It's actually made up of very large chunks, usually a large dollop of feta cheese with the bell pepper, chunky tomatoes, and onions. It's amazing and let me tell you to be careful when you eat the salad because these olives have pits and they wouldn't. it would be the real deal if they didn't make it and they make it it's amazing the feta cheese gives this such a beautiful acid if you like the crunchy bell pepper crunchy the tomato very juicy and then the vinaigrette here very light with a little bit of oregano fantastic and The tomatoes are perfectly at room temperature, they are warm and all the flavors combine very well.
This is a perfect start to a dinner at eurostumoria. Now for my next dish, tonight we'll have tzatziki, which is beautiful, if you will, that we're familiar with. which will be classic Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, a little bit of vinegar to help it really come together and of course a little bit of pastry and an olive and why not put it on some bread, a classic way to start a meal. this thick and delicious if you don't like greek yogurt you will like greek yogurt because tzatziki is one of my favorites and you can easily make it at home the tzatziki is cold the cucumbers are fresh you get that bite from the yogurt and the vinegar and then the surprise ingredient dill gives it such a beautiful freshness it's a hit, get the tzatziki now tonight's main course is probably one of my favorite things to eat in all of Greece and it's lamb and greek zucchini that has been beautifully sautéed in a ragù of braised lamb, these are actually pieces of lamb braised in a tomato ragù over this very unusual sautéed zucchini, it looks fabulous and melts in your mouth, the tomato is so rustic and earthy it's fabulous and I found my firstpiece of lamb that, oh wow, look at this holy smoke, oh my goodness, this is a whole damn leg, look like this, this really is lamb zucchini and the best part is when you go in and pull it apart perfectly braised, look at that fall. boneless if you don't like lamb there is no better place to try it than in Athens, Greece, in dieros tumoria wow, the lamb is perfectly cooked, tender it melts in your mouth, the tomato ragout is hot with the zucchini, this is a dish that you can't miss and bonus, you will enjoy live Greek music where you can dance zorba, of course, if you don't mind showing some moves in front of a crowd of strangers, dinner at yaros tu moria is the perfect evening for an authentic Greek tavern experience in Athens and don't get dirty.

I didn't personally know that Greece was producing Sonia blanc. Secondly, it is a good quality Sony Black.
It has the typical vegetables. It is a crisp wine. It is very refreshing to look at. In the company of the salad, it is a perfect wine for education, highly recommended and I think that was the perfect explanation, so let's enjoy our salads and then the most beautiful soup and of course it is soup in a shrimp show and slow cooked vegetables adding the hot bisque so I have to say I was impressed with the presentation and then it went up a notch because the broth came and not just any broth but almost almost a consummate one it looks very beautiful so we have shrimp green, we have the pink. steamed shrimp we have kiwi we have mango and maybe we have a little bit of kiwi reduction or some kind of chive oil and look at that seafood and shrimp broth wow spectacular so Vicky just shared something really interesting with me because as you heard , I mentioned the green shrimp vicky take it so that the green shrimp are raw and were in the middle of the bowl so when they pour the hot consummate on top it cooks the shrimp so that they are perfectly cooked when you put them in your mouth it is delicious and the Last thing you want is overcooked shrimp so that they are perfectly cooked in the broth.
It's delicious. I can't wait to dig in and one really interesting thing that happened when they poured the broth in here is that the chive oil in here actually formed little pockets. the bubble pockets are a work of art, of course, we are in Greece for dinner rack of lamb with pistachio crust and grated potatoes, roasted pear and the most sticky to your bones, a good lamb sauce out of this world, okay, so dinner has arrived and we have the lamb and I love lamb and it's not just any lamb, it's a rack of lamb with these beautiful not shoelaces, they're almost like grated hash, but fries with hash fine with pistachio crusted lamb with this beautiful uh what looks like a brown lamb jus reduction and I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it looks delicious and we're going to start making it.
It looks like maybe a pear or poached fruit. I'm not sure we're going to try it and see what This is like, and you know, every time they serve you a bone in a restaurant, you're allowed to pick it up and go to Fred Flintstone, so let's go to Fred Flintstone in the land of the stone in Athens in Horizons and we know that it will be so. pretty good, you forgot to say it's not over yet, look, you're chewing on the bone, paula girl knows what she's doing, this is a really good rack of lamb, it's fabulous, it's tender, it's rare, the pistachios give it a wonderful nutty and earthy flavor. and what I love about this juice is that it's actually more like a perfectly salty and perfectly seasoned sauce, it's really delicious.
I'm going to take a little dip again and we're going to suck the bone, so I have to say it because you know me. wow and I'm looking for my napkin this is so good the fat on the lamb rock is fabulous the sauce the potatoes at this point look so good crispy light delicious with the little bit of red I have left from the syrah mixture dinner is a gift No you get in, thanks for watching and remember to subscribe, like, comment and share the video.
