So I was like, but this is one email a day at a time, like the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and finally like 3 days later they're like okay cool new dryer shipping from New Jersey, so it has to be shipped all over the country to get a dryer from a great state to get a dryer for a long time to get to California, so they are good, they wrote. their mistakes until they sent the tracking information and I read it in the item description. It's a washing machine that they got you, they got us, and then I emailed them.
