What are you trying to do here? So the company was founded in 2009. They had a vision or mission to grow food where people live so they thought what better place to grow food than rooftops using previously unused spaces so it was in 2009 that we built our first rooftop greenhouse, the first in the world and since then we built three, three more, so we have a total of four rooftop farms and that's about 300,000 square feet of growing space, and this one where we are today is uh, the largest, so it's about three football fields, 163 football fields, yeah, um, 4000 square feet.

I don't know much about farming, but I guess the seasonal aspect is a big deal. Can you continue on the In the middle of winter in Montreal, yes we are because we are on the rooftops and we can use that residual heat from the building below us, so that heat that rises and would otherwise come out of the building, so we act as an insulator on the top of the greenhouse so we can capture all that waste heat and that allows us to save about 50% on our energy consumption compared to a conventional greenhouse and then all of this is packed down below and then sent to the distribution points um or home delivery with electric vehicles oh you're doing everything electric too uh we do everything electric for home deliveries well you're just living in the future here in loofah uh we're good we have these flowers , they need to be pollinated, uh, so I have hives with bumblebees located all over the greenhouse, you have hives here, yeah, they're little boxes and then we'll have bumblebees that help pollinate everything, so I mean there's about 25 of these hives. in the greenhouse which doesn't I don't know if we'll see any right now I think I saw something flying there so it could be a bubble um and we grow hydroponically so instead of growing in soil we grow using water and nutrients so that Our plants grow with the root system. in coconut substrate   which is a by-product of the coconut industry   um and then just the hydroponic system itself   which really helps us reduce the type of resource use, so you're saving water   you're using electric vehicles you're giving Jobs for bees, I mean, what aren't you doing here?
