Today we make a super creamy strawberry ice cream without an ice cream maker. The creaminess is really noticeable without an ice cream maker. Wash the strawberries and dry them with a kitchen towel. Remove the stem and cut the strawberries in half. We need 500 g of strawberries cut in half. Put the strawberries in a baking dish and mix them with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Set the oven to 160°C with upper/lower temperature and bake the dish with the strawberries for about 60 minutes. Place the baking dish on the bottom rack. Stir the strawberries once after 30 minutes. After a total of about 60 minutes, the strawberries will be ready.
