Hi, we caught up with Dish to talk about their new Memories Waypoints, a diary of sorts about their tough week-long hiking adventure in the Scottish Highlands, it's Scotland and I wanted to write to you about how I got to this point in my career.

I think Outlander, the TV show I'm on, has really changed my life. Sam is no stranger to the Scottish Highlands. You know, I was born and raised in a single parent family in rural Scotland and had a lot of space to explore. being alone in the countryside, you called it a different memory, yes, I think at some point during this hundred mile walk I thought this would actually make a good story, it was quite an emotional experience for you, yes, very lonely and, nevertheless However, very introspective. introspective journey on this hundred mile walk, you know, the first few days were very hard, very tumultuous, difficult terrain, the weather was terrible, it was really hard and then I found my rhythm, my calm, I immersed myself in the journey and enjoyed it And I think the same for my journey as an actor, the time travel drama Outlander, now in its sixth season, has fans around the world enthralled.

As a young actor I felt like I needed to look a certain way. I went through a period where, you know, he wasn't eating right and he wasn't doing the right exercises and he was just trying to lose weight, but I think it's important for men to understand. too and talk about it in terms of the future of Outlander.

He is one of the few who knows how it all ends. Do it all over again. You have become close to the author Diana Gabon and she told you the ending of book 10, which I said in the book You can't tell me but you can tell me I'll tell you now I just forgot I just forgot what happened I know the ending I don't know how much The show we're going to will last a while longer but we want to tell the story definitively and Sam says he hopes to be a part of Outlander until that secret ending, but he also told me that he really enjoyed putting together this Memoir.
