it's about how the blood of Jesus Christ washes us from all our sins, now you know who tells us that again, that's John, go to First John, I think it's 1 7.
revelation 1 5 to 20
First John 1 7. Now I didn't find any place in Paul where Paul says we are washed. in the blood Paul says we are forgiven by the blood and our sins are forgiven, we are justified, but he must have taught that or where would John have gotten it from, but it's interesting that John, a man, took Paul's message and went. He went further and said no, no, not only are you justified and forgiven by the blood, you are washed by the blood and in 1 John 1 7, but if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another. others and the blood of Jesus Christ his son cleanses us from all sin that is being washed with blood, cleanses our soul, so what a great thing, can you imagine? people say no, we shouldn't read Revelation, it's not for us today, they miss the most important doctrine of hey, I'm washed in the blind I guess you can't sing that hymn anymore if you're a preterist, that's past tense, No, that's it for us today, we are washed in the blood when we are saved and it doesn't end. there look at verse six see how there is a comma in verse 5. then we are washed in the blood comma and to whom Jesus has made us Kings and Priests for God and his father to him be glory and dominion forever and ever amen to we as Christians Then it says that we are made Kings and Priests.

More Interesting Facts About,

revelation 1 5 to 20...

Wow, right now I need to go to a church and ask for a priest and say, Hey, I need to confess and I need you to absolve me of myself. I need a priest, no. The Bible says that we are our own priests. Baptists believe in the priesthood of the believer that we can come to God and talk to him. The Bible says we can boldly approach the throne of grace through the blood of Jesus Christ. We don't need a man, the Bible says there is a mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, so we are priests, we don't need a priest, beware of any religion that says you can't come to God, you have to come to me to take you to God that is a sect and that is foreign to the New Testament now Kings when we will be Kings I do not feel like a king my Dominion is not that big I am not rich I do not have an ambassador to the United Nations so I do not feel like a great king of the that he must be speaking here when he returns to Jesus.
revelation 1 5 to 20
See, I have to go up in the Rapture to be judged at the judgment seat of Christ, then I get my rewards and then I come. go back with Jesus and reign with him here for a thousand years and I'll be like a king here on Earth, so that must be what he's talking about. I think that's what he's talking about, so now verse 6 says now verse six. It is interesting to look at this very closely and if he made us Kings and Priests for God and his father, did you read, did you hear that for God and his father, who is his, no, his is God, God and his father, has God a father yes? you think about that verse that says well, God cannot have a father, so the only way this makes sense is that he is calling Jesus Christ God and then he says and the father, so we believe in what we call the Trinity or divinity . and the divinity is we have God as the father who manifests himself as the father we have God as the son and we have God the Holy Spirit now that makes three different gods for nothing that is one God in three and then Jesus?
revelation 1 5 to 20
He is God and he can still call the father his father? We don't have two different gods in that verse, but I was reading that the other day and that's the first time I understood it was saying that God and the father of him some people would look at. that and say well then God has a father just like God has a mother and it's Mary now you have a goddess I guess you don't have to read the Bible and understand what it says he is telling God and his father who is who God is Jesus and then we have God the Father God the Son God the Holy Spirit I believe in that and that is found in 1 John 5 7, 1 John 5 7, a guy wrote a book about a year ago in which he says that the Trinity is a doctrine Catholic. and we can't believe in the Trinity, so I bought his book because I wanted to see what it said, not once did he go to First John 5 7 and I said Colt, I mean, you can't, how can you deal with divinity and omit first John 5 7 the greatest verse in the entire Bible about the Trinity or divinity, it says very clearly first John 5 7 because there are three who bear witness in heaven the Father, the word and the Holy Spirit and these three are one. only one God, so how could I say here God and his father?
That makes it seem like there are two Gods, doesn't it? The only way to understand that is if you understand that Jesus is God as much as the father is God. As much as the holy spirit is God and is one God, they are not three different gods, so let's look at some verses here about how Jesus is God. Does everyone believe that Jesus Christ is God? Do you know that there are cults that don't do it? I don't think one of the largest sects in the world that doesn't believe that Jesus is God is the Jehovah's Witnesses and they say they say we don't believe that Jesus is God well I guess they don't read their Bible go to Matthew 1 23 because I don't see how You can read your Bible and not see that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh Matthew 1 23.
Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son and they will name him. Emmanuel, which is interpreted as God with us, as well as Jesus Christ God manifested in the flesh, yes, let's go to First Timothy 3 16. This is interesting, this is one of Paul's most important verses to demonstrate that Jesus Christ is God and I would not do it. You know the new versions of the Bible change it uh do you think it was an accident or do you think the devil is trying to attack the deity of Christ and I believe the devil is attacking the deity of Christ in the new versions of the Bible First Timothy 3 16 and without controversy great is the mystery of piety God was manifested in the flesh you know what new virgins they put he was manifested In the Flesh who is he we don't know some guy we don't know who he is is God I'm not going For the new versions of the Bible I turn to our King James version because I know that the new versions come from the critical texts that came from the Gnostics who did not believe in the Divinity of Christ, they believed in the Divinity of man becoming Gods themselves, so I no I don't want new versions of the Bible, let me show you another Acts 20 28.
We need to believe in the Divinity of Christ of Jesus Christ being God because the Bible clearly teaches Jesus Christ as God Acts chapter 20 verse 28. Therefore, pay attention to yourselves and to all the flock over which the Holy Spirit has placed overseers to feed the Church of God as he bought with his own blood now what is the background of him and his God so who bought the church with his own blood God new versions change that the Lord is not so strange oh Jesus is only the Lord but he is not God so Jesus yes Jesus bought the church as Lord but he is not God look how you ruin things when you change what the Bible clearly says that God bought with his own blood so Jesus Christ shed his blood whose blood is the blood of God because Jesus Christ is God manifested in flesh Titus Chapter 2 and verse 13.
Titus Chapter 2 and verse 13. Titus 2 13 seeking that blessed hope and the Glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ now you show him that to a job a witness says oh look that's two different people two different gods oh I don't see Jesus is not God okay then the father is going to appear and Jesus too I don't know, he's saying that Jesus Christ is the great God and he is our savior, that's what it says, so there are a lot of verses in the Bible that we can go into and maybe we'll go to Isaiah here in a minute and look a little bit more, but clearly the Bible teaches that Jesus Christ is God and you have to believe that and one of the ways you know you are dealing with someone who is possessed by demons is that demons hate to say that Jesus Christ is God.
I hate it, they don't want to say Jesus is God, so that makes sense. New versions of the Bible must come from people possessed by demons. That's what I believe because the Gnostics who put together those corrupt texts where those versions come from were demons. -possessed and if you know anything about the Gnostics, they would actually communicate with spirits and speak in other languages, they would speak in tongues now look at those Gnostics that they believed to be fine today they call it dead in the spirit. I forgot what they call it. Back then, but they let themselves go into trance, the Gnostics and the Gnostics were in the early church and they basically lumped together paganism with Christianity, so a lot of the madness we see today in modern Christianity is nothing more than ancient Gnosticism. and, if you have a King James Bible, you won't fall for it if you get a new version, it would be easy to fall for that garbage, so let's go back to Revelation chapter 1 and verse 6 and he has made us kings and priests to God and our father to him . glory and Dominion forever and ever amen verse 7 behold, it comes with the clouds and every eye will see it and also those who pierced it in all the types of the earth will mourn because of it even so amen thus it says that the Lord is coming and when He comes, every eye will see Him now, the first time Jesus came, He came twice, He came here, He was born and lived 33 years, then He was buried and resurrected, then He came down again, so there are two parts in the first coming of Christ, if there were two parts to the first coming, then he returned in Acts chapter one, wouldn't there be two parts to the second coming?
Yeah, but a lot of people don't think they believe right, he'll just show up and, oh, here. He is that they omit the Rapture. The Rapture is one of those Mysteries given to Paul and just as there were two parts to the first coming of Christ, there are two parts to the second, so for some reason John is writing this and leaves the Rapture out. and he says now, when he comes here the second time, every time I see him, why he does that, I don't know, but I find it interesting, maybe he's talking because the context is that he's a king, he's saying, right? will it be like that?
Great when you come back here as king, so always look at the context, the context is important and it's called in verse 6. It says uh, it's not called, but it says in verse 6. To him be the glory and the dominion for the forever and ever, amen. Amen, I find it interesting that the word Amen is found 10 times in nine verses in the Book of Revelation. Does that mean anything? I don't know, but he says there in verse 7. Behold, he comes with the clouds to obtain glory from him. Dominion, but before he comes in the clouds to Earth to get his kingdom, he comes first in the Rapture, so for some reason he leaves this out and talks about this and there's nothing wrong with him doing that because it seems like that's what What does he want. he wants him to return as king, but this is what he just explained now when he comes in his glory and every eye will see him and he says and also those who pierced him in all types of the earth will mourn for him even so, amen.
That's clearly Armageddon, we won't be crying at the Rapture, right? Oh, he's here, oh man, so many other things that will be like there will be joy when he comes in the Rapture, because that's the marriage that he'll come to get his. girlfriend, so for some reason he skips that and talks about won't it be great when he comes back for this? He almost makes you think that he is writing knowing that he is writing more until the end and that he knows that he is writing thisRapture as they knew when it was going to be the Rapture of Elijah but he asked him to see and God opened his eyes and saw him going up in a whirlwind in a chariot of Fire and so somehow there was a spirit.
World chariot of fire and he had to get on and I guess there were some spiritual horses too and for some reason Elisha could see that now. I would have liked to see that would have been cool, but I don't want to. see too much I don't want to see too much in the spirit world and uh, it's amazing how the spirit world can see us, although do you ever think about some things you could have done in your life and you thought you were the only one. in the room and yet there was probably someone else there.
Have you ever thought about that hmm yeah so always remember that's what the bible says okay we'll close there now.next week I'd like to take a break for thanksgiving so let's not be here next week, but next week, but if it's okay, give us a little break, so we'll see you not next week, but the next week. week later it's fine
