Kennywood Vlog June 2023

They remind me of the time Blackpool Wooders used to have that absolutely fantastic and I love all this lighting around here, it really makes it Pennywood Park. It's also good to see him with the lights on tonight. I really enjoyed it here today, I just appreciate this part and you're going to have a lot of new things here today, which has been great, okay, something just changed here in four years and yeah, it's been amazing, I really enjoyed it a lot, We'll go and Jack will grab it again. Now look at the lighting there, the rabbit also lights up in neon on top.

Now you have the little pedal boats here on the lake. What a great amusement park this is, yeah look at all the neon up there, that's awesome, the soda sign that looks cool, hey she's outside on the soda side, that looks cool, oh fantastic, Jack Rabbit of more than 100 years. We waited five minutes for Jack Rabbit and me. I'll tell you what was fantastic, like the double down was amazing, like you can figure it out, you see it there and you just have a little seat belt, what a great selection they have here in this park, it really is fantastic it's a quarter to nine let's go See if queues are still open for Phantom's Revenge.

I'm not too sure if they close the queues early here or not, but we'll find out that the pieces actually leaked now, so we'll see if we can still get a ride. Going there is, oh, the reimagining of Arrow Classic, so yeah, hopefully, we can get us there, but this is what makes the reason for me is the music, the vibe that I'm in on a night like this, I really didn't. I think we're going to have some kind of nightlife here, so I'm very glad we have beautiful, yes, the key lines are already closed there, four finds its revenge, it's a shame, it would have been a good final trip, yes, me neither.

Sure if they closed the lines early here we go, there's a look at the new attraction with all the lights on there which looks fantastic. Now let's take a walk to the exit. What an absolutely fantastic day. I have been to this park. I've really enjoyed it. It is the perfect combination of fantastic attractions, modern attractions like Steel Curtain and also the older attractions. They will really highlight the charm of this classic American amusement park. Well, I always will. Remember that all roads lead to Kennywood since 1898. Of course, you also have the goodnight horse around here, very nostalgic.

I love that today was absolutely brilliant here at Kennywood. I loved it a lot. I returned to this part for the first time in four. years and, of course, these first reactions from Charlotte to all of this. We've had a fantastic day. We managed to get along today. Yeah, we thought we weren't going to have any resurgence, right, when the storm hit. But yeah, luckily I didn't come to the park, yeah, I think it was within a few mile radius. Yes, we had about an hour to relax, but then the things we opened we had a lot of rewrites.

Do we have extra rivers in almost everything? And I'll tell you what the absolute beauty of Phantom's Revenge is going through my favorite roller coaster in the park, it's not the ride, yeah, amazing and Steel Curtain is a great addition. I would say it rides a lot better than I expected, you really fall asleep, it's intense but it's smooth and yes, that investment we made today is a record holder, which is great to be in the front row there it was really good to see the sunset, it was perfect, it wasn't but of course, on top of that, you have the traditional wood characters here, three epic Woodies, all of them fantastic.

I struggled to pick a favorite to be honest, I mean Jackrabbit is great with a double run, it's brilliant because it's so smooth, along with I think the whole park here is amazing, so good, it's brilliant, it really is and yeah, of course along with that we also have darkness riding in Old Mill it was really good I enjoyed shooting dark rice yeah that was fantastic but this. The part is amazing and yes the way they have been cared for, the wooden roller coasters are great. I mean, Thunderbolt was very well painted and moved amazingly. I really enjoy getting on the Skyrocket, since it wasn't that comfortable, I still got on it today. which has been really good, the new ride was good, the flat ride we did was really good mate, it looked cool, it was really unique and the best thing is that we got to see the park at night with all the lights on.

It's been a brilliant day. I love Kennywood. I can't wait to come back here in the future and see what they do just for the hell of it, as long as they keep the story here. That's what really makes this part special in my opinion. The operations have been quite good. um obviously a couple of characters have been on a train though they've been trying to send that train really Steel Curtain needs to be on two trains and Phantom's Revenge too um but it hasn't been that bad today look at the The parks have been Saturday and haven't been too busy.

You can take out that sword in the future. Yes, there will definitely be some more food options here at some point in the future too because there aren't many different options. Yes. Similar things. at the different Outlets, but still Kennywood is a great park, it's historic, has a lot to offer, great atmosphere and yes, it looks really fresh, the best I've seen in my two visits and yes, I can't wait to see where are they. go in the future, the next part will also be the first time you visit me. This is a natural park, our last park in Pennsylvania.

Oh no, I can't wait, yeah, it'll be great, now we're heading north towards Lake Erie. and then of course after that we'll head to Ohio for Cedar Point.
