I think they look amazing. I still have two more cooking in the pan. I had to keep an eye on them, but I was ready to eat and then I realized I probably should have made some mayonnaise, gotten some of our zucchini sauce from below, and made some tartar sauce because I don't have sauce to go. on these, but I hope they're good enough on their own that they'll be enough um oh yeah, the meat is so meaty almost like crab meat, it reminds me of the man and I did it, you guys would be so proud of me.

I chose two different options, one I wanted to use like that Harissa spice which is like one from North Africa. I think that's maybe where it originated from and then I also thought about using a Jamaican type seasoning. I wanted a clay pot because that's what I like to cook, sometimes there can be a lot of connective tissue, some silvery skin in there and I really wanted to cook it. I cleaned it up a little when I started cooking it just to make sure some of the big chunks were removed. In the end I ended up throwing in a whole onion, two large tablespoons of garlic, half Harissa seasoning and half Shawarma seasoning. a little bit of water and let this cook, it's been cooking for nine hours in the crock pot.
I put it on early this morning, oh man that's so cute, amazing, good, very good, I cooked some rice with it and I ruined the rice. I have done this before. We have like four different burners on our stove and one of them is like this, a small burner and I mean, cooking rice is pretty simple. You know, you like to bring it to a boil. put the lid on it, just add a timer for 20 minutes, turn it down to low, if I use that little burner on our stove on low, it's not hot enough so I had to try to cook my rice like 10 minutes longer and that's it I know I don't think the rice is very good, it's too doughy, whatever it is, that's why I didn't put as much on my plate to go with it.
I went down to the pantry this morning, bought a jar of beats, a quart jar. beets I put them in the refrigerator early this morning to cool because I like my beets really cold now that I've cooked my rice for 30 35 minutes my beads are now warm so what else is going on today Sunday? They're at the sawmill, but my truck is in the shop. I can't go get them like it's a rental car, but it's like a small car, so I can't transport 12 foot long beams in this small car unless I put them on the roof or something and I'm sure that the dealer wouldn't like me doing that to the rental car, so I'm going to enjoy my dinner and 6 20.
