So mom, good morning guys, welcome to today's video. Today I'm obviously going to do

I eat in a day. I started with a fairly typical break

fast

for me. I have my matcha latte which I make a little difference so I use Trader Joe's Blueberry Lavender Milk and it's so good it tastes like fruity pebbles and then I have my scrambled eggs with my spicy truffle sauce but I usually prefer regular grated cheese , but I didn't have any, so I grated some. gouda some fresh gouda and I have yet to try this but I can only imagine it will be phenomenal if the truffle doesn't overpower it but no it doesn't actually taste like gouda it just tastes like truffle chutney but you know

what

's next being good, I'm not complaining, this is going to be delicious, so it's currently 9:30 in the morning.

I'm about to start work here, I'm going to have break

and then I'll get back to you. When I have lunch I think I'll try to do something a little more fun than what I normally do. I'm usually very lazy with my lunches and just throw whatever leftover veggies I have in a wrapper and call it a day. but I think I'd actually like to try hard today. I've been home for a long time straight and like I don't know, I just feel lazier. Don't know. Let me know if you feel the same. Do you feel lazier because we've been stuck inside all this time?

I don't know 20 20 man, I don't even know we're back for lunch time. In fact, I like to compose myself a little. I felt it was appropriate. I know I'm filming today. I'd like to look a little cuter, so I said I'd like to try something more fun for lunch. The day has escaped me. This happens all the time around lunch, which is why lunch always is. My laziest meal is 2:40. I'm just having lunch now because I was working and totally lost track of time, so I'm going to do something I've never done before, but I can't imagine it's bad.

We're just going to make a rice bowl with frozen vegetables, so we're just going to throw some things in the microwave. That's it, I don't know, I think it's great, so I have organic jasmine rice. I love Trader Joe's jasmine rice. These are the perfect microwave frozen pouches to microwave in three minutes, that's what I'm talking about and then this is also just four and a half, so this is a sub 10 minute lunch. I don't know if it will be good. I'm feeling lazy, so four and a half minutes and then we'll go get this guy.

This might be the most boring meal I've ever made in my life. I could have made a wrap, it probably would have been more exciting than this. There's just not much going on here, it's just steamed rice and vegetables that were frozen three minutes ago. I'm not going to criticize it until I try it, but I hope it's half-baked, so I'm trying to see what else I could add well for the sauce because obviously you have to sauce it, this is, it doesn't, maybe it's just a little bit of teriyaki sauce and then a little bit of sriracha, I don't know, wow, okay, I'm actually going to add a little bit of this crispy onion chili.
I don't know if these flavors go together well, but I love it and it usually makes everything better, so we have lunch, you know? With the sauces it doesn't look so boring anymore, this could be very tasty, let's just mix it up. cover it all with those sauces and then we'll try it it'll probably be pretty good actually it could be worse it could be better which is a little spicy you know what's good we have vegetables we have some carbs broccoli peas and then whatever it is I don't have idea what it is. We might want to make some guesses in the comments.
I have no idea. I'll just have to make a dinner that really packs a punch to make up for this. Not bad. It's just not super delicious, I only like rice and vegetables, so what did I expect? I don't know and with that I'm going to have this kombucha, this is the energy greens kombucha, it's a probiotic tea in case you don't know, I usually drink half at a time just because they're pretty big so I'll have the other half right now with my lunch and yes, it's officially my favorite time of the day, which is dinner time, scheduled for seven minutes, seven minutes and counting hmm, dinner.
Honestly, it's my favorite time of day because that means I've made it through the day in the first place. Secondly, I get to eat delicious food and thirdly, it means my bed and my TV come next, so it's just the best. Part of the day we eat macaroni and cheese, it's actually healthier macaroni and cheese, then I added some things that are not so

healthy

, so the macaroni and cheese I made is actually chickpea pasta, which is very interesting, gluten free and with high fiber content. high protein, low carb and regular mac and cheese, I don't know, but it really felt like a comfort food night, like a nice cold mac and cheese night, you know you can't go wrong, so we got the macaroni with regular cheese and cheddar.
I actually added a little heavy cream that wasn't in the instructions, but I just like creamy things. I'm a creamy girl so you know you can't hurt and I also added a little garlic powder just to top it off. atmosphere, let's do a little taste test, this is going to be so good, I'm so happy, I mean, yeah, a perfect way to end my day really, really, really, really, so I'm going to have dinner and then my nighttime snack will be something super no. I really like the snack, well it's a snack sure, but it's not exciting, it's not a great continuation of the mac and cheese drum roll please seaweed, honestly I really enjoy it, I love a good snack of seaweed, but my favorite is the simple truth wasabi. one is very spicy like it's not a mild wasabi flavor it's like an every bite flavor but I really enjoy it I love a good kick we had dinner we had a snack and that's it for my day I won't eat anything else I'll drink the rest of my water here it is and if you're wondering why it's orange it's because it's neo flavored but yeah that's it for today's video guys I hope you enjoyed watching it let me know. the comments what did you have for breakfast, lunch and dinner today or depending on the time of day, just let me know what you have eaten so far so I can get some inspiration for upcoming
