This is great, Nick Suzuki and a few others

will

be at the

draft

in person. That's not crazy news by NHL standards. Almost every team will send a few players to the draft to greet the newest member of the organization, but let's read. a very poorly translated article from French to English from the LA Press, but Nick Suzuki has been following with interest the recent NHL lottery that awarded the Canadian the fifth pick in the upcoming draft. We will have a very good player, he said he is talking about Will Smith. Carlson and some defensemen who were potentially jumping into the top five, he said goolie will be there too and I quote Kent Hughes, he asked some guys to go, it should

work

, Nashville isn't that bad, Suzuki said with a laugh, so Jesse Again, I know this is not crazy in the NHL, where many teams send players to the draft, but it is kind of interesting.

More Interesting Facts About,

juraj slafkovsky is back at work rhp s amazing attitude suzuki will be at the draft habs news...

You know, we saw Gallagher there last year with your Ice Lavkowsky, but seeing Suzuki Ghouli, these young men are going to say hello to the newest young man. has I don't know, I think it's pretty good, it's the changing of the guard, right, Brenda Gallagher was there for us last year representing the halves on the draft floor and we didn't know this time last year, we weren't To the. who would be the next captain of the Montreal Canadiens, so of course it makes sense now with the changing of the guards, of course, Nick Suzuki, our young captain now of the Montreal Canadiens, who represents the team also with Kaden Ghouli and, from my point of view, that is very interesting.

Ted Hughes would specifically ask this young man and I'm wondering if it's a nod and I'd like to know your opinion on this. Josh: Do you feel like Kate and Cooley are part of the Montreal Canadiens' future leadership group? Know what it is? I wouldn't be surprised if this kid was so mature. We saw that from the moment he stepped on the NHL ice he seemed so mature. His play, his composure, his responses to the media, everything, and while he hangs out with the young people. I'm sure he's having fun because I definitely see a world in which he is an alternate captain to Nick Suzuki's captaincy.

I mean, what do you think? Because to me, he just exudes maturity and exactly right leadership and that's what you're looking for and I believe. Have some leaders with your young guys, because he needs some younger ones. You know you need leaders with your older guys, but also leaders for your younger guys to be leaders for their peers, right? And I think that will help a lot. for the group sometimes when you have someone a little bit closer in age, but that's really a great example that you think to yourself as a young hockey player, okay, I can do this.
I can emulate the type of player that Kate and Ghouli are into. and out of the eye, so I think it's cool to see. I think it's a subtle nod. I think it's a great choice. I think it will be great for him just because of his experience. I think this is the kind of loving you need to do and so do I. I think it's cool to see that Suzuki is on the same page as us with myself, about who we like, you know, with that fifth overall pick and him mentioning Smith, mentioning Mishkov, I mention Carlson, I think these are the players that we.
I'd like to see if you definitely mentioned that there are some defenders that have been sneaking into the top five rumors, maybe, maybe Nick Suzuki is a fan of the show, maybe he's been watching some of our videos talking about it a bit, but I'm glad to see we're on the same page and hopefully he's in Kent Hughes' ears talking about who he'd like to see join the team this year too, yeah I hope. So, in a government of Mitch, Smith or Carlson, for me it is an ideal world. I've never seen mock drafts with Ryan Bach with Ryan Leonard, he has crazy, crazy ideas.
I mean, hey, I really trust tears and Jeff Gordon, but I think Suzuki, yeah, he's definitely on the same page, okay, let's move on to topic number two and you're right, slavkowski is

back

at work. We have a nice little video clip to show you that he is back in Slovakia training and that he is wearing his full Habs gear. You can see one. of him, uh, I guess one of his teammates from the Slovak national team is not sure who is with him, but take a look at this doing some drills, uh, right behind the net and show the hard shot, which First thing to do is look quickly, I should say, um. you know he looks like he's in full health and then a dirty Nifty hangs up and the bouncer just contemplates every life decision that led him to that point being a net against your eyes slavkovsky um Jesse I know this is a very short video clip and Obviously we don't want draw big conclusions from a super short video clip, but my impression is that now he will be the best player of all time, not definitely like if you were the goalkeeper and you were watching this huge rapid. guy who lunges at you with hands like that.
I think it's absolutely

amazing

, great to see him on the ice doing that job. I feel like he's going to be really motivated to have a big year next year, you know, that's it. I really look good. I know for myself that he used to play goalie in hockey and I know you might think looking at me all that was a grinder. I was basically a grinder with hockey pads, but if I was a goalie and I had your ice lab cost just barely comes down to me like that, being so quick, you know, so skilled, like I care, that definitely makes you not be as sure that you're not going outside your network as much as you know because it says.
What is it going to do well? He's got so many options, his range is huge, his speed is just fantastic, so even just seeing those grabs and seeing the skill he's displaying there, I mean, it's really cool to see and we have all the hope in the world for you. I'm a slap costume, be an awesome hockey player. I think a lot of Habs fans are very quick to judge when it comes to him and when it comes to any prospect, and I don't blame you. guys, of course, but again, this kid is right, when he's 19, he's not expected to be a good NHL player for even another year or two.
The fact that he did what he did in the NHL is pretty impressive. He's got a lot of development left, but Jesse, before we get to your thing, just a very quick note, he's outperforming guys like Fan Tilly and Leo Carlson of the same age at last year's world hockey championship. What do you think about that? Quick, you think? What do you think about that? You know Slavkowsky's numbers are just better than these guys. You know you greatly exceed his point, but in reality you know it by three times as much. So yes, you absolutely know and we know what these are.
Tournaments aren't everything and there is a greater amount of work to consider, but at the same time with everything that has been said about Fantilly and Carlson that if they were in the same draft year as Labkoski, they would go much higher than him . Well, you know, in the same tournament we see that it's not always linear with these types of results and everything else, so I think with all these players you really need to be patient and play a long-term game to see who goes. be the best player for you in the future, that's what the Montreal Canadiens drafted with that in mind, who won't be their best player for them next year, the next year in the draft, but in the future, and still I feel like your Ice Keys, that player too, I think so too.
I think he's amazing. I think he is showing great potential. I can't wait to see him in a Habs uniform again. Alright, let's move on to the final topic of today's video. Raphael RV Pinal is ready to make an impact, he had a little interview, quite an interesting quote and we can say that Raphael Harvey Bernard, our HP does not take anything for granted, let's take a look, so I will. I'll try. and translate this into English I guess and Jesse correct me if I make a mistake somewhere around here uh I guess you're the native French speaker and one more than me at least um but he said this is going to be the biggest summer of training . of his life that is to come, he really needs to find another niche to establish himself in the NHL, he said that his coaches talk to him and his coaches talk to him about what he needs to improve and basically you know he said that.
Playing the amount of games he did, scoring 14 goals, six assists in 34 games really helped him realize what he needs to do to stay in the NHL and we know that Harvey Panera went from being a seventh round pick to a type of AHL level at a high level. An AHL level guy to make it to the NHL with some injuries to be a top line guy in the NHL and again he doesn't take anything for granted, he wants to work hard, he wants to be on this Habs roster. I mean, we've talked a lot. about his

attitude

, his perseverance, I mean, and this just reinforces all the good things we've already said about our guy, that's so true and this quote demonstrates exactly why he's going to be successful next year, why He's coming to Montreal.
Canadians, like many of us, and many of our thoughts as fans, and I would even say you might say we can't use him, believe that RHP will be on this team next year, but Raphael Harvey Bernard doesn't believe that. that he still has had to fight for everything he has and he's not done doing it yet and it's that kind of

attitude

, because of that lack of entitlement, that's really going to get him this far because the competition is going to be fierce, he has all the reasons to do so. I think he should be on his toes, he should be training, he should be working twice as hard on the ice and off it, this upcoming offseason, so it's great to see and I hope that word reaches other players as well. that will come in training camp that they will need to prepare that he will be ready and they better be ready too yeah I hope so too.
I think this attitude is incredible. I think the fact that he's willing to work on his weaknesses is. just the best you can ask of a guy like this, a guy who has gone from being completely ignored in every aspect to now being solid with each other. It's amazing to see, I really hope the best for him, that limit for this news edition of has digest.
