TIERED TRAY TRANSFORMATION | DOLLAR TREE TIERED TRAY DIY

for a while and it just doesn't show up, it's not exciting, it's very boring. I thought about painting the silver white, but before I did I thought, well, maybe I can use that galvanized paint. technique and a little jazz, let's see if I like it, make it a little more rustic and I can always paint it white if I don't like it later, so using the galvanized paint technique I came with just a little silver. a little bit of black, a little bit of burnt shadow and I kept rubbing it in with a makeup sponge until I got the desired look.

. and if you can find them at Dollar Tree, you just want the house solid, so you'll strip everything off, sand it down a bit, and give it a good coat of white paint. I went to my hiding place and was trying to find a circle big enough to make the hole for the birdhouse and once I found something that was big enough for my taste I just traced it and used black paint to fill it in. I grabbed the doll rod, cut it out, and hot glued it on. that and that will be the little hanger.

sign and it has two little screws on the back and that's what holds the house on the front, so I just took the house off and measured it to size. and I cut it out now be careful because when I cut it out it will have some very sharp edges so be careful and don't cut yourself so I just looked at where I wanted to cut it out and used scissors to cut it. I set it up and put this on top of my little birdhouse. At first I used hot glue but hot glue doesn't stick so you're going to need some super glue or e6000 something a little strong for this to stick because the hot glue was coming off. back up, I always show you my mistakes and one of them was leaving the grooves when I was trying to put this on top, if you flatten it out you'll have a much better, secure hold and again for video purposes, I'm.

Shown using hot glue but you will need super glue or e6000 to secure it but it secures much better once it is flat. If you don't have one of these signs, you can also use a metal tin baking pan. Dollar Tree what a cute DIY number three so for this DIY I'm going to use one of these amazing photo frames that they have at Dollar Tree and I love it because it has one of those little label holders and as you all know I'm just I love anything It has one of those label holders, so I took it off and painted the frame white, then I went in with some popsicle sticks and painted them white too.

I just used the photo frame insert on top. of the popsicle sticks and that was my measuring technique so I could place the popsicle sticks inside the frame so I didn't waste the parts that I cut out of the popsicle sticks, I used to secure the back of them to keep them all together and then I I just put it back in the frame. I don't know why I did this now. I should have waited so don't do this part now because I also used popsicle sticks. You know I cut them out to secure it in that frame knowing that I was going to be stenciling this, so you want to stencil your popsicle sticks first and then put everything in the frame.

I did it totally backwards here but I found these little mini stencils at Dollar General and they are so stink cute and they have so many different sayings I hope your

general has them too and if you are making mini signs these are perfect and you get so many so So I took out the saying I wanted and just put it on the palettes. popsicle sticks inside that frame now again, like I said, you'll want to do that first before you put your frame together. Dollar General has the pack of these with the different sayings, but they also sell the pack of arrows, frames and things to pretty up your little sign with that, I bought both packs and I'm going to put a little arrow on the bottom of this.

How cute are those mini templates for my little projects. I was very excited, so once you're done with this part. what you have to do is put that little label holder back into your frame and you will have the cutest farmhouse sign for a foreign
