This deal is a multi-year deal to keep our own local stations on Hulu with live TV here, really nice. It covers 122 company-owned television stations, including the companies launch My Network TV, so they will add some channels there and independent ones. stations I'm not sure exactly what that means for independents in total. Nexstar owns or partners with independent television stations for over 200 stations in 116 markets covering 212 million people, so my thoughts are on this deal as they helped run these stations for independents.
