There's a really cool place to see, there's a lot here, they have a lot of really interesting things and exhibits to see, so let's go in and check it out. It's really windy and rainy today, so it's a good time to be inside, this is just coming through the front door, we have a lot to see here, although it's a really big

I know right now, I want to come here on the left and see things. about aircraft carriers, I want to see if we can find something right there on the USS Lexington and I'm aware that no, the company. There are Blue Angels fans, well in case you don't know, a fun fact is that the Blue Angels are stationed here at NES Pensacola, right here in Pensacola, and they have a couple of air shows every year. They have a homecoming show here in November and then they have an air show at Pensacola Beach every time, I think it's right after the 4th of July, it's usually a week or two after the 4th and they are spectacular, they go all over the world , all over the country, doing air shows on their station right here, NES, in this section. this is going to represent world war ii, imagine having to sit on this thing, sunken treasures of lake michigan, he supposedly recovered a couple of airplanes from the bottom of the lake and then restored them, so let's take a look at it.

I know this is going to be really dark and you can't see it very well in the video, but they said they set them up to look exactly like they found it at the bottom of the lake. I think it was the USS Kassar JH and they made it out of plastic so you can see what it looks like on the inside of an aircraft carrier, which I think is cool, the engine room is obvious, obviously, there and you can see the shafts or the propeller shafts starting there and coming back, there are some long props, yeah, up there, we just left the main museum. riches here and there are a couple more exhibits you can go to. I have to find out about that there, but this is the other big exhibit I've never been to called Hangar Bay One and they're supposed to be very interesting. stuff around here there's an Apollo exhibit here that's really cool and we'll find out what else they have so this will come inside hangar one as an Apollo exhibit right there we'll check it out so they have one of these helicopters. on display they call the king of the sea and I think we can go in and check it out.
It's like Nixon was there. Oh, there's a rover there. I have never seen one of those at least 20 Horowitz tires. They have a section right here. we just got here this is for the US Coast Guard so the USS Oriskany there is a model that was sunk south of Pensacola in the Gulf of Mexico and uses a reef for diving now well guys that that's all for our tour of the National Aviation Museum I highly recommend you come here and see this place. It's totally incredible. You can spend many hours here wandering around and looking at all the planes and all the exhibits they have.
