Mar 30, 2024
Okay, we'll show you first let me show you the piece of

meat

that we're going to use. What is the same job that says choice? I have round roast, okay, so we'll make our

jerky

with that, but we're going to use this

meat

tenderizer

jerky

slicer

that we got from Weston on Amazon and we've used it twice now, yeah, and it's very beautiful, okay, so let's go ahead, you can cut this in half. I'll show you what we're going to do with this the first two times we made it, we used London Broil, which was pretty good sometimes, when they're boiling, it's a tough piece of meat, first of all, which is perfect for jerky, but it has some fat, creepy parts that just isn't good when it's really jerky, so you know you end up wasting a little bit of meat, you know, if you have gray or fatty parts in that jerky, it's not possible, so I'll be back Tom Tom He turned it over and is going to remove the fat.

Nice steak, well, come on, do it because you don't want any of that in your jerky, just make sure it tastes about an inch and a sixteenth down the throat of this thing just to show you, try to get some meat that doesn't have a lot of grayish fat, That's beautiful, Tom, what's going on here? Well, when you cut the meat the way we just cut it. You can see the grain running this way, so when you chew this piece of jerky, you will bite into the grain, it will be very, very chewy, hopefully it won't be too hard, but what I made was just for me.

We can show you that I'm going to have to get to a tournament, yeah, I usually put the clamps on. I usually put the clamps here or here, so it's much easier to handle, not over here, turning something like that, it's worth it. Guys, those blades are very, very sharp, so as soon as you use them, put them in hot soapy water and don't touch them, that's stupid, these are the

tenderizer

blades.
Sorry, these are tenderizing blades when they use them. you can make cube steaks whatever you want it tenderizes it works great and then it comes with that yeah I had to order it I had to order this one so the actual unit comes with tender razor blades yeah that's okay just You have to put in some wing screws. along with putting that, putting that there first, did you see that? Did everyone see that with a part? Okay, thumbscrews tightening them down, then the side says right comb, the other side says left comb and on the combs themselves it has an are I don't know, so you can see the combs and you have to put them here, the one of the right one, of course, goes on the right column, the left comb, and if you don't have them there, the meat sticks to the slicer and the wheels. and it just makes a mess we did it so we know it's not right it's not right so this is very simple now you don't have to worry about your hand unless you put your whole hand in here to get caught it's quite a way down to hit the blade.
I'm with my fingertips touching the blades right now, so just watch it when you put it in, don't put your hand there, okay, done, yeah, okay, then just put it down. and you cut it with your fingers, the cuts, you cut it for you, I mean, it's very simple and another piece, it just doesn't take long to cut the jerky, it's just all those pieces, yeah, and then when you put it in the marinade, make sure you separate each of these pieces, it's about a quarter of an inch thick, 3/16 to a quarter of an inch and, but then come on, I mean, we can do all of this right now, it doesn't take long, no. long take, yeah, it's done, okay, there you have it guys, and now here's the little piece, this is something I should have had 20 years ago if you wanted to make jerky, it's all a piece of handmade material, now look . in this piece when I cut it because of the green color it has, so when this jerky comes out, it will crumble in your mouth, well, I don't want it very chewy, I want chewy, but I don't want to I have to chew on the leather of a boot, it's okay so there you have it that's the Winston jerky tenderizer

review

and this tender slicer is worth the money guys so this is a huge feature that I wouldn't have known about this if I had.
I didn't see Jack drink water in a video with I don't remember what company it was but he forgot what it was called and it was sold at Academy Sports, we went there and they don't sell it anymore so we made it. I had to look elsewhere but that's how I found out about this so in Jack's drinks corner I'll put a link to his channel below you guys, this is the best investment I've ever made. I love it so thanks Tom, you're welcome.
