Dollar Tree DIY - Greenery For Your Home

Hey guys welcome back to my channel so today I'm doing a Dollar Tree DIY and this is right up my alley because you guys know I love Dollar Tree and I love DIYs so doing a combo one is actually really exciting , so I was at Dollar Tree about a month ago and I was actually looking for some

greenery

for my upstairs bathroom and when I was at Dollar Tree I saw these really cool, like grass, like pieces of grass, and I actually picked them up and made my own. Kind of like something improvised like a grass vase and I put it in my upstairs bathroom and it turned out super super cute and I thought, you know what I bet?

I could do more really cool things with the

greenery

and fake plants I have here, although they are not the best quality fake plants you can still make them work and I found some succulents in there. I found some really cool things there so I thought I would DIY a few different ways to add greenery to

your

house because I feel like greenery is one of the most important things for

home

decor, it adds a pop of color and also brings liveliness to

your

home

. You know what I mean, so I wanted to show you something really real. inexpensive ways to be able to add that greenery you won't like break your budget or anything so I hope you like this video let me know in the comments below which one is your favorite and yeah I think that's it so let's go go ahead and get started so this first one is a cute succulent tray and this one is super easy so all you have to do is buy little glass jars and these cute little succulents from the Dollar Tree and you just want to take them off your little plastic pots, so one thing I noticed was that they had a lot of rocks, they had every type of rock you can imagine and they were a lot cheaper than maybe buying them at Michaels or something, so you just want to choose.

What color rock do you want? I chose white just because I think it looks very pretty and very clean and you just want to fill the little vases and then you just want to arrange the succulents however you want and then make sure. that you take any of the extra stones and place them around the succulents just to make sure you hide the sticks um and I think they are so cute they look very high end and the succulents are actually very good quality for being at Dollar Tree , below is this beautiful wreath that you can also use as a centerpiece like on your dining table and that would also be very pretty, so basically all you are going to need is a foam wreath making machine and you can get it. these at Dollar Tree you can get everything at Dollar Tree and then you're going to take these vines and wrap them around the foam wreath and I think I used about three vines on this wreath and then I took another one and cut it off so I could tuck individual leaves all over the wreath. wreath so I could fill in the gaps and stuff like that and I also used super glue just to make sure the ends stayed in place and it didn't come out so I also found these adorable little berries and I love them and I love the color combination that they gave it to the crown, so I spaced them a little bit everywhere and made them into a ring shape. and then I found these really cute flowers and they're actually pretty decent for the Dollar Tree.

I mean, I'm not going to say they look real or anything, but I like these because they really cover a lot of space, so they did have big spots that you had to fill. These flowers did a really good job and it was a lot of fun to make guys if you are a creative person and you have never tried a type of floral design like I think. I really liked making these, it was really really fun and I could see them as a centerpiece for a spring and summer wedding or um, just on your door during the summer, it's really pretty.

I really like it, guys, now. This cute little vase with grass, I think this one is really cute, but the grass looks a little fake, but if you put it up high, I think it's really cute and I actually have it in my bathroom. Now, then, what you're going to do is just buy a glass face and some grass. I think I bought like four, four branches of grass and then some black stones. Now when I put this in the vase, I really had to do it precisely. Place the rocks because I wanted all the rocks to hide the grass, so the grass seemed to come out of the way, so you see, you really know how to pick and place each and every rock with precision, but it's worth it when you're done because I feel like it looks really pretty and really clean so it takes a little time but it's worth it trust me that's basically all you do for this one really easy but I think it's really cute and you can add just a little .

A touch of greenery in the room After placing all the rocks, I went in with some scissors and trimmed the grass a bit. I felt like it looked really dull on top, so trimming it I think made it look a little bit. more realistic, that's all for this video. I hope you have been helpful. I hope you try some of these. I think it's so cute, very modern, like they could do it, they have like these big plastic ones. kind of like fishbowl looking things, the only reason I didn't buy them is because they were plastic, but you could literally use anything, you could use a vase, you know, an old vase, an old bowl you could have, like you could put those succulents. on anything and it would be so adorable, so thank you all so much for watching.
