I was starting today's DIY video with a plate from Dollar Tree Garden and I'm going to make a round circle that I'll be able to put inside the plate and then I'll also fill it to make sure there won't be any space under the shape. can sit firmly in place. The next thing I'm going to do is cover the edge of the paper towel holder. tape bowl because I will be spray painting the towel. Now I'm going to glue the shower rings on top. I'm going to block all the shower rings before gluing them on top because I was worried that this would give a bulky look, I decided to swap out the shower rings for book rings that I bought at Dollar Tree. These are much thinner and would give a better finish.

I will recommend that you use a strong adhesive and hot glue to attach the book rings to the garden plate when I was done, I took it out and spray painted it

rings around the edges. This is a cute portable table lamp and I will be using remote control lights for lighting okay guys I just want to tell you how excited I am that this turned out super cute. It is a portable table lamp that will add style and function to any space. Here's an idea that can be used during and after the holidays.

I'm going to cut a hole in this box for lighting. I'm going to go ahead and create an opening in the middle where I'll insert hula hoops inside. I'm going to add foam boards inside this box. To make it thick enough to hold the outer rings that will go through all the boards, I will cover the sides with marble contact paper and the top with gold contact paper for uniformity. To add gold ribbon on all sides of the box, I'm going to use three hula hoops for this project and all I'm going to do is figure out what shape I'd like it to be when standing on the box and attach them with screws when I'm done, I spray painted it exterior gold.

I will be putting remote control LED lighting on the hoops and the link for this will be in the description box below. This is self-adhesive. makes it very easy to apply. What I had at home was a 50 foot long LED strip, which is way too long for this project. The link for the LED I attached to this video is 20 feet long for those of you who want to try this. DIY your homes, so a 20-foot-long LED strip should be enough for three rings. I will insert the excess inside the box and hold it on the inside so I can also have lighting inside instead of just closing it and hiding it.

It is inside the external box. I made sure that when they go through the rings it is tight to keep it in place. Now I'm going to connect it to the adapter. I made a small hole under the box so the cables can move freely. I can use a strong adhesive to keep the rings in place along with the box, but I left mine as is because it's snugly packed inside the box and I'll occasionally remove it to change the base. I decided to add beads to it. What I already have here and beads also to cover the approximate opening of the box, it looks like an artistic display and is even more interesting because it has lighting inside for those of you who are turned off by the lighting points here on the strip I left a link below to an LED strip that doesn't have those dots around it for you to use if you don't like the dots around the siding.

I prefer this lighting with the longer base just to make it look more artistic. display, but however you choose to keep your base for your lighting is entirely up to you.
