May 02, 2024
Hello everyone, welcome to my Mature Skin Makeup Masterclass 2024, this is the third video in my

masterclass

series and the first for 2024. If you missed my squinty eyes

masterclass

or my eyelash application masterclass false ones, I will have both. From those linked Below in the description box today, I wanted to get back to the basics if this is your first time watching one of my videos. My name is Risa and I started my

makeup

career with Laura Mercier in 1996, so it has been over 25 years since I started working in the beauty industry as a

makeup

artist, I was lucky enough to be trained by some of the best in the business, like Laura Marcier, Bobby Brown, Trish McAvoy and I started my channel about 9 years ago because I wanted to.
makeup for maturing skin over 40 step by step masterclass for all skill levels
To share all my tips and tricks with other people my age demographic I started my channel when I was in my early 40s. I'm 50 now. I turned 50 in May. I got a little rejection when calling out my videos. makeup for mature

skin

at 41 42 years old a lot of people got upset because they said you don't have mature

skin

you don't have mature skin until you're 50 years old 60 7 years old well, in the beauty industry mature skin is actually defined as 35 years old Onwards, I didn't start to see many differences in my skin until my mid 40's, however some people see big changes in their skin at 30 or 36 or not until 50, so this video is really for anyone. person who is experiencing age-related changes in their skin and finding it more difficult to apply makeup, so before we start this masterclass, I want to tell you that this video is not about products, it is not about imposing specific products on you that I use in the demo part of this video products that are from the drugstore some mid-range products some high-end but those products are not necessarily the only ones that I would say are good for mature skin, they are not the only ones I use that do not They are the only ones.

More Interesting Facts About,

makeup for maturing skin over 40 step by step masterclass for all skill levels...

I recommend our first topic for this master class is skin preparation. I'm sure almost every mature skin tutorial you've ever seen emphasizes the importance of skin prep and for your skin prep it's really important that you know or recognize your skin type and as we age, be that many people say that their skin becomes drier, they are not as oily, some people say that their skin is still extremely oily like mine and others will say that their skin is so dry that it seems like there is nothing they can do to make it makeup sits well on your skin because it's just not hydrated enough, it's just not exfoliated enough.

Now exfoliation plays a very important role in keeping skin clear and helps eliminate renewal. It is an important

step

. I do it mostly at night, so when we're talking about makeup application, exfoliation is not something I do as skin prep, it's something I do at night, but I don't prep anyone's skin with any exfoliating products. Before applying your makeup, you want to make sure your skin is clean, free of any makeup left over from the day before, and I always like to start my skin prep with a serum when applying skin care products or skin prep products. from the thinnest consistency to the thickest, so what I do is I apply a serum, the one I'm using here is from Wet n Wild, now it's the Prime Focus Primer Serum, even though I have oily skin, I find that the serum It really, really works.

Well, under my makeup it's not greasy, everything absorbs and works wonderfully. So far it has worked wonderfully with every product I have put on it. Now, of course, you can use whatever serum you want, whatever you find works best. your skin type and your needs you may want to use a serum that contains hyaluronic acid you may want to use a serum that contains vitamin C but once you have the serum ready that is when you will want to go in and hydrate oily skin. I'm going to want to wear something that's lighter during the day, maybe something that has a gel-like consistency.
Anything that says water cream or water gel, the one I'm currently using from Summer Fridays says gel cream, this is the type of consistency you need. If you want to wear under makeup, you can use a thicker anti-aging cream at night, but when it comes to blending products into your skin to prep your skin and put on makeup, you want to make sure what you're using is consistent with your foundations. and they all work well together, so if you're using a water-based moisturizer or a water-based foundation you'll want to use a water-based foundation instead of a water-based moisturizer and a water-based foundation. of oil, so look at the ingredients of everything you are using make sure they are synergistic when it comes to eye creams, the jury is still out on their effectiveness, you will hear some estheticians and dermatologists say that they are formulated in a way different to facial moisturizers so they are necessary but then others will say you can use your current moisturizer and place it above, under and around the eye area so here are two of my favorites that work great under concealer and then on top of your moisturizer you'll want to apply your sunscreen I've really been loving over the last few months this product from Charlotte Tilbury is the Flawless UV Invisible Primer Broad Spectrum SPF 50.
I enjoy it and I'm sure many of you do too They like a multi-purpose product, two in one. product, this one not only hydrates my skin, it also has that SPF, although as you saw, I use that moisturizer separately and then I use this one, this is basically what I'm currently using for my sunscreen. I also love this one from inisfree. It's $16 at Sephora and worth every penny. I believe Revlon makes a State color primer with SPF 35, so moving on to primers seems to be a very polarizing topic on social media, especially other platforms like Tik Tok.
I see a lot. of makeup artists going on their social media pages and saying things like you don't need a primer at all to prep your skin is all you need. I don't use primers, I only use moisturizers that control oil or I use very hydrating creams and them. It's not wrong when they say that, but to me it has some nuances. I think if you have dry skin and you're using a really good hydrating serum and moisturizer, you don't necessarily need a foundation on top of it. for dry to very dry skin looking for a lot of shine or for your skin to look more radiant and luminous, something like the SE Beauty super glow gel, the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless filter, the dupe dupe for the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless filter, these are all products that you can mix with your foundation or use alone before using foundation;
However, if you have combination to oily skin, maybe you only have oily or large pores in the T zone, a foundation will help you and I think they make a difference at least for me and in the past, when I worked with clients, always, If they were oily or had large pores in texture, nine times out of 10 I would apply foundation to their face. This new one from Estee Lauder is the Double Wear Soft Blending Primer and it has worked incredibly well so far. It definitely refines the look of my pores, eliminates shine, and helps keep the foundation I wear on top. no shine than it would be without the primer, so primers yes and no, it depends on your skin type if you really need one or not, moving on to the foundation and concealer, just like with preparing the skin for the Skincare, you'll want to choose a foundation or powder concealer appropriate for your specific skin type for the show.
I chose to use an affordable foundation that I think works great on almost all skin types. This is the Catrice HD 24 Hour Liquid Coverage Foundation. I think all but drier skin types are going to really like this product, it offers medium buildable coverage which means you can add a little more to achieve full coverage or you can remove it by mixing it with a little bit of your moisturizer or serum . or brightening products like the ones I mentioned in the last segment, now many people like to use cream foundations on mature skin or sometimes even powder foundations.
Both have never worked for me personally, although I have had success using those types of products. As for other skin types and other age demographics, I'm well aware that the idea of powder foundation or powders in general scares many mature-skinned people and that fear may be based on what you've heard or what you've seen. experienced yourself. People go and apply a little powder on their face and suddenly they feel like they've aged 5 to 10 years, that the powder makes their skin look drier, it makes it look flat and that's not what they're looking for when they do. you have more mature skin, you want your skin to look as natural as possible and at the same time cover the things that you want to cover and also give you that youthful glow that you may have had in the past, that says, if you have a powder foundation that You love it and what it looks like. beautiful please let us know in the comments what that is because I have yet to find a really good powder foundation for mature skin.
Many people like Laura Geller's powder. It's this one here. I can't think of the name. on the top of my head, but I'll have it somewhere on the screen. I think it's just the baked base of it. Many mature women like that product and I tried it years ago, but the problem I've always had with powder foundations, even before. was classified as mature-skinned. I didn't love them because I felt like they couldn't last, they just didn't last as well on my oily skin and I still have that problem today. The same with creams. Cream foundations can look beautiful on everyone.
Aging skin, you don't have to have mature skin for a cream foundation to look great on you, but you do have to be careful again with the base of that cream foundation, especially if you're going to use a foundation or any type. When it comes to skin prep, you want to make sure you don't use an oil-based cream foundation with a water-based foundation or vice versa, so in the past when I was working as a freelance makeup artist, my kit kept mostly all the foundations liquid. I really like the way they apply. I like the versatility of a liquid because you can adjust the color, you can mix shades very easily and I think they are the longest lasting if you are someone who prefers cream makeup, here are two.
The first one I recommend is from Patrick T and the other from Covergirl. What you need to do when applying your foundation is to have the right tools, like a foundation brush, a beauty sponge, and honestly, there's nothing wrong with using your fingers to apply foundation either. Sometimes if I'm in a hurry, I'll apply the liquid foundation with just my fingers and then take a damp sponge or brush and go over it to make sure everything blends really well and blends into the skin. Preparation is the number one and two reasons why your makeup will look professional or not now when it comes to concealers.
I like to use a concealer that is one or two shades lighter than my foundation. I don't want to be any clearer than that because then you'll have upside down raccoon eyes and I've always felt like if you use an under eye concealer I'm not talking about face concealers right now but when you use an under eye concealer If it's the same shade as your foundation you're not going to get that level of shine and I think after a certain age we all feel like we need a little extra shine under the eyes but you never want it to be too bright.
My current favorite concealer is this one from Natasha Denona, I also love the all hours concealer from YSL and for drugstore, I really like this one from Makeup Revolution, as well as this one from Krice now, as you saw in the demo, sometimes I grab my applicator from concealer and I just go. right in place, directly over my dark circles, but other times I like to just grab a pan like the one you saw me use with foundation. I like to use a metal tray to put a little bit of concealer on first and then take the brush and apply it from the tray versus going straight with the applicator.
I think you have more control that way you're going to use less product, that's how it would be done if you went to a professional to do your makeup, they wouldn't go straight to the applicator, at least I hope they don't, so if you want your makeup to look really professional and you don't want to be too heavy, I would recommend applying the concealer on the back of your hand or on a tray and then taking a concealer brush and patting the concealer on and then when it comes to setting the concealer under your eyes , I love this Charlotte Tilbury powder.
I know I keep mentioning specific products even though I said at the beginning that it's not about the products. but of course I know that if I didn't at least tell you what these products I'm using in the demo are, you'd be asking me, and while that's a good entry for the video, I'd rather avoid the same question. over and over again and just sharing with you what some of my top picks are, what are the products that I'm using in this demo, so Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Airbrush Pressed Powder has been one of my absolute favorites for years.
Now there are some mature skin types that can get away with using loose powder to set under the eyes or on the face those people are like me they have oily skin and can handle a lot of powder because theoils will come out and just absorb that dust and dust. it won't make us look flat, it will actually help with the shine factor because at a certain point shine can get greasy and no one wants that good look. I've seen it before, some people do it. Not me personally, and me. I don't love it with others, so powders can be tricky, but as long as you don't use a pressed powder foundation, pressed powders like this one from Charlotte Tilbury or like this Fit Me pressed powder from Maybelline, will just set your makeup, set your concealer, they will set your foundation without adding an extra layer of coverage or heaviness to your skin.
What is this type of powder? What it's going to do is exactly what the name says: it'll give you a retouching effect, like someone checking your face with a photo shop or filter, it'll blur the appearance of fine lines and pores, as well as help your makeup stay in place all day long because this is a master class and I have done these classes in person before I knew that the next question might well be Rea, what is the difference between a setting powder and a finishing powder? Well, first of all, setting powder. It will give you a more matte finish than a finishing powder, there are finishing powders that are more shiny and radiant, while setting powders will really lock everything in place, they are meant to bring Sean down and are great for preventing movement. or crease your makeup throughout the day and a finishing powder will also set your makeup but will also give your skin a smoother finish like an airbrush finish so I would call this Charlotte Tilbury powder a finishing powder more than a setting powder.
Because this isn't going to control oiliness, it's just going to make it look like, like I said, you've applied a filter to your face and with a finishing powder you typically only want to apply it to key areas of the face. while with a setting powder you can apply it all over the face, so the main differences between a finishing powder and a setting powder are the weight of the texture and the shades. The setting powder will be a little heavier and the finishing powder will be a little heavier. finely defined and weightless, now it's time to talk about eyebrows.
You may be one of those lucky people who already has full, beautifully shaped eyebrows, but as we age, not only does the hair on our head tend to disappear, but our eyebrows tend to disappear. I've never had good eyebrows. I've always had sparse, very light blonde brows, so I've been filling mine in for a long time, but luckily we now have a lot more options available for natural-looking brow products, if you've ever worn makeup. or if you have ever seen a professional makeup tutorial before, I am sure you have heard the phrase right, two phrases: one, the eyebrows are the frame of the face and two, they are sisters, not twins, that is, if your eyebrows are not perfectly even. and symmetrical, don't worry because no one is now when it comes to eyebrows being the framework of your face that applies to everyone.
Eyebrows are very important and again, if you're someone who already has really great full eyebrows, you keep them. If you leave them nice and neat, wax or pluck them yourself, that's great, but if you have those kinds of eyebrows and you don't keep them in good shape, you never went and found out which eyebrow shape is best for you from an esthetician. If you know the eyebrow hair remover, I recommend doing it because the shape of your eyebrows can change everything. There is a filter on Tik Tok that allows you to change the shape of your eyebrows.
It shows you how you would look with different eyebrow shapes and woos. It's not revealing. there are only filters that show you different eyebrow shapes, but there are filters that show you guides for the placement of your eyebrows, basically how to arch and groom your eyebrows yourself and the way I've always taught people to do their eyebrows is taking your eyebrow pencil my voice is a little hoarse I'm sorry and you're going to want to go from the side of your nose up and then make a little dot and that's where your eyebrow will start as you can see. where mine starts and then you want to go from the side of your nose to the center of your eye and that's where your arch should be, that's where my slight arch is and then you want to go from the side of your nose.
I move my hair out of the way from the side of your nose to the corner of your eye and that is where your eyebrow should end and then you will have the perfect shape of your eyebrow moving on to the Contour bronzer and highlights these are not essential

step

s in the makeup routine daily life of most mature women, if you want to put on a little bronzer for color, do it. I do it in my daily makeup. I like to contour just a little bit. I like to contour my cheekbones. I like to contour my nose and what you.
I want to use it is a very creamy, easy to blend and easy to use product in the right shade and I have to tell you that there are so many absolutely fantastic and absolutely fantastic stick bronzers and cream bronzers on the market, overall this one that I am using here in this demo it is from Merit Beauty. I love it because of how creamy it is, it's very easy to mix, the color is great. I've heard amazing things about the Lys Beauty Contour stick, a lot of people use a foundation stick like Bobby Brown or hourglass as their Contour product, you just want to make sure you're using the right shade.
Contour products should be more neutral for cooling, while bronze products should be more neutral for warm or golden, you want them to mimic the look how your skin would react if it were in the sun if you got a little tan, while contour and highlights is about playing with light, you place your contour here because you want your cheeks to look more prominent and then Highlights we put in areas like here and here and here because we want to draw light to the face and again make those areas look more prominent and the highlighter, although I didn't use any in this demo, can be absolutely beautiful, the reason why I didn't use any highlighter in this video because as you can see here, I used a very bright blush.
You can use a cream blush that has shimmer or you can use a powder blush that has a little bit of shimmer. of glitter instead of a separate highlighter. I think if you're trying to simplify your makeup routine, simplify your life with a shimmering cream blush or a powder blush, it's best. I really loved these soft and voluminous blushes. Mario's makeup veils are very beginner-friendly and make your cheeks look very youthful. Well, I think I made this video in the order I applied the makeup in the demo because I recorded it first. I wanted to do the video this way instead of just talking while doing the demo because I find that this way I'm sure to get everything I can do in a list and be sure to hit all the points I want to share with you compared to Yes, I do.
By demonstrating and talking at the same time, I'm more likely to forget something, so I apologize if this video is out of order, but let's talk eyeshadows. One of my favorite things to recommend to people of a certain age is cream shadow sticks. I'm personally late to the game and late to the party with these, there are so many great long wear stick eyeshadows on the market right now which honestly was one of the main reasons I've used so many in the past eyeshadow sticks, it's because they simply weren't available. They are not long lasting, even with an eyeshadow base underneath.
I found they disappeared too quickly, but I really love these eyeshadow sticks from RAR Beauty. I have a couple of naked bars that I adore. I find them very, very easy to use. use it very easy to blend and you can be one and done, however if you want to have a really great eyeshadow palette for every day, one powder eyeshadow palette that I have recommended to everyone for the last few years is this one In Bloom tartlet as you can. Look, mine is highly regarded and the reason I recommend this palette so often is for a couple of things: You have all the colors you need to achieve a day or night look.
For me, all the shades are pretty neutral. lovely combination of mattes and soft shimmers, these are not shimmers, they won't fall on your face like little glitter particles, or won't be a problem if you wear contact lenses, these shimmers are so beautiful the formula is great. I'll be honest with you, not all tart palettes are as good quality in terms of blendability and pigmentation of the shadows. I really enjoy this palette and as I said, it's great for a beginner, it's great for mature skin. It's not going to be as confusing as if you bought a 12 or 15 palette that had just one wide variety of colors.
Now I don't want anyone to think that I'm 100% opposed to bright, colorful eyeshadow looks on mature people. ladies, if you are new to my channel, something I always preach, whether it is makeup or fashion, I want you to wear what you love and what you feel good in, so if you are 40 50 60 70 80 years old and you want use bright purple eyeshadow with a little purple glitter on top. I'm not going to tell you not to do it. I'm going to let you wear whatever look you enjoy, whatever makes you happy. Life is too short for people to tell you what they think. what you should be doing with your face with your makeup with your clothes I'm 1.00% a Live and Let Live person so coming back to this Tartlet and Bloom palette, I highly recommend it if you want to have a good powder palette in your drawer of everyday makeup, but again, cream eyeshadow sticks, if you're a beginner, I highly recommend the ones I know.
I've already said this, but even in my 50s I enjoy a little Shimmer on the lid and highlights on that. The tart palette again is very soft, they are almost like they are diffused as they don't accentuate the crunchiness on the lids so it is a personal preference, if you have really crepey hooded lids you may not want to put a gloss on , maybe you want to go for a fully matte eyeshadow palette and I will have in the description box or maybe I will even put up some fully matte eyeshadow palettes that I recommend and I never will, it's very very rare that ever use or recommend on my channel. a very large palette because I think simplicity is key, you don't want to feel overwhelmed by the amount of shadows in a palette while they look so pretty in the store or online or when a 20 year old uses them to do a full Glam.
Look, we can all feel very attracted to that and think ooh, that's so nice, I want that, but we have to live in the reality that our eyes often can't take all that or maybe we just don't want to accept it. It's time to try and find a palette and sometimes you need to figure it out, so if you just want to simplify your makeup routine or are a beginner, I recommend going for a smaller palette with maybe at most 12 shades, but personally I tend to avoid any eyeshadow palette that has more shades because even as a makeup artist, those can overwhelm me a lot.
Let's talk about eyeliner and mascara. I posted a video recently, I think it was about a month ago talking about makeup techniques. I can speed you up and the techniques that we're going to leave behind in 2023 we won't take with us until 2024 and one of those things was harsh eyeliner, harsh eyeliner, especially on the lower lash lines, which we're going to do like woman with mature skin with For mature eyes, we're going to gently add a little bit of color to the lower lash lines, we're just going to smudge something very, very gently and if we want to have eyeliner on the upper lash lines, the The best way to do it is to take a small eyeliner brush and simply press and move a dark shadow at the base of your lashes, that's something I learned working for Trish McAvoy in the late 90s, she had this press and move technique , I had this flat brush.
Very similar to the one I'm using here, we would give our clients a hand mirror, we would tell them to lift their chin and look down in the mirror and then we would take that brush and show them how to press and move the base . of your eyelashes, this is an especially good technique for anyone who has unsteady hands because what you can do is plant your elbow on a table, grab that hand mirror and then use your hand like this, just press and move and press and move while Your arm rests firmly on the table and does not move.
I also highly recommend a Ying mirror with 10x magnification and 20x magnification. I wouldn't do it at 30x magnification because I have one of those and it's a little scary. I use it for just my eyes and even then it's almost too close, it's great for plucking your eyebrows, although when it comes to mascara I definitely recommend finding one that gives you great length or volume which isn't that easy to achieve sometimes. using two very few mascaras gives you length and volume. I tried this Cleo mask for the first time doing this demo. It's called Kill Lash and I was blown away by the connection this mascara gave me.
It doesn't give that much volume. One may like it, but you can go ahead and use a volumizing mascara first andThen apply this lash killer mascara or a similar mascara that gives you a ton of length and your lashes will look powerful. You want your lashes to stand out. I do not do it. Personally, I'm a fan of really big eyelash extensions or really big false eyelashes. I love false eyelashes, if you know me you know I love false eyelashes, that's why I have my own lash style with BK Beauty. I love the eyelashes. I like a corner.
I like full strip lashes I like cat lashes I like individual ones I like clusters because I don't have very nice lashes to begin with and I've tried different serums and basically I need a good mascara or some good false lashes, but Yes You already have lashes that have a lot of volume but not as much length, so I would recommend the Cleo mascara that I used in this demo, the length it gives is really incredible and I like to apply it a little on my lower lashes. I don't like the look of real spider lashes, but again, when I say I don't like something, that doesn't mean I don't like it.
I think you should continue doing it if you like it. That goes back to what I said a few moments ago. I don't believe in rules when it comes to makeup and that's something that was ingrained in my brain when I worked for Bobby Brown in the 9's, she would always, every time she did a Class A training for us, say there are no rules in the makeup and I will always maintain that we are not going to judge people for what they like, even if we don't like it and we would. Let's not do it ourselves, let other people use what they want, so yes, when it comes to mascara for the lower lashes, I like to do it just a little because my lashes are blonde and it just gives a little bit of definition to the lower lash line, but we You're not doing anything harsh or let's try maybe try it if you're someone who loves, loves, loves your dark black, blue or brown eyeliner along your lower lash lines, let's try to maybe smooth that out. a little, try it and apply just a small amount of mascara to lower lashes, maybe even choose a brown shade instead of black, okay, let's talk about lips, probably my favorite category after blush.
I love blush, lashes and lips, now for the lips. I know a lot of people don't like to wear lip liners. You remember a very dark lip line in the early '90s and you're just not a fan, and that's absolutely fine. Lip liners can serve another purpose besides just making your lips look. larger or adding some contrast, they can really help reshape your lips without necessarily having to line them too much and can also prevent lipstick or gloss from moving and settling into any fine lines you may have around your mouth, even if you don't have fine lines around it.
Sometimes glosses on your mouth can just migrate and it's not a pretty look, so a lipstick will help keep everything in place on your lips and not on your cheeks, chin, or anywhere else. Personally, I like to choose really creamy formulas that I got recently. This one from the brand on the face at Ulta Beauty is called cradled and it looks great. I also like Mario's makeup, the lip liners, the Nyx retractable lipsticks, I find that the Nyx pencils um that are sharpened are a little beat up or I miss some shades are very creamy, others pull a little, but I don't really know You can beat the price, the price is very good with those NYX liners, however this about the face liner was $12 I think, and I don't discount at beauty supply stores for lip liners.
I recently went to a local beauty supply store here in Las Vegas and bought some fantastic creamy lip liners for $3 each and when it comes to lipstick, you want to look for one that when applied gives a soft look to your lips instead to accentuate them. each line and make your lips look dry, another recent discovery of mine are these new Anastasia Beverly Hills Velvet Lipsticks so they had to be a recent discovery because they were recently released and I only have one shade so far but I'm ordering two further. Today in the comments of that video some people said that they also loved Anastasia Beverly Hills' satin lipsticks as well as Mario's satin makeup lipsticks to soften their lips.
Some other personal favorites when it comes to lipsticks are these from YSL. Me too. I really like the City Lips glosses and the Maybelline lifting glosses and I know many of you here that when it comes to mature makeup, matte is where it's at when it comes to eyeshadows and lips, but I find that the gloss in the lips makes them appear. Fuller and more youthful, no, you don't have to look like you just ate a bucket of fried chicken if that's not the look you want. Turns out I love glossy lips nine times out of 10 if I apply a lipstick and it's matte, although I might like the way it looks, I just can't help myself.
I'll put a gloss on top and you don't have to put a lot, you can just put a small amount right in the center of your lips, the gloss I'm using today. It's from Lawless, this is the gloss to forget about filler, it's a bit more intense and sticky gloss, but it really softens your lips. Oh, the Lawless lipsticks are also very very good and offer volume without any pain, there are a few in my opinion. Plumpers on the market that cause a really intense tingling sensation that almost borders on painful and I know a lot of people that I don't love either, but this one, even over lipstick, you can feel it a little bit, but it's not bad. everything and the shade selection on these, forget about the filler glitters, is amazing and I also recently tried the new trendy makeup video I was telling you about.
I tried this new lip oil from Too Faced, it's the kissing jelly gloss I said in that video. and I'm going to say it now, it looks like makeup that you bought as a kid or that you would buy for a child, but this gloss is so pretty. I'm going to order another one of these too, it's so soft it's not very sticky, it's sticky. It's really nice once you've completed your makeup, I recommend going in and using a setting spray or hydrating mist, this one from e.l. It's great in the demo. I'm using a Milani matte setting spray.
Some of my other personal favorites are the Charlotte Tilbury airbrush. Flawless setting spray. I also like this one size. This Kota spray is amazing. I used to spray it on my clients. after putting their makeup on and it was like their favorite part of makeup application, they loved the way it smelled, they loved the way it felt on their skin and they were just like spray more, spray more and then after setting, spray . they're done like I think I said or I hope I said at the beginning of this video or towards the beginning of this video.
This was a step by step masterclass on how I would do someone's makeup if they came to me for an event. These are not steps that you have to do every day most of the time. I do all of these steps, but after a lot of practice it will take you less and less time to follow each of these steps to perfect each of these techniques o Find the products that really work best for you and not just because they looked good on another influencer or makeup artist. Always pay attention to who you are listening to.
Are you taking skin care advice from someone with oily skin when you have very, very dry skin? Are you following makeup tips from someone who is 20 years old and has oily skin and you are 60 and has dry skin? I think most of you, if not all, are smart enough to know that, but again, with a master class I like to cover everything and just assume that there are people watching who don't really even know the basics of makeup, so hopefully, no matter what level of

skill
