First of all, it ties into your calendar, which is really great if you have things that are already on your calendar, let's just say. you put a personal lunch meeting or a personal trip or something and you block time on your calendar, it will automatically update so no one can book that time or those dates on your calendar, that's the first cool thing you do.
You don't have to continually update it within Cali, it updates for you based on your personal calendar, whether it's Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
