how to super clean your wheels...

Although we'll be using this car for most of the video, this process applies to virtually any vehicle, whether you have a high-end car with painted brake calipers or a race car. . car that you take to the track or just a boring daily driver after watching this video you will be able to clean your wheels and make them go from this to this or from this to this or from this to this and I think you get the idea. Get those amazing results you just saw, there are five simple steps: the first step is to rinse the wheels and tires to remove loose surface dirt, the second step is to use your cleaners and deep clean those wheels and tires, then, The third step is to dry everything so you have a nice, dry surface to work on, then the fourth step is to remove the stains from the wheels and the fifth and final step is to protect both the wheels and tires so they continue to look great. and they're easier to clean and maintain and to complete those five steps here's everything you're going to need, so you're going to need some running water.
how to super clean your wheels
You can use a hose like this or a pressure washer. The pressure washer definitely works better, but no. everyone has one, so I'm going to use a regular garden hose to show you that you can get amazing results with just a hose. Then you'll need your cleaners. This is very important. Get a good wheel cleaner that works on all the different ones. types of wheels this is safe on every type of wheel chrome aluminum painted brake calipers this will not damage any wheels at all so you don't have to worry about it, some wheel cleaners will damage certain types of wheels and stain them and just you don't want to deal with that so this is good it also has iron decontamination which is great so this is the wheel cleaner that I'm going to use and then we have our soapy water which is just a little bit of dish soap . and the rest warm water and this is good because it's a little basic and it cleans the tires very well and then we also have our tar remover to remove the tar that is commonly found inside the wheel cylinder now that we are cleaning.
how to super clean your wheels
I'll use brushes to agitate all that dirt and get that cleaner in there and these work wonders to get into those tight spots. If you've never used brushes before, buy a set, trust me, it's inexpensive and gives you that extra clean. It just works absolutely amazing so after everything is clean we will rinse it and then we have to dry it and to dry it we use microfiber towels and these are old towels don't use new towels they are clean but they are stained and old use your new towels For your paint use your recycled old towels for your wheels after everything is dry, then we will remove all the stains on the wheels using a clay bar and compound.
I can't wait to show you that it works perfect and then finally after everything is clean we will add our layer of protection which for our wheels will be a ceramic detail spray and for our rims it will be a rim gel and this has protection ultraviolet and ozone protection so your tires don't dry rot and then The last thing we need to do is put on our safety glasses, so these are all the tools and products you need to get the job done. I'll make sure to make it really simple for you and link them all in the description so you can find them easily and with that being said let's get started right so the first step is to rinse the wheels and tires to remove any loose dirt, debris, dust of the brakes, things like that on the surface of the wheel, so when rinsing the wheel and the tire.
Just use the highest pressure setting on your garden hose and don't worry about it looking clean, the goal is to remove any loose dirt or brake dust to make it easier to clean in the next step and so that Brake dust doesn't get into the air that way, you don't inhale it while you work. Now you can see how a garden hose does not remove accumulated brake dust. Look at what a pressure washer could make and what a difference, so if you have a pressure washer definitely use the pressure washer to rinse this off, you'll get a lot more brake dust off, but like I said, we're just going to use a regular hose of That way, I could show you that we can still get amazing results, so We're done rinsing this out, let's move on to the next step.
Okay, the next step is to use our cleaners and clean the wheel, but this is a

super

clean video, so we want to make sure that we can clean the inside of the wheel. where the barrel is and behind the face of the wheel, so to do that, let's remove the wheel to remove the chalk from the rear tires, slide the jack under the lift point of the car and lift the car so the tire is lift off the ground and then you could slide a jack stand under the frame of the car like this and drop the car carefully so that all the weight of the car is on the jack stand and finally I like to pump the jack up so it lightly touches the lift point and this is just a backup in case the jack stand fails and once the car is secure on the jack stands I always like to grab the car and give it a good shake to make sure that it is good and solid and that we have the jack. as a backup we're ready to go here so let's take the wheel off and I want to give you a really quick tip on how to remove these lug nuts without accidentally damaging the wheels and that's using lug nut sockets like this so The regular socket is made of uncoated metal.
If you put it on the lug, you can see that if we hit the wheel here, we could damage the wheel because the metal is harder than this paint, so they have something called wheel caps. The point is that the wheel cap has this plastic protector that way it protects against hitting the wheel. If you hit the wheel, nothing happens, so we'll use them that way, if this hits the wheel by accident, we don't do it. damage the wheel well so now we can remove all the lug nuts using the lug nut socket then we can remove the wheel and move it to where we are going to work and one last thing we want to do is make sure we remove the wheel center cap from that way we could clean the inside, all you need to do is push from the back and it will come out like this, so now let's clean the wheel and all you need is your wheel cleaner and your detail brush. so spray the wheel cleaner all over the wheel and this cleaner has iron decontaminant so you will notice that it turns purple as it dissolves the iron particles embedded in the paint of the wheel and this is really purple because there is a Ton of buildup, so spray the entire wheel and then spray the cleaner on your detail brush to lubricate the brush.
Now it's as simple as brushing the entire wheel and I like to start in the middle next to the lug nut wells as it's a big flat surface and then I like to brush around the rim of the wheel and a spot that a lot What people overlook is the tight space between the rim and the tire, so grab your brush and apply that cleaner in there, it's very easy for brake dust to build up here and over time. starts to damage the paint on the wheel, so clean it well, go over the entire rim and don't be afraid to brush the rim as well to clean any brake dust that may settle somewhere else.
What doesn't clean well is the valve stem because the valve stem gets in the way and this is where the brush really shines so use the brush to agitate the caked on brake dust and apply that cleaner there and if necessary switch to a smaller brush to get into the tight spots like around the valve stem so put that cleaner in there and rinse it off and that gives you a good idea of what to expect look at all the brake dust we removed which was two years of brakes. dust buildup, you can see we have some stains right there, but don't worry, we will remove them in the stain removal step, more importantly, you can see where most people overlook around the stem of the valve.
We have something nice and clean that looks beautiful, okay? So the rest of this cleaning step is simple. I like to use the larger brush to clean more areas quickly, like on the face of the spoke, and then where the large brush doesn't fit, like in this narrow area between the spokes, I switch to the smaller brush and it fits perfectly here. now the nice thing about these brushes is that they have a plastic base and a wooden handle so they are soft and won't damage the paint while brushing your wheels so now as you clean your wheels you will quickly see why I say to use brushes and a good wheel cleaner, two years' worth of built-up brake dust simply melts away with a few strokes of the brush and it's very rewarding to see how clean it will be And so you don't get bored, let's speed up this cleaning process and finish the rest of the wheel.
This is a really easy job when you have the right tools and products and you just make sure you apply that cleaner to every part of the wheel with the brush and you will get amazing and beautiful results, we brush the entire wheel now it's very important that you don't let it the cleaner to dry on the wheel because it could stain the wheel and that would not be good. So after brushing I like to immediately rinse the wheel so it doesn't dry out and you can see all that soapy brake dust just melting away and washing away and holy smokes look at that difference already and we haven't even finished cleaning .
However, another place that people tend to forget to clean is the inside of the lug nut wells. This is a hard place to reach and you can see how dark and dirty the inside is, so spray each of the gaps with wheel cleaner and then use your brush to go deeper into the wells and clean the brake dust. . You can see that the brush fits perfectly here and also don't forget to clean the center hole of the lid and now I'm using a toothbrush that fits very well here. We rinsed off all that gunk and unfortunately these nut sockets don't look good at all, but don't worry, I have some tips and tricks in the stain removal step that will make them look like new, so one last thing to clean it up.
Many people forget about nuts. You can see there's a lot of brake dust stuck to them, so just take your brush with some wheel cleaner and brush the brake dust off after brushing it all over, then we can rinse it off and look how clean this one shines. nut compared to the dirty one. Attention to small details like this will make your wheels look super clean when you're done, so let's brush all the lug nuts and then rinse them off and now. These are clean and ready to go, so with our clean wheel you can see there are definitely some stains here.
I will show you how to delete them, don't worry, the next thing we need to do is whenever you want. To clean your wheel, you also want to clean your tire so you can add tire dressing to it. You don't want to add tire dressing to a dirty tire, but when you clean your tire, you will remove the protective layer so you can see how. this tire has a slight brown tint and most used tires have that brown tint which is not actually dirt, we just clean it with some wheel cleaner, rub it and then rinse it but it is still brown, The reason tires turn brown is because the antiozonate is built into the tire and then every time the tire turns brown.moves and flexes, the antiozonate comes to the surface in a process called blooming and that antiozonate has a brown tint, but it is very important that that is there because it prevents the tire from dry rot, it prevents ultraviolet rays and ozone damage the tire and guess what we're going to clean, so it may not seem like a good idea and it wouldn't be if you didn't do it. replace that protector with another protector so this will make our tires look new and still protect them so keep this in mind every time you clean your tires you need to add a protector so to clean the sidewall of the tire , spray it with a little soap. water and if you look closely the sidewall of a tire is not a smooth flat rubber surface it has letter and number designs that give it a lot of texture that traps dirt so we want to deep clean the texture to remove that dirt and while soft bristle brushes like this one work great for spreading soapy water over the surface of the tire, a nylon brush like this one with hard bristles works great for reaching deep into the textured surface and cleaning all the dirt and the antiozonized, so start with your soft bristle brush and spread the soapy water all over the sidewall of the tire and get a nice soapy texture, and the ph of the soapy water is slightly basic which makes it really good for cleaning rubber like the one on your rim, so after brushing it. let it soak and dissolve the dirt for a minute and a minute then brush it with that stiffer nylon brush and notice that the white foam is turning brown due to the dirt and anti-ozonate coming off, that's what you want to see, this will clean the rim is really good so the bandage could stick directly to the surface of the rim and that will help it last longer and also prevent it from coming off the rim when the wheels are spinning so with the part front of this wheel and rim clean, let's turn it over. and let's do the back part now, we don't need to clean the tire on this side because we can't see it, so let's let the anti-ozonator stay there and do its job, but we do want to clean the barrel, which is this part.
You can actually see that there are tar stains and also brake dust stains and we want to clean the back of the spokes. I don't think these have ever been cleaned. Look how dirty they are. It's crazy, so let's see what we can do. here, use the wheel cleaner and spray the wheel cylinder as well as the spokes and watch how quickly it turns purple, that's because when you step on the brakes the iron on the brake rotor comes off and becomes embedded in the paint of the wheel. Now use your brush and agitate the dirt on the wheel and apply that cleaner on there and after you're done brushing it all off, you can rinse it all off and you can see how much cleaner it looks.
Now I can make a bet and let's say the back of these spokes have probably never been cleaned since the car was new, which is unfortunate because they will be badly stained and probably permanently damaged and honestly, that's a lot better than I expected . Check out this before and after so you can see. how clean we got that spoke, but this is the perfect example of permanent damage caused by leaving brake dust here. I get it, not everyone is going to clean the back of the wheel and how often are you going to do this, but you can see that brake.
Dust gets embedded in there and then it corrodes and that's not good, so this is a super clean video. I'm going to quickly clean up for you, a lot of time, the back of all these spokes, so here's a before and after. I show you how to remove tar buildup and you can see we have a lot of tar right here so spray it with the bug and tar remover and work this in there with a stiff bristle brush and the stiff bristles work best against the tar. that usually sticks on the wheel is pretty good so take your time and really work that tar remover on there and then when you're done rinse it off and you can see all the tar that we removed.
Here is a before and after. It came out pretty well, except for this spot here, unfortunately, it's bare metal, so I'm starting to think it might have been brake fluid from maybe a service at the dealership where the brake fluid was bled and some dripped on the wheel and just removing it here and then, the brake dust and tar built up because the brake fluid corrodes the paint and there is no more paint there anyway, it was cleaned now and this looks much better, so yeah we take a closer look at the wheel cylinder You can see we have some tar here here and here we also have some tar up here and then there are these little black specks, they are all little specs of tar that we can remove and make this wheel look much better, so just take a brush with a little bit.
Remove tar and brush off tar stains, then we could go in there with our microfiber towel and rub those tar stains to help lift them off the wheel. Now these tar stains are there quite well and they don't come off. with our towel but don't worry I have a trick to make this easier and that trick is to use a heat gun like this to heat up all the tar stains and let me show you how amazing it works so grab your heat gun and carefully. Heat up the tar stains and what this will do is soften the tar and make it much easier to dissolve it with the tar remover, just be careful not to heat the wheel too much because you don't want to damage the paint, you should be able to touch it, no No problem, it shouldn't be too hot.
Well, let's apply some tar remover and you can see that it comes off much easier. Now let's take our microfiber towel and rub. and don't be afraid to use that microfiber towel and really rub it in there to remove the tar and look beautifully it looks brand new, I mean look at this before and after to make the inside of this wheel look much better, but there are some stains that are stained and don't worry, I'll show you how to remove them in the stain removal step, but overall this looks much better than what we started with.
Okay, now with the back of the wheel clean. we can turn it over, give the face of the wheel one more rinse and the front and back of the wheel will be clean, so we are ready for the next step, so drying the wheel is a simple but important step, It is important that you do not let water or even chemical air dry on our wheel because it will leave water marks that will stain the wheel, so use a clean and dry microfiber towel to dry the wheel and while drying it you can You may notice that you missed a spot of brake dust in the cleaning step, but don't worry, it should come off immediately with your drying towel, so wipe the entire wheel to dry it and at the same time you will remove any dirt that you may have. you missed, then spin the wheel and repeat the process on the back of the wheel as well, so with the wheel completely dry, just look at how amazing this wheel looks.
It looks absolutely amazing and we're not done, you can still see we have some stains here which is definitely an eyesore, we need to get rid of that so let's move on to the next step to remove any leftover stains you have after you're done cleaning , it's pretty simple and We have two ways to do this: first we have our clay bar and then we have our compound, but we're going to start with our clay bar and there are different types of clay bar, we have the least aggressive one on this side and then we have our soft. and then we have the most aggressive one on this side.
You always want to start with the least aggressive one, so let's start with this, so let's start by removing this stain right here and you don't need this whole bar of clay, just pinch off a little bit. So now it is important to understand how the clay bar works. This is a soft synthetic clay material. By rubbing it against the paint, you will extract the contaminants embedded in that paint and the contaminants will be embedded in the clay now every time you use it. clay bar you will always want to use a lubricant you will never want to rub directly onto a painted surface because you could ruin your paint, most clay bar kits come with a detailing spray like this and it would work perfectly fine but since we are working on Wheels I'm going to use my wheel cleaner as a lubricant and it will also help clean and remove brake dust while we apply clay, so spray the stain with the wheel cleaner, then place the clay bar in there and with medium pressure again to apply it. and go ahead and if it doesn't come off just rub a little bit harder then go in there with a microfiber towel to wipe it off and check this out, that's what we start with and here's the stain removed, not bad and if you take a look at bar of clay, you can see all those black flecks on our clay bar, which are all the contaminants that we just took out of the paint and transferred to our clay bar, that's exactly what we want to see and after we get all those contaminants in there, what are you doing? it's called kneading you just need this to get a new clean surface you can see how it turns perfect white and now we can use this clay bar on the next stain without scratching the paint so again spray the stain with wheel cleaner to So we can lubricate our clay and then rub the clay back and forth to draw out any embedded contaminants and it's pretty tight here so you may have to get a little creative with how you use the clay and finally clean the area. with your microfiber towel and look at that, here's a before and after, okay, so we removed a ton of dirt and brake dust that was embedded in these wheels, I mean, look at that, now the face of the wheel It is stain free and looks great, and while the spokes and face look great, look at these nut welds, they are super stained and look horrible, so let me show you how we are going to clean them up so our clay bar has You've done a good job, but that's pretty much all you'll be able to do. to get out, so now let's move on to the compounds, which hopefully we can get them nice and clean now, as you can see, these nut wells are very stained, so stained that doing this by hand just isn't efficient, it's going to take forever. , so to speed things up, if you have a power rotary tool like this, this will save you a ton of time and give you great results.
Let me show you that your rotary tool will come with a kit like this and in the kit there will be an adapter with almost a screw on the end, grab that and grab one of these wool polishing wheels. Now you just want to screw the adapter onto the polishing wheel and screw it on until it's pretty tight and then slide it on. Polish the wheel and adapter on the rotary tool and tighten it perfectly. Now just put a little bit of compound on your finger and rub it well into the nut and then have your rotary tools start slowly and start polishing the sidewall here to remove. all that staining, if you want you can speed it up a little bit, but don't go crazy, you don't want to damage the paint underneath and you don't want to overheat it, it's better to take a little more time and it doesn't damage your wheel and then after polishing the stain, let's come in here with our microfiber towel, wipe it off and see these results.
Here is a before and after. This turned out great, so I'll repeat this process on the rest of the wheel. The nut welds and rotating tool are the trick to making this so clean. I mean, just take a look at the difference before and after. Unfortunately, even after removing the stains, you can see that just from the brake dust that is there there is permanent damage. at the base of the well so the solution is to use a wheel touch up paint pen and I already cleaned this area with alcohol so the paint will adhere properly and now just squeeze the paint pen and push the tip into the area you want The paint coming out in this light silver paint is not specific to this silver Ford wheel, but it matches the factory silver almost perfectly.
It even has some metallic flakes that help the touch up paint blend in really well. Work that paint pencil around the entire perimeter and see the results before and after. What a difference now that we let them dry. There is one more thing you can do. It's not necessary, but you can do it to make your wheel look super shiny. and that's putting some compound on a towel and polishing it all over the wheel. If your wheel has shiny paint like this, when you compound it, you can buff that paint to make it look even brighter and give it a deeper shine, so buff the compound. all over the wheel with medium pressure and once you do, fold the towel to get to a clean part of the towel and wipe the wheel to remove any compound residue that way we will have a nice, clean and shiny surface, this alone will take a few extra minutesto do it and it's totally worth it because now it makes a big difference while I was making up the wheel, I noticed two small chips on the face of the wheel so let's touch this one up here and while it's not a perfect solution, it is.
Make that damage almost gone, especially a few feet away and I saw another little chip right here, so let's touch it up perfect, so the front of the wheel is completely clean, all the spots have been removed and now This paint is super shiny. Look at that shine, that metallic shine stands out a lot more now, this looks amazing and we're not even done with the protection step yet where we're going to add another layer of shine and also a protective layer, so real quick, let's flip this wheel. and you can see how stained and discolored this barrel looks, so let's fix it, so put some compound on your rag and just like the front of the wheel, buff that compound into the paint and not only will it remove the stains but will also give the paint a deeper shine, just look there are a decent amount of little paint chips on the barrel like this now, so you might want to touch them up to make them less visible, plus this helps prevent future corrosion .
It's not that perfect now, but once it dries. it will mix even more and also remember this is the inner cylinder of a wheel, you really won't be able to see it very easily and I just want to remind you of what we started with about eight years ago. Brake dust builds up, so with all the stains removed from the inside of our wheel that looks super clean and all the stains removed from the outside of our wheel that also looks super clean, let's move on to our last step now most of people would stop correctly. here because these wheels and rims look super clean and this looks amazing, but we're not done yet, there's one more thing we need to do and that's protect our wheels with a ceramic detailing spray and protect our rims with a tire bandage, so let's start with the tire dressing first, now real quick.
I have a very important safety concern when using tire bandages. Tire bandages are very slippery, it is important not to get them on any of the brake components if you spray them with a little soapy water and wipe them off to clean them. Also, if you have a car that you take to the track or a motorcycle, it is very important that you do not use tire dressing on the entire sidewall of the tire, specifically this top part here. It is used for grip on your racing cars when you take turns, this is used, you can see that everything is difficult and you don't want that to get slippery because then you will lose grip, the same goes for a motorcycle, whether on the track or on the street.
The sidewall is actually used for grip when you're turning, you don't want to slide out by accident because you're using tire shine and I just wanted to share that quickly with you because I thought it was very important now when applying a tire. dressing, I prefer to use a tire gel instead of a spray, the gel gives me much more precision. I could just apply it to the rim, I don't have to worry about overspray or getting it on the driveway and I can control the shine, okay? to make it look less shiny or I want it to look soaked and super shiny and to apply the tire dressing what you could use is a foam applicator pad like this one or what I like to use is a folded microfiber towel the same width than the side wall so the trick here is to apply the bandage across the entire width of the towel that way and then rub the bandage into the towel that way when we apply it it spreads evenly now applying this is so simple like running your towel along the sidewall applying that bandage to the tire so that it evenly covers the surface.
Now, one place that a lot of people tend to miss with their tire dressing is right between the tire and the rim, this tight space right here and it just doesn't look right, so a little trick is to apply a little bit of tire coating and then use the brush and then apply the tire coating to that space so you don't miss any spots and the shine is nice and even across the entire sidewall. It's all about the attention to detail when you do a super clean and it will make your results look much better and you can also use that brush to apply the bandage to the sidewall of the tire again, the goal is to just have no dry spots and cover the entire the sidewall of the tire, so this is really simple and I think you understand what you need to do: apply the sidewall coating around the entire tire so that you have a smooth, shiny sidewall and no dry spots. and then once you're done, it's important that you let it soak for a few minutes so that it absorbs into the rubber, so that after you soak you can see how it builds up here, that it will launch and shoot out as the tire spins. , so even if you want it super shiny, we have to polish it lightly, so if you want a wet shiny look, just lightly polish the tire to even it out and remove any dressing built up on the surface and now you have that wet look.
Now if you want a more matte finish, simply buff the tire with more pressure and remove more of that gloss dressing to give it that matte finish. The dressing is still absorbed into the tire and is still on the surface protecting it, but no. It has the same glossy shine, so it depends on the type of finish you want and then you will have a better idea of what each finish looks like. This is the clean but uncoated original rim and here's that matte finish and then here's that dripping wet shiny finish so I could do any of those options or anything in between it all depends on what you prefer so I personally like it the aspect between the two extremes.
I don't want it to look matte but I don't want it to look soggy, so I have a A slight shine here makes the tire look new, but you can also tell that it's been cared for not only because it has a layer of protection here so that the UV rays and ozone do not degrade the tire and now with the tire protected, Let's go protect our wheel and to protect the wheels we are using a ceramic detailer and a new microfiber towel, so before we add our coating, I like Clean the entire wheel with alcohol and this ensures that the surface of the wheel is clean, there is no wheel cleaner. there is no tire shine, no compound or anything like that, it is a clean bare surface that our ceramic detailer adheres to now, a few minutes later after the alcohol evaporates spray the microfiber towel with the detailing spray and then apply that detailer into every nook and cranny. on that wheel and while you're doing this, make sure you don't touch the towel against the tire so that the tire doesn't shine on the towel.
Same with the wheel cylinder, clean it with alcohol and then spray the towel. with the ceramic detailer and polish the entire barrel to coat the surface so it is protected from brake dust and will come off more easily in the future. Well, the last thing left is to do something with this center cap, unfortunately you can see that it's all bubbling. There's nothing we can do here other than replace it with a nice new one. These are very cheap to buy so let's take the old out and put the new in so let's line this up and get it right in place and then my favorite part is peeling the protective plastic off and it looks much better just look at it everything looks clean.
Incredible, attention to detail is what super cleanliness means. Little details like this really make a difference and we have now officially finished our fifth and final step the protection step now this is great but don't think it will prevent brake dust from getting on your wheels it will still build up it will cause be much easier to wash, it will also protect it so that brake dust doesn't get embedded in the wheels as easily, so now let's install it on our car and see how it looks, but real quick, it looks old, rusty and dirty, and the same with the wheel well linings, they look dirty and disgusting. and we could clean it real quick so it looks a lot better because we don't want to put our new wheel here and have it look bad, now cleaning the wheel well is actually super quick and easy, first rinse everything Remove the dirt from these plastic liners, then take soapy water and spray it and use your brush to agitate the dirt and put that soapy water in there then rinse all of that and dry it with a microfiber towel so there's no water left and finally We're going to use a ceramic trimmer shop so Not only will we bring back that dark, rich plastic color, but we will also add a layer of protection so the plastic doesn't get dirty as quickly. polish the product on the plastic and check it.
Here is a before and after and this is not just to see water drops on the coating, which makes dirt not stick as easily and also makes them easier to clean. so let's do the same thing on the other side, beautiful, so with the plastic trim cleaned and protected it looks great. Now we have one last thing we have to do. I think you guys know me pretty well now. I can't keep the pieces. looking old, dirty and rusty, I have to clean them, especially since here we have these new and super clean wheels, so what I did was sand the suspension components, hit them with some black spray paint and then sanded the caliper brake and I hit it with some red spray paint and the red will look really good with this dark gray, also the red gives you like 10 to 15 more horsepower or something so they look awesome.
I put some new brakes on it and look. how good it looks with the super clean wheel installed, what a difference, so now let's finish this by tightening the lug nuts tight in a crisscross pattern and then we can lift the car up a little bit, remove the jack stand and then lower the car to the ground and remove the jack under the car and voila, those are the five steps to super clean your wheels, look how amazing they turned out, they look brand new and remember what we had to work with these wheels they were not clean for over two years, the Brake dust was built up, there were stains everywhere and now take a look.
This is a transformation you could be proud of and it makes driving your car much more enjoyable when you get amazing results like this. now i added in a very quick step because after super cleaning your wheels you want them to stay clean so you have to maintain them. You don't have to do a super clean every time you clean your wheels, something you may never have to do. This again, depending on how much you drive and how quickly brake dust builds up, maybe once a month or so, rinse the wheel, get your wheel cleaner, spray it on, and get your detail brush in those nooks and crannies tight that you normally can't get. and since it's not that clean, you keep the wheel on, they do these things that go here so you can clean the inner cylinder of the wheel without removing it, rinse it all off and finally hit it with a protector.
It stays clean and looks amazing, so voila, this is how you clean your wheels and the results speak for themselves, as always.
