SnowRunner Rail Trail Logging With All 3 New Trucks Paystar 5600TS P512 PF And The BOAR 45318

Apr 07, 2024
How are you guys doing? I'm Mr. Lone Wolf and I got a little big one today, that's what she said and uh, yeah, I'm going to go take a

rail

tour. I'm going to go and take these three

trucks

, uh, then the

p512

. About the new payment star that is like the twin ladder and the big fat ball and, yes, like it's a

rail

road track, so I have to go and deliver two lots of medium logs and four lots of long logs to the train station, so that's why I wanted to do this mission. In general, this video yes, I am very happy.

It is a good opportunity to test the three new vehicles. I also take the dolphin for a little test. You can see that there are several registration stations scattered around the map, some of them seem to have unlimited loading, like all the registrations say, like um, yeah, it just doesn't have a number next to it, some of them seem to be limited and, yeah, eventually some of them will run out again and you. I'm also going to have to move the logs like now I have this pay star set up, which is the first one we're going to try and now one thing I like about this pay star is that it's very long truck I can still place it like the

logging

crane and then you can set this up to grab the long logs or you can also have a high saddle or a subtle low one, I don't know if it has BOTH saddles but you can have one saddle so you can have full semis too.

More Interesting Facts About,

snowrunner rail trail logging with all 3 new trucks paystar 5600ts p512 pf and the boar 45318...

It could also stand up, like instead of a

logging

crane you could have an add-on for the body of a pickup truck, so then you have, um, yeah. various supplies and then a saddle on top, so yeah, it's cool, it's one of the more unique

trucks

in terms of configurations, so I'm trying it out now. I guess the main one to compare this to is really the twin ladder. You can see it by the way I drew a line on the map. I mean, we're going down the road, one of the closest registration stations. I wanted to see how this thing is doing.

Going up here feels like a bit of a two-way street. There's magic, there's slightly better motorsport here than I thought it could possibly be. It has smaller tires, I think they're 50-inch tires, while the biggest ones you can get on the two-way are 63-inch tires and, yeah, someone was. To say this doesn't feel as fast and forceful as a twin ladder, which I agree, but I think to some extent the smaller tires have the effect of not so much slowing you down, but it's just, yeah, the same rotation of a wheel, you get less clearance with a 50 inch tire than you do with a 63 inch tire and I think that's why the dual steer feels very powerful and fast because it has the largest tires of all the ones that have a box of high range shifts, so it goes faster. for one revolution of the shaft and by the way, yes, I got a little stuck on a rock, it's a little iffy, but nothing too bad.

I tried to cut this video down, obviously, as short as I could, I left it pretty much. all in, but there's a weird little part, I'll explain. I've only cut out small chunks because otherwise I can only edit a video up to an hour long when I do it this way, so yeah, it was all like that. 65 minutes, so there are just some boring sections that I've cut out that don't really make any difference, but like I said, 99 of them, where we are, we're fine, so anyway, head to the first sign-in station that's it. It seems to have unlimited logs because normally where it says long and medium logs underneath there are six loads left for example, I like the fact that you don't have to be stupidly precise about lining the

trail

er with just one thing in the mud runner when you're getting records unless the

trail

er was parked perfectly in line with you, it is a note that the records cannot be loaded, but obviously, being an off-road game in the troll places, they allowed you to grab records of the possibilities of having your entire vehicle in a nice, perfect straight, flat, smooth line was thin or none at all, so yeah, it's a noticeable thing that everyone will remember from playing running back, but it was still a pain, so at least in this sense it's almost as if you did it um. packs up the logs and almost fails a little bit in the trailer and it slowly morphs into its own way so yeah that's good that's good news that they figured all that out so yeah here we go I mean there's long records, it's uh.
It's good to see them back in the game, finally in the franchise type and yes, I loved handing them the logs in Mudrunner and overall I want to say this is a good truck. I'm glad I started with this one. pretty good with the logs, fits the whole thing well, I like the fact that it has this type of trailer but half of it is attached to the truck, the other half is the end of the trailer and they both rotate so it behaves more like a semi truck, sorry, more of a semi than those damn doll trailers and, uh, yeah, I mean, in this game, unlike Mud Runner, there are long logs and medium logs, so there are no small logs, which, to be honest, I'm fine with that, um, yeah, outside of anything, obviously, if you're going to keep two of the three, I prefer them to be the medium and long logs, unlike Mud Runner, actually They don't count as points in this game, as some guy Justin Lynch also said in the comments. there, uh, it's like the long logs are long logs, medium, medium, they count as one load each, so right now I have delivery of four long logs and two medium logs and I wasn't sure because I'm sure when you equip this.
The trailer at the trailer store has something like written on the side of the trailer how much cargo it can carry and I'm sure it said two loads for this, so at this point I was assuming that these long logs would count as two load lots, so Which Obviously I thought I would have to deliver two batches of these and then yes, maybe with a medium they could count them as one, but I was pretty convinced at this point that it counts these records as two, however, yes, I'll break the surprise now. It's not like that, it's basically just a lot of loading and yeah like I said I had to do four runs which to be honest was the good and the bad when I first realized that I was like oh no, because I really didn't.
I want it to get too repetitive and I'm basically going to do the same trip four times. It worked really well in this situation because I was able to test this. I was able to try

p512

, the wild

boar

. I also liked what I said. a race with a dolphin, so the same place I just went to every once in a while I'm running it to the railroad just to give this kind of yeah, look how this compares to the way the dolphin handled things, the Dolphins. one of the best uh bass truck games, take some fuel on the road, i think so, this thing is a bit of a thirsty beast, if i remember correctly, so you can see, i'm at that crossroads, now i'm going to cross .
Here, that section of water next to the lake was, uh, it's a bit of a difficult place, a bit slow, plus I was there crawling pretty slow the other day, so I guess I'll leave the pictures of this one. but I'm going to drive through that water a few times tonight so I'm going to cut it in half because it's literally like two minutes just pushing the throttle down into low range differentials or whatever and uh yeah. crawling slowly, I'm okay with that because they've been pretty fair and balanced with this mission, sorry, not the mission, the maps in general, but there are still a lot of paved roads, it's a pretty smooth map and then they threw in a There are some awkward sections like this one that I'm pretty okay with because the alternative, well, you have just a purely easy map, which would obviously be a little disappointing, you have a purely hard map, a little more like flooded hills and all that I just don't know, yeah, I don't know if I want to say difficult, but a little slow, yeah, and that gets a little boring and repetitive.
This map, I mean, there are ways around everything where you can use mostly asphalt. paths, so if you just want to run a little faster, you may have to take the longer route, but I'm fine with that, or you can take the more direct route and obviously there is a lot more risk and yes, slowness involved in the situation. and overall I was pretty happy with the pace I was doing now because, I'll be honest, yeah, I didn't have high hopes for this section. I drove by here the other day in the Dolphin and was struggling.
Here, but it was pretty broken. I reversed it and fixed the suspension because it was all broken, so yeah, but I still like the dolphin going by, but it was definitely pretty slow and I was thinking in my own head like, oh God. Here we go because, again, the dolphin is one of the best trucks in the game, so if that's a little difficult, a lot of other trucks in the game won't like this section, but it was, yeah, good news for the star of payment, although it's slow, again I'm fine with it in bits and pieces in small doses uh, drop it in the low stick, differentials engaged and all-wheel drive that I took before starting this mission and I took some of the upgrades, unfortunately the two that What I bagged was the raised suspension and the all-wheel drive upgrade, which were the two I really wanted to be honest, so yeah, as you can see I have all five axles driven and maybe that's a situation where this feels a little bit weaker than the twin, not to mention it feels like a wheat truck.
In fact, I had a better overall feel for this truck today than I did yesterday. I thought I was having trouble a little bit more with these logs, but it's working, yeah, it's good, it's like it's not like that. It's not dull by any stretch of the imagination, but at the same time not only does it feel like it's not the right truck for the job, it actually handled it pretty decently, but yeah, there are more axles to feed, so while the Sorry bread, the lazy man got. Bread on the brain uh the twin ladder has to split its power if you have all-wheel drive now between four axles this is feeding an extra axle so instead of each axle getting 25 percent like it does in the double wishbone or 50 if you don't have wheel drive now you get 20 for each axle so yeah it's splitting it's diluting the amount of power and I think that's why it might feel a little slower like I said , combine that with the uh. the smaller tires and I think together, but certainly the way it went down that first kind of muddy ravine when I put the logs in high range it went up there for the most part until I got stuck on a huge rock, so, Yeah.
It was not that bad. I'm going to move forward a little bit here, basically, in front of us. I was hanging around back here, as you can see, going to another registration station, they've gone a little over

boar

d. The amount of bloody tree stumps they are putting everywhere so I tried to go around them and ended up in the mud very slow. This thing didn't jam, but it was slow and boring. I was able to cut. like another minute that like I said I was running for the 60 minutes anyway so I needed to summon him to go and that was one of the parts uh yeah stuck on a fucking log again just give us something in the game that you can delete.
This damn thing, happily if it was just a random accessory that you could put on your truck and you could just drive around ripping out tree stumps, I would happily wear them out in a way that would be cool because then this thing is cool. For example, you can tear up the logs and make your own little paths through areas with a lot of stumped logs, but again, it's probably yes, I doubt I wouldn't hold my breath for them, making that an option, but yes, there are definitely some . Little places where I think they could have calmed down a little.
Rockman also Rockman is definitely back. He returned from his vacation. He's back from the pandemic all summer, but he's certainly been in charge of some rocks he's been scattering around the place. It's probably the same guys in charge of the trees, they just like to get a little angry with them, so yeah, I want to say this again, I've turned it down to a minimum. There are definitely times where I like the access to the three low ranges, but just the high range the high range is too nice it's too nice to give up worth the sacrifice worth going a little slower in sections like this certainly it is enough just with the mid bass as a bass version in any case the bass bass often does not introduce enough revs to the situation and a little further forward as well, is it the p512 or the boar?
I've got the gearbox tuned so I'll test it a bit and now I'm all about the good stuff. The thing is, I don't think it's a bad gearbox, I still don't think it will become my new favorite. I still prefer the high end, but yeah, it's not just a total waste, so yeah, I drove by there, we'll take this. once again, you can see there are six charges left, six charges left, which I didn't realize, although when I pack that goes down to three charges, so basicallycheeky here trying to position my crane. I was trying to grab all three logs at once just to save myself. three missions and again you could get away with doing the same thing in Mudrunner in the past, which I also tried to do.
The grip speed is a bit like one of those arcade machines that purposely seemed weak and made me drop the toy. purpose, I wasn't very impressed with that, but I tried again because it's the definition of insanity, I do the same thing expecting different results, but it worked, proof that insanity can be good now, I didn't really let go of the logs. I'll be honest, they kind of fell off, so I got a little lucky because I was already lined up with the trailer that everyone fell into and they all landed in place again. It's even more forgiving than the mudrunner in just letting you pack them up so it was all, uh, good news, I packed them up and off we went, and again, I mean, for the most part, it's just this section coming up that I had to go through. wince on the way up, which is a little uncomfortable.
The high range is quite nice. Again, even on this tuned gearbox, I know it's probably more in line with the off-road version than the top range, but due to the larger tires it balances out, it also turns out that, as long as it's not slow to the point where it gives me that kind of impatient god would like to go faster feeling like then it's uh yeah, that's the main thing that has to happen, otherwise I'll get bored. Look now, I was supposed to turn right here and I just missed it. a little because there is no power to the front wheels.
I'm reversing, which is pushing the trailer and the dolly axle is kind of hidden under itself, but the front wheels were turned but there was no power coming, so it wasn't pushing my nose. So I had to back up a little more awkwardly, it's situations like that where all-wheel drive would certainly be a benefit and right now, by the way, you'll see that in a second. Luckily the game is just starting to save, but in this moment I'm going to the high, high, low range, I'm sorry, because it's very slow to go up and when I got in and looked back, I had already started leaning, luckily it was completely my fault.
I turned the game off and reloaded it and loaded it for like two seconds before tipping, which was pretty convenient again, totally my fault, it's just that extra slowness in tuning. I was looking at the tuning to see when I'm actually completely in high range, sorry, high, low and, yeah, that was just me taking my eyes off the truck long enough that when I looked back I was already leaning, it was too late and as you can see, I mean it's actually just. I'm not happy with this section. I don't think a lot of things are very happy with this section.
He's a bit of a troll. It has very soft spongy mud. There are a lot of pretty big rocks, all sunken and trapped in there. There are also several. tree corpses lying around, as with the game you get stuck on them if you ram them enough, eventually they don't miss but they just move around the map and get out of your way, luckily in the end I did. a winch from the trailer at the back to the log near me which pulls the trailer towards me and inadvertently pushes me forward so yeah it worked and finally there was a tree stump once a tree stump It actually came with something of some use. and uh yeah, I threw a winch at that and I mean stuff like this in general the maps are pretty well balanced so it's not the end of the world if they throw this kind of truck over a mandrel or flooded hills or a large salmon beak.
It would be a disaster, a waste of time, but considering this whole trip from the garage to the railroad, those logs and back again, this is the only section that really gave me trouble, yes, for the most part it was relatively smooth sailing, so which is one of them, I really mean, you just have to judge it mission by mission. If you see a mission that's going to be a bit of a nightmare, I certainly won't be, yeah, this won't be high. on the list at this point, I was honestly contemplating just going to find the dolphin and pull it out, but then on the last day I just looked around and touched the automatic winch just to see if there was nothing in front that I could reach. this tree stump and, uh, yeah, it was solid, so if you can get out of that swampy section and then obviously it's the way the game is coded, as soon as I get into this part, you can suddenly see the ability, the grip and everything just increases to a level where it's not that bad, but yeah, the p16 obviously doesn't have all-wheel drive, but that thing has a big, strong beast, that thing is so heavy, meaty and massive, that's what which she said plants you on the ground and creates its own grip from its own weight.
This thing is kind of in the middle, where it's like, it doesn't have the same bulky weight as the p16, so it's struggling to have enough weight. on its rear to put those rear tires on to get grip in the first place, but overall I don't think the truck is a complete disaster anyway, like I said, that section was a bit trollish, so it's a number one midsize record . Done and as you can see, yes, this mission is certainly not the fastest, but it is good, although I was enjoying it. I've been enjoying this game more than I have a lot of stuff in Snow Runner for a while or when they added the stage. two, I enjoyed some of the missions and did them, made videos on them and all kinds of stuff, then they had big contracts that felt very complicated and sweaty and repetitive and were taking bloody hours.
I didn't even start on most of them because I heard there was a problem with the uh like it said 15 cabins you need instead of three, so I skipped it when they patched it and ordered it, I thought, well, I don't really want to do them. I wasn't that interested in the map, I was a bit bored of them, luckily they released mods around the same time so they just distracted me and sorted me out, now that we're at it, yeah I like the look. Of these two maps, I'm definitely liking the second map a little too now that I've figured it all out and there are more little secret lanes to go around the map and that's pretty cool overall so I'm certainly looking forward to seeing it. doing the quests, the contracts, all that kind of stuff on these maps and yeah, it's been nice to see the login too because that's cool anyway, I can stand out from the Mud Runner game to a certain extent, I mean, it's the same with mud racer game the goal of this game is simply to give you an excuse to have multiple trucks and drive them on the offroad terrain obviously in the past mud racer yes logs were just an excuse to force you To do it. go here and there and blah blah blah, and they've certainly upped the game in Snow Runner because there's a lot more variety of cargo, obviously, mud run, it was pretty much just logs and that was it, and uh, somehow he got it.
It got boring after a while, like I said, every mission you did didn't really matter because it was just an excuse to drive there, but once you completed everything, there wasn't much replayability in Mudrunner because then it was like oh I have to carry the same logs to the same place again and uh yeah, but it's still good to see them again in this game and anyway now I've been rambling a little bit, but yeah, we've got the ball, we've got a damn pro with us, you know he was going to show up at some point and got another medium log trailer and again, this is this section, it's a little slow, take a look inside while I was waiting, that's why I left a little bit more of this, that's what you want to see out the window rear, damn horse of a vehicle, uh, yeah, the interior looks pretty cool, although, again, I'm slowly crawling towards the horizon, a little bored, looking around at this.
It's usually the point where, yeah, I'll do a quick look at YouTube to see if there's a video I can follow quickly that will distract me for a few minutes, so again I'm going to skip ahead now just to keep liking it. probably half a minute a minute and I mean it was going this slow all the way to the end with low range differentials in all wheel drive and uh yeah it made it so that was a good start I mean the first little section where I drove from . let's say the garage, to say the fuel station, this felt pretty good, had a pretty decent pace, wasn't completely breaking into pieces, certainly felt a bit front end heavy, but it wasn't to an annoying degree and uh yeah, it's a bit of a heavy and bulky beast, so it plants itself well enough, it's got pretty decent sized tires, everything else has chains and everything, so it rides well and that's the horn, yeah, no it's amazing.
It's a bit sharp and squeaky for something like this you need a speaker more like the p16 again I said the p16 speaker so good it's like therapy one press and you feel better well, I'm not that name, I've never been therapy Damn, that It's not paying someone to tell me all my problems, like why are you angry because I just paid you £50 to ask me why I'm so fucking angry. Uh, yeah, the bread bounced and flew off the chair I put down. On him, it's like life sat pretty well on him, but to be honest, I wasn't really paying attention.
I dropped the hammer we flew there and my leg bounced, but enough, you see it as soon as it falls. The problems start because we don't have a damn horse as a vehicle to help us and it definitely doesn't hitch into the bread now that I've pushed a lot of bread out of the way and they offer virtually no resistance, this is just that this truck is a big, fat beast, heavy and bulky again, this section is definitely a troll and much more annoying, slow and disastrous than it appears at first glance. Luckily, that tree stands up, but it's locked in place, so we can crawl out. go fast enough to put the winch on, to be honest that's all I can handle and yeah things weren't going very well, I have to tune out that log either way because if I keep going I think I'll just hit it and it will automatically disappear and transform into the map anyway, so I mean, as usual, that's why you get a whole damn kind of vehicle options, people, that's what our life brings you, I mean, simply champion, he is direct.
To be honest, I was leaning a little, but I thought: enough, we'll try, I got the advanced winch, it was quite convenient to try to dig a bit of a bread hole, but the main thing, as best as you can. Look, I made a mistake or not, but I bounced it on that tree, it made the tree come off, which is good, so I just cut it off. I was only joking for 10 or 20 seconds at the end, it led to this. but because it has engageable diffs and everything else, while I was winching on this, it would have just been in automatic with no diffs engaged and it's not that good, so I'm going to switch to this where I can Drive this and set it up how I want, diffs low range in all wheel drive, all the rest and just stick a winch to the pan that has differentials and traction always on so it will still be on my maximum pan. mode, I know right, I mean, look at it, it's a moving winch point, I put it in the middle of the map where I wanted to throw a winch, it's like a ground anchor, I put a winch on it and now I'm far away and then now. because I need the bread to move, I just put another winch on him and he starts moving forward, he's clearly pushing me up this hill like a damn pro and we walk away, crisis averted, all because we brought a horse or vehicle with us and that's why you get yourself a life, but again you can see that section is a little annoying, put a winch on the left, we're not going to leave a horse behind, I've dragged him back, but he'll like to keep an eye out for the rear of the convoy.
Make sure there are no bears trying to sneak up on you or anything like that. In that annoying section you can see it's moving forward for the most part, so yeah the three new trucks are added like that, I certainly don't think they're terrible or anything when you compare it to things like the boar and the taz. I think they're fun, but they're actually pretty useless because they're too light, they get stuck very easily in deep terrain because they're just weightless, so for the most part they're a gimmick or you. I could stick a repair truck body on it and use it for that, but for the most part I don't use Tazon Waterhog much, um, yeah, at least these trucks are bulky enough, I like the bigger trucks in this game anyway. stuck on a fucking tree stump, uh yeah, I still think they're more used than useless, but they're clearly not the best, they're not like the new dads in the game or anything, they lift bread with hooves to that you can are tucked in and tight in the back of the trailer now it won't pick up anything, it knows what it's doing again that horn is a bit yeah, for such a big trip, we're a long way from beingHonestly, if there was a way to just go through the trees and see if all the trees could be killed, I would just go full speed now and start smashing the trees out of the way.
I don't even care if realism is being achieved at that point. Me and these trees have history in At least I remembered the corner this time and immediately, yeah, I don't like it very much, so I'll have to take this truck on some of the other maps because this map is new to me, I can't say for sure if this area is just, I think it's particularly troll, but I'm just saying I don't know what it is in relation to all the other trucks. There are certainly many other areas on different maps that I have taken many other trucks through, so I will know how they will behave.
I will also be doing a review of the paid star, the boar and the p512 very soon, so I will take them to all the courses and try them out, basically, I used to leave. the reviews for half a week to the week because I wanted to get used to the trucks, but I realized halfway through, I think when I was doing like the boar and all that, but I can also do the uh for the Once I have the images to the review videos, I have a pretty good idea of what the trucks are doing by then, it's just because I already know what that's like in relation to everyone else, so yeah, I'll continue. with that very soon and you can see here, I mean, this thing was absolutely struggling even though it has all-wheel drive differentials everywhere else, still bringing the horse with us, but again, I can vouch for the low level.
Anyway, the loaf makes almost no difference, if a truck stops due to the fact that it is towing a loaf then the truck doesn't have much excess power to begin with, but I think in the low range there are a couple of times. where a couple of wheels were moving a little to where again maybe the rev limits are too keen on this and just not supplying enough power and obviously the off road I guess now the fine tuning would be quite nice to have the three low range options, but I'm going around in circles so I don't even know if the low range options would make any difference.
I think overall now it's just the weight of my truck. I know it's just sinking and yes it drags slowly I don't know because I say it has a lot of weight but it doesn't necessarily translate into huge amounts of grip right now but they are probably chained for off road or something they certainly aren't the mud chained, so I guess they're not as good as, yeah, sludge, chained sludge, aside from this section, but I'm still happy with it because it was an opportunity to put this and the p512 on for their beats. but neither of us were really happy with that section.
Plus, at some point I might have to drive like the pay star up there and maybe the dolphin too. I've certainly cleaned up what I've cleaned off the medium logs. There may also be sets of long logs up there, so yeah, maybe at some point I'll try the pay star and the dolphin up there just because, again, it lets us know how they behave with each other. It's one thing why I like to do the same tests in review videos because it's one thing to be able to see what a truck does and it's good, but what does that mean in relation to all the other things?
So it's nice, yeah, to have like the same areas to compare, so again, there's not really a proper path going back to the railroad, so we'll just make up our own path and we're almost done. It's probably one of the longest videos, I mean, maybe not. be as long as a bread video, but let's be honest, but the bread was worth a lot more than an hour, not that bad on the pay, I mean, it probably took me about an hour and a half, at least two hours, maybe time to do all this. but again it was great.
I probably could have gone back to some of the easier logging stations over and over, but I tried to mix it up a bit, but yeah, some xp doesn't bother me anymore. It's also not that important to be honest, but it's still nice to have the job done and then last a bit. I'll just show you my professional reverse parking. If you're in doubt, just push harder, it'll go one way or another, that's definitely what she said and uh yeah, like I said, that's it for today, so it's been a pretty good test. The login looks pretty good.
I'm enjoying the map so far. Yes, these trucks are less than useless. I'll use them, but I'll certainly be mixing and matching, but yeah, that's all for today, though I hope you enjoyed, I hope it helps, thanks for watching, thanks Patreon members and I'll be back soon.
