MOW - Can we get this 4KW Onan generator running?

All I have to do is take this side cover off to get to the oil pressure sending unit, so that's what I'm going to do, clean it out, put it back together and we could run it. a little more and miss daisy has come to help I don't know how much help she can be but she's going to help us come here girl come here what are you doing what are you doing well I give her a quick cleaning which means I put in minimal effort because I hate the cleaning, so I think we're going to turn it on, let it run a little more and maybe hook it up to the fan, let it run for a while, well I'm glad we got the old one

just out of curiosity. I have my little kilowatt meter here. I'm going to plug it in, plug it in right there and turn it on and let's see what kind of cycles this thing is getting, let's see how close it is to 60. Well, as you saw, it was 70 cycles per second which is not going. to run it will be 60, that's why we also have 144 volts, so I'm going to make a little adjustment to that governor and then we'll see if we can get it down to 60.

That's better than it was. If I don't get 60 hertz, it will run at 59 or 61. So I chose to stay at 59. Oh, it'll be fine, but wait, there's more. I rebuilt the rudder that I stole the spark plug from last year. Give it a spin and it will still start. I think it's probably ready, so I'll get this one up and running. I bought some rtmv. I put it inside and out.
