There are probably two ways to tell one of them is that there is a button here and the other is that there is a button on the key which is not really the most convenient most of the time. if you lock the car, put it in your pocket, you walk up to the car, there's actually a button right underneath, in the middle of the car, that will open your trunk, very convenient if you ever have something in your hands and you just want to open it. There is no

need

to take out the car key and there is no

need

to get into the car either.

I didn't find out about this until probably a couple months into owning the car when someone pointed it out in one of my comments. sections, so it's very helpful to definitely have something that's a little bit hidden and that not everyone knows about right now. The next thing I'm going to talk about is for those who haven't purchased the cards yet, if you're thinking about buying a mustang and you're debating whether you should buy a high performance package or a non-high performance package. Let me help you decide one way or the other. The brakes of the car.
mustang tips and secrets you need to know
One of the biggest differences between a performance package and a non-performance package is the The performance package comes with Brembo brakes, while the non-performance package does not, plus they come with all-season tires on instead of sticky tires, but what are you going to use this car for? Are you going to take it to the track? All the time, are you going to use it very aggressively or are you going to drive it daily because in climates like this where it rains and sometimes snows, all-season tires perform 20 times better than those tires and also if you're basically driving This car is daily and you won't be driving it super aggressively on the track very often or at events very often.
These brakes are more than fine and you won't have to pay that extra fine to get the Brembos because every time you have to replace those brakes it's very, very expensive, so maybe that will help you a little bit in deciding if you should get a brake package. high performance or a non-high performance one, so many of these next

tips

will be available. the interior because you spend most of your time driving the car in the passenger seat behind the wheel instead of outside the car, so my car doesn't have a digital dashboard, but I do have the performance package with heated and cooled seats and all that to start.
There are a couple of things you're probably going to miss, one of them is a place to put your sunglasses. Well, Ford just relocated it here. There is a small spot right next to your knee. They decided to change it from up there. down there for some reason, but that's just a little hidden thing that's there, so next up is going to be advanced traction control, this is a pretty much standard feature on all Ford products, but if you come here, if you flip the switch , We're going to turn the traction control off and on, but if you press it and hold it for about five seconds, it will turn off the forward track, it will take away the stability control and all the assists and then you'll just press it once and you will turn back. we'll turn it back on but if you hold it it will turn off the advanced track so if you're looking to turn off all the assists this is how you do it next is going to move on to the climate controls the climate controls here don't have a way to control the air from where you want it.
I was struggling with this for probably five minutes when I was driving to Texas and I didn't realize until very recently that you actually have to go to the weather screen and then you can select where you want the air to come from the screen. It's a little inconvenient because I had Apple Carplay the whole time I had maps and all that and I never thought about going. in the Ford system to go and select where I want my air to come from, but that's how you do it. A word of advice if you are using Apple Carplay, don't use this output here for some reason, sometimes it decides to be weird and use this. one instead because it's going to be a lot easier, it's also a little bit out of your way if you have a manual like me, everything is out of sight, out of mind with that and it works better with that port going to the passenger.
On the other hand, if we open the glove box, you realize that there is a manual missing from this, there is actually a little hidden compartment right here, if you press this, it actually drops the manual, so if you are looking for the entire owner's manual and all of those things will be here, a little hidden compartment in the mustang and let's talk a little bit more about this key. If you have a car with keyless entry this should apply, but the mustang has all these features that a normal car would have first. The thing is if you unlock and hold unlocked it will roll down the windows to let a little bit of air out in the summer and you can hold it down and then if you just want to open it a little bit you can release it or if you want all the way you can hold it until both windows go all the way down and you have keyless entry and you can also lock the car from the outside so these little lines here mean the car is locked, the car is now locked. but, of course, it maintains the entrance; if you put your hand there it will unlock so there are actually two different ways that if your key fob battery dies you can access the car and start it so let me walk you through the process. steps of if your car battery dies what to do, the first thing you should do is Mustang has this little kind of thing hidden here, you put your key in this hole, but this piece actually slides out if you put your key right here, there's a little hole and this piece will slide out and then there's a keyhole underneath that you can turn and open and you press this little button on the key of course and you slide it out and then you have access, so that's what you do when your key dies, but one thing you can do in almost any car when your key battery dies is hold the key close to the start button and press it down and of course, He will start the car with his foot on the brake and everything but the mustang if you empty your cup. holder, there is actually a secondary place right here that you can put your key if you die or even if you want to reprogram the key or program it to be a secondary key or something like that, all the programming is done by putting the key in this There is a Little slot here, but that's pretty much all the features I have, other than one really cool feature that you get on the premium that I'm going to have to go to the garage to show you guys, let's give the mustang a little start.
The car does not come with a valve option. There would be an additional switch here that could adjust the valves to be muted too loud for tracking mode and all that stuff and adjust the noise. My car is just a noise and I mean I have an aftermarket exhaust so it sounds amazing it's loud and it sounds great now that I have the car in the garage I can show you this feature you probably already know what feature I'm going to talk about when I take the car to the garage, but it's the ambient lighting of the car, all of this ambient lighting is completely adjustable and the halos around the little dashboard are also adjustable, if you go into settings and then go into my color, you can change the gauge the color to basically all the different colors you want, that's the inside of the gauge.
I like to keep it blank. You can also change the halo colors to basically any color you want and it's a pretty cool feature. I always keep it. in purple because that's the color I like because my car is bluish purple on the outside and they can also change the ambient lighting. You can also dim it if you want and turn it off if you want too and then you can change. the different colors in the ambient lighting of the doors and this also changes with that, but it's a pretty cool feature in addition to all the colors that you're already giving, you can create your own custom colors called my color you.
I can go and figure out different color codes and things like that. Yellow is not one of the available colors, but I have it set as one of my colors, so if I want to have a yellow I can go in and click on my number one color. which I set to yellow you can change all the rgb settings so if you want to go ahead and do that and it's not the color you want from the factory you can still have it in the car and set it further on let's go to the other cards with the lexus and the bmw, we'll also see if we can add another car, as I was talking about adding a potential fourth car for a more economical and fun summer type of daily car project that might end soon maybe not, we'll see more to come on all that stuff different very excited for summer everything is starting to open up I hope every other day if you guys are new um going away from the shorts is one of the things For a while I wanted to do shorts again so I started uploading them but it's starting to disappear again .
You won't really see many of them because I enjoy making the short ones, but only occasionally do I enjoy making the longer ones. There are a lot more videos and I think I'm going to do that because that's what I enjoy doing. Let me know what you think about the change. I will still be very active even if I don't upload videos every day, you will see. I'd probably like a poll for myself or a little story of mine on youtube, so I'll still be very active on all my social media including Instagram and tick tock, but mainly on youtube, I personally find it when it's just the longer videos, all In one single place.
It looks a lot better and if you've been subscribed to me for a long time you'll know that I've been bouncing the video idea back and forth for longer videos and those have always been the goals so this shouldn't happen. It's a big surprise, but that's all I have for this one and I'll see you in the next video.
