Orion was the first GM plant in the United States to use a three-wet process that eliminated the need for multiple ovens to cure each vehicle coating. The body goes through a pretreatment process where it enters a dip tank and robots apply sealant before other robots apply primer and a clear coat. Once the three coatings are in place, the vehicle body enters an oven for the finish to cure. When the painting is completed, employees examine each vehicle making sure each paint job meets our quality standards.

Painted bodies are sequenced on a bench to fulfill dealer and customer orders before a Bull TV body hits the assembly line. that will allow it to drive the vehicle using larger automated guided cars. the chassis meets the intended vehicle body at the right time, this allows us to build vehicles of different configurations once assembled, the vehicle is almost complete, employees ensure that all electrical systems are working and the wheels are added with tires before the finished car lands on the flat track will be inspected and loaded. The flat track is where employees check clearances, verify fit and finish, and start the vehicle for the first time after going off the line, the vehicle You enter an alignment station where employees make sure the wheels, steering and lights are aligned.

It then moves on to the vehicle dynamic test booth, where a computer has the driver put the vehicle through a series of tests before handing it over to Caroline for a final quality check.
