When I start doing it I don't really feel anything, but at the end of those three minutes it's like everything has changed. I also listen to inspiring music with happy vibes for me, nature is really something that grounds me, I think in a past life I lived. in a forest or something and doing other relaxing things, like it could be a face mask, it could be a bubble bath, the only thing that motivates you next is to identify your bad habits and try new things, the key to really shining is discovering Where did you go.
It's wrong to fix it and then get out of your comfort zone to try new things because yes, you can easily find out where you went wrong and get rid of it, but if you don't get out of your comfort zone to try new things you're not going to get much change with it. this and if I'm totally honest, you have to get out of your comfort zone first to get rid of even those bad habits, because you can't just get rid of a bad habit.
