SWIPE and WRECK!?! My Favorite Fire and Ice Acrylic Pour

Apr 08, 2024
What's going on guys, welcome back to the channel? Another video today will be a

fire

and ice. I'm going to use a similar technique to what I used in a previous video and we're going to slide in some white blood cell. activator in the background and I think it's going to be great, we're using really awesome colors, we're using a lot of blues and then a lot of reds, orange and a bright yellow. I'm really, really excited to see how this one turns out because the last one we did with the blue and the slide ended up super cool, so I just want to extend this a little bit, we have a lot of spikey black paint, I'm not too worried about that, but I want to have a nice thick layer to work with, so when we

swipe

we'll have a lot of paint to do it with, so I'm going to grab my

swipe

tool.

I have my cell phone activator here. I'll

pour

it along the foreign spatula trying to get to the end, the edge drips off the excess, we don't need much, leave this cup and then we'll start our strokes. I really love the effect this made, I'm really doing it. The light slowly slides down the center and also saves a lot of the black paint that we're using because we're going to use it again and we're going to need it to spread the rest of these paints, so again We're going to do it from a different direction, like I did last time.

More Interesting Facts About,

I am referring to the results of the last one. I was very, very happy with the way it finished, so I don't want to digress too much, so we'll start sliding, look, slowly slide across it again save this black paint, let's knead it in, have a nice clean section of the spatula, let's put this all black so as not to contaminate the white cell activator, so now I have to

pour

along the other edge, this is always the awkward part for me if I turn it this way, hold it all awkwardly while beginning, maybe it will make it easier, so we have a nice, okay, oh no, I look at all that black that I just went into my cellular activator, well, I'll have to get it out of there in a second, okay, another soft and smooth motion, let's clean the spatula and then I'm going to take a quick second to get all of this black paint out of my white blood cell activator, so I'm not going to waste it because after I have a bunch of colors I won't be able to do much else with it.

It has had the benefit of giving us the time this cell activator needed to fully work. settle I know I'm going to want something around the edges here to minimize the scrolling down as much as we can because I didn't have enough on my canvas last so this time we have enough that's sure fine so For the Fire colors and Ice, last time I used a stick and I don't think I used enough paint for them, so I think for this one I have two bands and maybe for shooting I could run it through one band and then another.

So we could have multiple color lines here. I like the way it flows, but I also want to go against it. That's a lot of blue. Oh my gosh, I'm still trying to keep it the same size as my slider tool. We might not be able to get it right, so we might as well grade the colors because I think it was really cool, and then we got this glorious really bright light blue permanent color, something I didn't really think about before this. Right now I have a very bright yellow and usually yellows and blacks don't like each other so I hope they behave, who knows, maybe not, maybe they hate each other but we won't know until Let's try it, it's very deep. red here I love that red so we have this was a combination of that same red and the fluorescent yellow made almost a blood orange color not exactly orange but orange enough and then this is that beautiful fluorescent yellow beautiful color you guys in that moment I think I just want to do diagonals and I'm going to let the colors touch each other and mix, okay, it's not going to damage anything, so first maybe let's start here by dragging the colors, that's beautiful. what look at that thing, yeah, I like that and the same with the hot colors right now, yeah, look what I was talking about, the yellows turn like a green tint.
I'm like, yeah, man. those colors are phenomenal, I love them, I also like how they still bother these cells when you swipe down they look cool and let's see how I want to do this. I think I'm going to drag it over the parts where it appears. of Fades, because I know I'm stretching it, so I know these lines are going to move, they're not going to be right where I want to put them, but we have a really nice interaction there too and they're not overwhelming interactions. because there are a lot of colors like these that aren't going to mix very well with each other, so I'm trying not to mix them too much, man, look, I'm getting dizzy every time something seems to work well.
It makes me very happy, very happy, now let's see what I want to do. I liked all that kind of mess here and there. I feel like dragging these colors into the warm colors would be really cool. Let's make a little swirl make it perfect now we'll make another one in the same kind of direction just the other way here we go I think I'm going to lose a lot of this and that, but whatever I'm doing in the center pretty much Stay, so let's drag it a little bit. of that, let's drag a little bit of that through a bunch of color all the way around the end of this needle here and then maybe right in the middle bother, they sell just a little bit.
I'm just going to do that one more. time and then we're going to rotate this puppy oh, I already love this, the only thing I know I'm going to want to do is shift the weight of a little bit of this paint towards the center while gently sliding it. of the tight things, move them now the idea of rotating something light enough that we still keep some of these colors on the canvas. I want to keep these blues and whites. We may have very thick paints, but we will work with them as best we can. can we, oh my god, it already looks glorious, I almost don't even want to change that, what looks amazing, okay, I love it so much, so let me take a little bit of this excess black, help that movement, take a little bit here , help him move.
Here I also have some solid black and anything where I accidentally get color, maybe where I don't want the color, I can always go over it at the end, let's try it. I love the look of this thing, it's amazing, let me take you down, I want to To show you this, I'm so in love with these really fine details, as you can see, yeah, that light light yellow turned a little greenish with that black, that was a which I was worried about, but other than that, I'm just speechless, the composition is incredible. I love how it looks.
