This is an original recipe on my channel if you've been following it for a while you know, and it's perfect when it's not too cold outside. maybe you don't want something hot like porridge just yet, but like something inspired by autumn, it's so delicious, full of warm spices, let's go ahead and make a breakfast. I'm hungry. I just took Akasha for an hour walk and breathed through my nose a little, if you will. Kids don't know that breathing through the nose is really good for not only waking up the brain but also the parasympathetic system, which helps regulate the nervous system.

We often don't realize how often we breathe through our mouths and not our noses. especially on my walks, I like fast brisk walks so my heart rate goes up a little bit and then I just breathe through my nose and I find that I have a lot of clarity and a lot more energy for the day when I do this, but anyway that It's a little, it's a little trick, but let's make this bowl of yogurt, this is all we'll need. I like to use plain unsweetened yogurt so there is no added sugar. We'll add a little bit of protein powder to increase the protein that it has as well. a good flavor, this is like my ride or die protein, we'll add a little pumpkin spice, obviously a little pumpkin, make sure to only use organic pumpkin, a little nut butter and then whatever toppings you want so that we have our finished pumpkin. bowl of yogurt, I put in some grain-free granola that I bought at Costco, the ingredients are actually very clean, they make it fresh in house and then I topped it with some chia seeds and parts of ham to get some omega-3s, some added protein and fiber, plus I have a lot of fiber from pumpkin which also provides good intestinal health, protein, balanced blood sugar and a delicious breakfast.

Alright, it's time for lunch. It's cold outside. Is cloudy. I usually want a hot lunch. Normally I have been taking it. salads, but I want cooked vegetables, something that's hot to eat, so we're going to make this Cauliflower Rice and Bok Choy with Chili Oil Sauce Glaze. I have a leftover turkey burger. I'm going to add protein and an egg. It's going to be super delicious, so this is the finished lunch dish. We've got the turkey burger, the egg, the tahini sauce, the chili oil, some seaweed, the cauliflower rice and the roasted bok choy, so it's time for a little afternoon cocoa drink and also I made these wonderful ones. pumpkin muffins, I probably mentioned them earlier in this video.

They are so good. moist high protein low sugar fiber I put some sugar free chocolate chips in them I'll leave the recipe below they are so good make some hot cocoa drink with that it's going to be perfect I'm again it's still so cold like it's so freezing , I think it's definitely like a saw, a sign that falls here, um, but yeah, let's go ahead and make a little afternoon, yum, yum, so what I do is I take my Nespresso frother, things that I do in part milk and partly water. so it's not super milky so I add it and then this is the cocoa that I use it's just a ceremonial cocoa so I add a couple tablespoons of this this one is ethically sourced it's vegan it's gluten free no It has sugar, but I think putting this in the frother really allows it to mix well with the milk.
I'm just going to put in a couple two heaped tablespoons and then push this in and then add a little bit of elemental chocolate sea salt. You guys know we love the element, salty and sweet work really well. I just put a little bit and then I put a teaspoon of maca or about this amount of maca is a really good adaptogen, it's good for stress, it's very good for libido, so put that in and then we add a little bit of water so it doesn't I like super dairy drinks, maybe it's just me. You could definitely use all the milk for this, but I don't like them and then we pour our mixed cocoa on top. ah it's so magical so this is our little creamy cocoa drink and then these are fabulous muffins they are so moist again made with low sugar pumpkin.
I'm going to leave the recipe below, let me show you this texture. Oh yeah, so I decided. for dinner I wanted to give my cauliflower gnocchi a twist, my cabbage flour gnocchi was inspired I think it was like 2018 2019. It was a long time ago after trader joe's gnocchi came out and I couldn't get them in Canada so that if you are an original, you remember that recipe, but I'm going to give it a twist, part cauliflower and part sweet potato, for the fall, it will be delicious. I want to prepare them now before my last customer calls so that We're like ready to go and ready to cook after that call, so we're going to do a combination like I said of the sweet potato and cauliflower.
I think it will look very good foreign, so this is our finished dish.
