For this first meal I'm making tuna salad. I'm making this for lunch, but it could also be used as a snack and I'm pretty sure I ended up using it as a snack whenever I was hungry but wasn't going to eat. a meal, but I'm using these tuna packets. I actually had them in my pantry and really needed to use them. I like to mix the lemon pepper and the regular tuna, it tastes great that way and I'm going to put a little mayonnaise on it. I know mayonnaise is fattening but it doesn't have sugar and I'm putting a little bit of dill sauce in here so mainly what I'm trying to do is limit my sugar intake so I don't mind the mayonnaise there really isn't that much in the great outline of the whole recipe but I'm giving it a good mix and then I have some hard boiled eggs that I made a couple of days ago we have chicken so we have a lot of eggs so my kids really like hard boiled eggs and also So I'm going to cut them into very, very small pieces and put them in my tuna salad for a little bit of extra protein and just to make it a little bit thicker and then after I give it a good mix, I'm going to put some. of mustard um just because I really like mustard and then a little bit of salt and pepper and if you want to put paprika or any other seasoning you can but this will be a little snack to eat with some crackers or on its own or maybe with some toast, oh , I'm making overnight oats again this week.
