ing trick, what I want you to do is select one of these emojis. You can choose the one you want. This is a free choice for you. You have four options. Pick an emoji, but what I want you to do, whether you're viewing this on a laptop or a phone, to connect directly with you through this screen, I need you to place

your

finger slightly above that screen. then send some heat over the emoji.

I will be able to feel what you are selecting. Now that you have the emoji there, I'll explain the rules of this game. Keep your finger on it, but you'll be able to move up and down, left and right. You can move a posted note, square at a time, but you cannot move diagonally this way. Let me explain. Hold your selection, your finger on that emoji that you originally selected. But to make this harder for myself, I'm going to go ahead and put more emojis here. Now again, let me explain. If you had chosen, let's say, you would hypothetically have chosen the heart emoji in that original selection.

What if I said, "Move three squares." You would go one, two, three or you could try to trick me. You could be here and you can go one, two, three. You could go one, two, three. You can try to be as complicated as you want. Simply go left and right, up and down, one posted note at a time, but without moving diagonally. So, you started with the heart, this monkey, the peace sign, and the camera as your first choice. So let's go ahead and get started. I want you to move four places and I'll tell you.

One two three four. Now your finger is on a new emoji, probably or maybe the same one, I don't know. But I'll go ahead and feel like you're not over this emoji yet. So I'm going to put it there. Now what I want you to do is move five places. Again, you can go left and right, up and down. You can go backwards, but you can't go diagonally. Move five points. One Two Three Four Five. You are somewhere in one of these emojis. But I have a feeling that you're not here. I don't think that's

part

of it.

Now I want you to select two more moves. Let's go two. One two. Now that you've moved two places, I'll take the camera emoji out of there. Now go ahead and move three positions for me. I will tell it. One two three. You're hovering over an emoji somewhere here. But I don't think it's this or the poop emoji. Alright, let's go ahead and do three more. Your choice. One two three. This is a tough question. I think a lot of people end up in the heart. Many people want love, but unfortunately that disappears. That leaves us with one more move.

Go ahead and make the decision you want. Move one. So I guess you're not in this one. (mumbles) this one. I think you are in the monkey position. Let me know in the comments if that's where you were. For this next mind reading trick to work, I need you to quickly think of a fruit. First fruit that comes to mind. You have a? Alright. So now you have your fruit and I want you to spell it in your mind, but take the last letter of that spelling. Do you have the last letter of the fruit spelling?

Now I have this beautiful color coded chart of the alphabet. I want you to find your letter and memorize the color inside that bubble with your letter. Did you memorize it? Let's go this way. Now you have that color memorized and I have a bunch of really cool vehicles in front of me and I want you to choose the one that best represents your color. So if you have that selected, I'll guess which one I think you chose. I'll go with the taxi. Did I understand correctly? Comment below if this was your choice. Now I want to teach you a couple of my own mind reading tricks that you could use to fool your friends or family.

But first we need to do a little mental exercise. Okay, so you're going to have a few seconds here on the timer to read a sentence that I'm going to pull out here and I want you to count all the letters F in the sentence. Ready? Go! Five four three two one. How many letters F did you find in that sentence? Maybe you said three. And if you did, that's fine. That's what I said the first time. It's actually six. I'll check it again. Finished files, two and then the ones, there are five. And there is one here in scientific, six.

It's strange how your mind plays with you. Like I said, I want to teach you a little mind trick to trick your friends. So for this last mental illusion, I'll just round it up for you. I'll ask you a couple of questions pretty quickly. It helps if you answer out loud. So let's take a quick shot. What day does Christmas fall on? What digit is between one and three? What are hamburgers made of? And last question, which side of the street do you drive on in Europe? Okay, now real quick, think about a color and a tool.

Say it out loud, go! If you just said, a red hammer, your mind is probably lost right now, but hopefully you're excited because I'm going to teach you how to do that. You are ready for the revelation. Actually, there is no secret to it. This is a pretty popular online quiz I found where only four questions are asked. So you'll ask your friends, you know, what day does Christmas fall on? They will say December 25. There is actually no right answer to this. Questions are actually just an illusion to make your mind think in a different way.

Then you will ask them to say, December 25, and you will say, "What digit is between one and three?" Many people also ask math questions for this illusion. They will say, "What is two plus five? Six plus 12?" And they'll just do quick calculations. Then the third question people ask is, what are burgers made of? And then they will say: you? You know, "Lettuce, cheese, tomatoes." And then your fourth question is, what side of the street do they drive on in Europe? They are going to think very quickly, to the left or to the right? I think some countries still drive on the right side of the road.

And then the key here is speed. You'll quickly say, "Think of a color and a tool, go ahead!" . You don't want to give them too much time or they'll say, "I thought of a green screwdriver" or a blue drill bit.
