This is our gourmet salad bar. The first. The item is our potato salad and we make sure each potato has the perfect texture, then we have our quinoa salad. I used to work in the kitchen and this is what takes the longest to do, there are so many little things cutting everything you can see and then we have our four or five mixed salads that we mix fresh in the kitchen we have our Caesar we have our kale we have our spring we have our mixed greens Sorry, the arugula and our cucumber salad right on top here and for people who love butter lettuce, we have our fresh butter lettuce right here as well as our mainstays here are actually the tomato vinaigrette and the chimichurri, these two things are prepared daily fresh from the kitchen and we have our two dressings.

It takes a long time to prepare. We start pretty much in the morning in the oven, we bake it slowly until it reaches the texture we want, so on everything we have about 15 or 16 up here, it could actually be 18 or 20 depending on some seasonal things, but yeah, in for the most part, 18 is our minimum and then it could go up to 20 at any time, with these

s you really want to fill up on all the food that's there because they look amazing, but I have to leave a lot of room for the meats, but I bought their more popular things, like bananas and quinoa mushrooms. and then the other ones that you can't forget, like the creamed corn stroganoff and uh yeah, it looks great, oh, fried yucca, yeah, this comes on your table as part of your meal and you can't forget the cheese balls either You see, that man, I think he got too much from the bar.
I don't even know how many meats I'm going to eat, but they all look so good, although that's the problem. That's okay, because wow, that's really good, it's refreshing and crunchy. I heard it takes a little time. A long time to make this quinoa salad, so it makes me want to eat it just to show my appreciation. This is one of the things I think you should always have with your steak dinner, unless you really don't like creamed corn. It's going to complement the steak very well hmm, almost like eating a thick piece of fried potato.

Alright, this is the top sirloin and also another one of my favorite cuts and you can order it however you want. I usually like it. To get mine, about medium, but most people like it medium rare. Oh look, I'm so incredulous that the bar is so good. Wow, perfect saltiness and it's very tender. It seems like every time I pick a favorite in my mind it just keeps getting better and better, I mean I already knew that because I've been to this restaurant many times over the last 20 years and it's always been consistent, always great food, like the best, seriously, and friends, this is chicken heart, which is very popular in Brazil. cooked beautifully, chicken heart, if you haven't had it before, it's a little chewy, the marination, the smokiness is so perfect.
In fact, I used to eat this a lot when I was a kid. I haven't done it in a long time, but it's always um. It brings back a lot of good memories when you eat it well. I think this is the rib eye here, everyone is there, it's very good, okay, they say it's good, so I'm going to get it. I wonder if I could really get through all of this. Meats up there are between 18 and 20. I have to get this. I have a lot of meat, but not enough pork yet and for lamb chop lovers, you've got it covered here too, yes. I like to eat lamb so you know when pork ribs are good when they look super crispy on top, that's how I like my pork ribs. This is roasted pineapple with cinnamon and sugar. Cinnamon flavor, it's smoky, this is one of my favorite ways to make pineapple, it's a Brazilian grill.
