For this DIY, I'm going to grab one of these wooden trucks that you can get from the dollar tree. They have two pieces connected to each other, so it's like you know one of the trucks with the front and the back, which

make

s sense. but I liked this because I wanted to be able to put things inside the truck so I think it's really fun for this type of DIY or if you wanted to have two trucks you could just separate them and have two separate ones. trucks, but I'm going to go ahead and start painting my truck.

I'm just going to use this mustard color that I love for

fall

, it's from Apple Barrel and it's just one of my favorite colors for fall, so I'm going to paint the front on the front and the front on the back so that when You look at it you can see that it is all finished, you don't see any unfinished wood. I'm going to use my old wax for the bed part. truck and then some black paint for the wheels now for the interior because there is nowhere to put anything inside the truck. I needed a little piece for the bed where I could insert flowers and all kinds of things, so I'm just going to take a long paint stir stick, measure it and cut it so I can hot glue it to the inside of the truck so I can put flowers and all kinds of things in there without them falling over and Then I'm going to take some flowers that I bought at Michael's and I'm going to start, you know, putting everything together.

I also make and sell wood crafts for children. on my website it will be linked in the description box below if you want to check it out, give this video a big thumbs up if you're enjoying it so far and let's move on to our next DIY for this DIY that I'm going to do. To take a stretch canvas, I took off the canvas part just to have the wood frame and I'm going to take my Waverly chalk paint on gesso and I just gave it one coat because she wanted her to still show through a little bit. a little rustic and you know, it's not totally perfect and it will be covered in paint once I make it, I'm going to buy some giant popsicle sticks from Walmart.
I used my smart craft dye in brown and dyed all of these popsicle sticks in that color that I also cut out. Lower them so they fit on the back of my frame. I also picked up this pumpkin wood ornament with the same apple barrel yellow paint. It's in a golden sunset like I said this is one of my absolute favorites and then I just added some details and grooves on my pumpkin using my Waverly chalk paint and truffle and then I also used that to paint the stem on top and now what I'm going to do is take those popsicle sticks and I'm going to start hot gluing them to the back of On my frame I wanted it to have that boat look so the popsicle sticks worked perfectly and I just hot glued them along the throughout my entire frame.
I'm going to grab some of this berry garland I bought at Hobby lobby. I love it. This color and I thought it would be really pretty, so I started making a wreath with this and started wrapping it around itself a few times, cutting off the excess berries and then wrapping it around the bottom to keep it in place. I'm going to hot glue my pumpkin to the center of my sign and then I'm going to hot glue my berry wreath around my pumpkin and then I'm going to take some of this gray and white buffalo check ribbon.
I'm just going to tie a simple shoelace bow and I'm also going to use that to cover the hole at the top of the pumpkin where the stem is and I'm just going to snap the ends together and that's it for this DIY. This is still one of my favorites. which I've saved since I made it last year, I plan to put it back up this year, I think it's so fun, it was super easy to make and I love how

farmhouse

it is, it's just one of my favorites for this one. I'll need four of these signs that you can get from the dollar tree.
They have them for several different seasons, so whatever type of season you have, it doesn't really matter, just pick them and use them, so I'm going to take these and I'll make a little pot out of it, so I'll have two at the bottom and two at the top. Now, they're not all exactly the same size, which gave me some trouble, but it wasn't a big deal, so I'm going to start hot gluing them, two together, side by side, and then I'm going to hot glue them together. up and down. I wanted to cover this side so I took some of this scrapbook paper I bought at Hobby lobby and just traced it. that so I could wrap it around the pot as best I could.
I used some mod podge to stick it to my little pot as well as some hot glue to make everything nice and secure and then I took some sandpaper and went around the edges just to remove all the excess paper that wasn't I wanted and then to blend the seams a little from where I had the paper attached. I'm just going to take my Waverly mineral chalk paint and I'm just going to dry brush the entire pot like I said, I just wanted everything to look perfect so I used that to do a little bit of dry brushing.
Now I'm going to grab some of these pumpkins I picked up from the Dollar Tree. last year I hope they have them again this year and I'm going to take four of them. I'm going to paint them with my Waverly chalk paint and moss. I just gave them all two good coats and then with my Waverly and white chalk paint and a brush. I'm going to make some kind of paint splatter with this on my pumpkins. I wanted them to have that kind of speckled look. My Waverly chalk paint wasn't working very well because I feel. like it was too thick so I grabbed some acrylic paint and it worked much better to get that splatter look I was going for next.
I'm going to hot glue some floral foam to the top of my planter on both sides and then I'm going to grab a huge variety of all kinds of different types of florals from Joann's and Dollar Tree and even Walmart and start making I cut out pieces of spikes and put them inside my flower pot that I just played with until I thought it looked good. I always tend to change things up a lot when I make pieces like this, but I just play around with the arrangement until it's how you like it and then add the wire back to those pumpkins.
And I also inserted it into my flower arrangement. Now I'm going to take some twine and wrap it around my planter a couple of times. I'll do it with a knot on the side and then make a bow of twine. just wrapping it around my index finger and thumb a few times and then I'll take another piece of twine and wrap it around the middle, tie a double knot and then hot glue this to the side of my planter and That's it for this DIY. I think this flower arrangement is so pretty. I had it placed for an entire year in the craft area of my room.
I just took it off when I was reorganizing my craft room from my bedroom to my now office. Still, it's one of my favorites. I love this DIY. I thought it turned out really pretty, so here's one of my favorite fall flower arrangements from last year. For this one, I'm going to use my chocolate pumpkin transfer. I'm really excited about this one because I love this transfer when I saw it and I knew I wanted to use it with this piece here. This is a frame I bought from Target and some scrapbooking paper from Michaels and I love it. this piece, but I knew I wanted something on the front, so I just took the glass off the front of the frame.
Technically it's not glass, it's more like a plexiglass, maybe it's a plastic feel, so I'm going to take that transfer. and I'm just going to apply it over our material here that comes from chocolate, so I'm going to do this a few times so the back doesn't get too sticky and then I'm just going to put it on. On top of that glass, make it all nice and centered and then I'm going to use four different colors for this transfer, so I started with my orange peel color and put it all over my pumpkin and if you didn't know, I became a designer with chocolate or and I just think they're so fun and I love playing with them and creating all the different looks for the transfers.
I think it's really fun, so I made a blank for the main words. and then I'm using the eucalyptus shadow for the words at the bottom and then I'm also going to use the storm shadow for the arrows at the bottom. Now this was a little trickier to achieve, but it stuck. That plastic cup is a lot more than I expected, so it took me a minute to get out of there. I probably needed to erase it a few more times, but in the end I thought it turned out as pretty and even better as I can.
Go wash the transfer and use it again on another project, so all I did was reinsert the glass back into the frame, place the scrapbook paper behind it, add the backing and that's it for this DIY. I think it turned out super super pretty if you want. If I'm ever interested in the chaka tour, I'll link the website in my description box for this DIY. I grabbed this crown. I think I picked it up from the hobby lobby. I'm going in with a bunch of different flowers. I picked up a lot of Michael's. I want to say most of this is from Michael's, but I think I also used some stuff from Hobby lobby and Walmart.
They were so beautiful that I left this wreath on for a long time last year. I loved. These muted shades of mavi pink are beautiful on me so I plan to put them back on my front door for the fall season so I'm going to start with some eucalyptus that I think came from Walmart and just start cutting them and then I'll insert them so they all go in exactly the same direction around the entire wreath. I'll also use floral wire to help tie everything together. I like to use that better than hot glue just because then I can reuse my wreath and I can reuse my flowers without a big glue mess, that's just what I prefer so I grab some floral wire and start attaching it to my wreath and you know, turning it, manipulating it the way you know.
I want it to wrap around my wreath, it's pretty easy and self explanatory. I'm going to grab these sheets that I also bought from Michael's. I thought they were very pretty and I loved their colors and I'm pretty sure I saw them. again this year, so if you want them, I'm pretty sure they're in their fall section again, so I follow up with some flowers and some berries and all kinds of different types of flowers, some sunflowers and I started gluing them together. wherever I see fit, cutting them off from the spikes and that's it, there's really nothing more to it than just inserting your flowers into the wreath.
I love these vine wreaths because of how easy it is to make your own race with them, you just stick your ends on the wreath and they stay on very very well, you don't have to wire everything, it will look pretty good, just insert it into the wreath and That's it, that's it for this DIY. I love this fall wreath. Let me know what you think in the comments for this DIY I took this wooden dollar tree truck and I also have this dollar tree sign. I'm going to turn it over and we'll use the back, so I'll start by cutting out the pumpkins. from the truck I loved the pumpkins but I wanted to do something a little different so I took my to go over and use some wood putty on the sign where the holes are just to cover them up so you don't see them later and then I'll do that on the truck too so you can I don't see that hole at the top.
Now I'm going to take some Waverly white chalk paint and distress my sign. I'm not going to paint it completely. Wannamake it look messy. I want it to be seen. rustic and worn so I give this paint a very dirty coat and then I'm going to grab some of this apple barrel paint in Atlantis and that's the color I'm going to use to paint my truck. I think the blue trucks are really cute and I felt like they were super last year so that's what I went for here and while that dries I'm going to go to my sign that I drew. some ship turn lines on my sign right where each of the slots are where those board looking pieces are.
I just drew lines with a marker and I wanted them to not be too harsh so I'm just grabbing some sandpaper and going in there I also grabbed some white paint because it didn't work very well with sandpaper so I tried to go over it with a little bit of white paint as well to dull it a little and then I went. I ran my sandpaper again just over the edges and all the little corners to make it look a little more worn. I stained the back of my truck with a smart, gray craft stain. They don't do this anymore, which makes me very sad.
It's one of my favorite water based stains, but that's what I used and then I'm just going to take some black paint, paint the wheels black and then take some gray paint for the middle. Now what I'm going to do. What I want to do is have my truck lift off the back of the sign, so I grabbed some jenga blocks and put them behind it. Now I want to cut a little piece for the back of the truck so that when I put things inside the truck it won't fall off the back, so I just cut a little piece of a popsicle stick, I'll paint it the same color as the box of the truck. truck and then I'm going to start gluing things together and then I'm going to take two jenga blocks and I'm going to hot glue them to the back of the truck so that when I put things in the truck, the jenga blocks will hold them in place and then I'll take a third. jenga block and I will hot glue it to the front of my sign just for that extra stability.
I'm going to add some hot glue to those jenga blocks and I'm going to hot glue them to my sign and I cut out this

decal

using my cricut and I'm just going to transfer this directly to the top of my sign. I found these really cute pumpkin cutouts last year at Target, they were only a dollar and I just looked through and found the pumpkins I wanted to use. I love how they had multiple colors. greens, oranges and whites, so I looked around and found a couple of pumpkins that I thought would work. I took some raffia and wrapped it around the pumpkins and then I just slid the pumpkins into my truck and that's all you have to do.
I think this DIY turned out really cute and I love that it can be a interchangeable truck and you can also take out the pumpkins and put them on a tree. You could put in all kinds of different things for a different season, so this isn't one you have to leave out during the fall. You could leave it outside all year for this DIY. I'm going to grab one of these cube-shaped crates that you can get at the dollar tree, as well as one of these dollar meat signs. tree I'm going to grab my Dixie Bell paint in vintage duck egg guys I've been obsessed with this color for fall if you haven't noticed in all my recent videos I'm wearing this color it's absolutely one of my favorites. always have dixie bell linked in my description box if you are interested.
I am obsessed with this color so I used it on both pieces of my steak sign and my drawer and only used the outside of the drawer. I took the one out in the middle and set it aside for a future project if I need to use it but I'm only going to use the outside part for this DIY once my paint is completely dry I'm just going to add a little hot glue on the part lower. of my steak and I put it in the back of my box and I found this scrapbook paper from Michael's in a large paper package and I love how this scrapbook paper has little details like this label.
I thought it was so cute so I decided to Cut it out and I'll use it on the steak sign, so first I'm going to make a bow with some string. I just wrap it around my index finger and thumb and wrap it as many times as possible. What I really want depends on how thick you want your bow to be. I'm going to take another piece and tie it around the middle and then I'll just trim the tails until they're as long as I want and start hot gluing them. I tied my bow to the center of that sign and then slid the label right underneath.
I thought it was absolutely adorable and then I'm going to fill the inside with all kinds of flowers, so I'll start warm. Gluing on some foam, I took some photos of Hobby's lobby. I grabbed some foam pumpkins from the Hobby lobby that came in a filler piece, all kinds of different things, some sunflowers from Joanne and started putting them inside my box, just arranging them. them really again however you want it to look I always play a lot with my arrangements before I get it how I want it to look I'm going to take some raffia wrap around my hand I'll cut the loops at the top a few times so I can use it on use my flower arrangement as a filler.
I'll put some Styrofoam pumpkins on some skewers, add them to my arrangement and that's it for this one. I think it turned out super cute for this one. I'm going to take one of these houses you can get at the dollar tree. I tried taking the back off and it just wouldn't come off, so I'm going to grab the scrapbook paper from the hobby lobby and get started. When tracing the scrapbook paper for the back and I'll have to go through it and, you know, refine the scrapbook paper to fit the interior of my house, it didn't quite work out, but you know I was trying and I did my best.
I could and to cover up the dots that could still be seen through the scrapbook paper I just took some mod podge and some white paint and set them aside so you couldn't see all those colorful dots everywhere. parts. the back so I just altered my scrap paper down to my sign and I'm going to take one of these pumpkins that you can get from the dollar tree or that I bought last year and I'm going to cut it in half and then I'm going to take some fall filler from the hobby lobby. These little orange pumpkins I've been using.
I'm also going to take that and cut one of them in half. I'm going to start by painting my large pumpkin with My White Waverly Chalk Paint and gave it a good couple of coats. I grabbed some wire that I could use for the stems of my orange pumpkins and I'm just painting them brown and then I'll reuse the same stem that came. with the white pumpkin I have this word that says blessed that I got from a Hobby lobby package. I'm going to put it right on top of my little house. I'll start hot gluing my pumpkins together.
White is going to enter. the middle one and then the two orange ones on the side and then I just twisted the wire a little bit and glued them right onto those orange pumpkins and then like I said I just glued the original stem that came with the white pumpkin back on there. I'm going to take my Waverly wax and antiques and I'm going to start distressing everything that goes around the sides and corners to give it a more rustic look and I also distressed the pumpkins and made it so that you could actually see the detail of the curves from each pumpkin and then I'm going to cut out some flowers that I got from the dollar tree and start hot gluing them on the corners and also on the top corner. and then I also took some sunflowers that I got from the dollar tree and hot glued them to the bottom two corners and then I hot glued my flowers to the top where I also made a little bow with some twine and just I glued with hot glue. to the top and that's how this turned out, that's it for today's video, let me know what your favorite project was in the comments below, don't forget to subscribe before you leave, give this video a big thumbs up if you enjoyed it . and I'll see you next time, bye
