. I haven't filmed a leg day. You know, really, really, really long time. I'm very excited about today's training. As always, we will begin by activating the glutes with the head in compound movements and then we will finish the training with isolation movements. quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes today complete leg workouts.

We also have the cutest dog in the world. Two new flexible colors, this is appearing. kinda cool, but this is a khaki olive green. They are both new and both are launching on Monday with the matching sports bra and then the peach has shorts as well.

They both also have the cropped sports bra with cap. insert a picture there and then these two speckle colors are restocking, we have the blue with the ice blue and then the dark gray with the plum band here, the Energy seamless set is also restocking, so we have the leggings and the matching sports bra here. I also made a video dedicated to this and then the new tuning set will be released. I think some colors could be restocked as well. I don't have the leggings for these but the beautiful Corinna in these colors was wearing it on my Instagram, okay this lounge set and the three colors are also being restocked so we have the leggings, the long sleeve hoodie , the cropped hoodie and then also the cropped vest.
The three colors of the loose set are being restocked. I know this sold out pretty quickly last time too. Some nacho cheese to get your hands on. in it and lastly we have two new colors in the Seamless vital collection sorry I'm worthless after self tanning you know okay this is a beautiful cream color. I love you, I love you, I love you now. let's get into the workout, great leg workout that made me feel sore which is weird okay you guys know the drill. I start each leg day with glute activation exercises.
There are so many different exercises you could do. I really just change them. Whatever I'm feeling that day today, I started with banded side steps and a little bit like pulsating 3/4 squats, actually my goal here is to start activating my glutes, waking them up, hello, wake up, yeah, okay, then you're done. I started with some hip raises and then held the hip raise and pushed my knees out. You're going to feel this on the side of your breasts, so after glute activation we move into a compound movement, we'll move on to box squats if you have bad knees definitely try box squats.
I prefer sumo because you'll feel it a lot more in your glutes, so when you press up out of the squat, press through your heels, we use glue. I'll stop at 3/4 to really maintain that. tension, I'm out of breath, sorry, I just finished. I thought about three fours to really keep the tension in my glutes, my quads, my hamstrings feel a little pinched too. We're doing four sets of eight reps here, first movement box squats, except me. I'm using a bench, so these are sumo bench squats. Sumo means you should have your

legs

slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing outward.
I do a lot of sumo moves because not only is it a lot easier on your knees, but it will also help you activate your glutes a little more. The goal here is to achieve a full sitting position. All the weight is done. You don't have any pressure on your legs at the bottom of that position, pressing through your heels all the way. My goal for today. It was to do 4 sets of 5 and finish doing four sets of feet in this front position. Here you can actually see the position of my legs better, just wide apart and my toes pointing slightly outwards, hip circles and hip thrusts and I thought.
The leaders said today that we are going to make my arrest to reduce his weight a little. I'm going to do two sets of exercises with the hip circle. It's going to be good now the reason I reduce my weight on my reps is because there are a lot of reps so you have to make sure it's going to be a challenge but you'll be able to complete the whole set by adding my barbell pad to protect my hips. I mean, shout out to the girls who don't wear anything because I decided in Birmingham, UK to not use a weight pad and then I got bruises on my hips so I started with ten reps here, you can tell I'm like I'm sinking my legs in. heels on the ground. and really pressing into my heels to really activate my glutes and really squeezing my hamstrings at the top there, after I complete ten reps, I'm going to take three to five really deep breaths and then I'm going to start again with five reps here, make sure these movements hip to tuck the chin in at the top of the movement I'll show you right there.
I keep my eyes looking down and my chin steady after the ten reps, we take that chest and pound it for five reps, which is what happens from time to time. I'll rest one more time just a few really deep breaths and then we'll do it one more time and we'll finish with five reps so I ended up doing this twice so in total you're doing 20 reps why I recommend lowering your weight 20 reps are a lot so I do this twice and take a really good three to five minute break between this set because it hurts.
Well, now we're moving on to a superset using the exact same bench. I'm just realizing that I use this bench to the hilt. The whole workout is great, it means no one can take it away from you by starting with Bulgarian split squats. I added just a small jump on top of this move. I really want you to focus on heel pressing. that jump and really targeting your glutes, there's going to be a lot of quad work here, it's going to hurt, it's going to burn, you're doing eight to ten reps on each leg. I'm holding dumbbells here with my back leg, it's up on the bench and then I'm moving into a reverse lunge with some pulses using the exact same dumbbells.
I'm using a slider to make it a little easier. If you don't have a slider, you can back up to the reverse lunge and then just tap. there and then back off completely now the pace on the way up is going to be brutal it's going to kill you you may not make it up but what I like to say is A for effort so we're doing this on both legs and repeat a superset two times more, very good guys, we are going to finish with a gluteal jump to move it, it will be our last exercise of the day.
I'm very exhausted, so I think you guys will really like this training we are doing. I'm going to do two sets of 10 repetitions with each leg. Now I showed this move on my Instagram. It's actually a workout move that I stole from my dad on glute day from him, we worked together and he showed me this and I said dad, that's it. quadriceps and he said no, no, do it right, it's very important to connect the mind to the muscle here, really focus on pressing and you're healed, like if you do multiple and split squats. I promise you will feel this so intensely in your glute just a door watch as I crumble to the floor I'm not being dramatic we're doing this on each leg twice it doesn't need to be a big jump just press up really thinking about pressing your glutes and your hamstrings Holy guacamole, this has quickly become one of my favorite moves to do in a workout, but also to add at the end for a little burnout.
