I hope you are well enjoying my time here in Las Vegas but also working outside and it's really great to be able to take some time and enjoy the rest of the afternoon, today is Friday and as you can see it's late and getting dark in Las Vegas but that's good because on Friday night I heard there was a fantastic

Thank you so much for joining and getting a little hungry. In fact, this is not the first time I've been there a couple of months ago. I took a trip to South Point and had a fantastic experience there, lots of food and of course the people there, but back then unfortunately halfway between the crab legs and some of the desserts they were called back and I had to go back to the hotel and finish it, so I couldn't really share that experience, but I hope this time is different. It was a quick taxi ride and we're here at South Point and it's a great experience, a beautiful entrance, let's get in and having been here before, trust me, this is going to be pretty spectacular and if I remember correctly there's a bit of a lineup and I didn't come here early and that's a mistake and I think we'll be in the center of everything and I can see it up ahead, that's the Garden buffet and this is the infamous lineup when you don't get there early So many people in line Hi guys, Hi Donna , how are you?

Oh, really good, too much time per hour. No way, yeah, okay, so I still have some queues to wait for there. There are such fantastic people, but look how long this line is. It just goes on and on and on. I think the Garden Buffet is halfway into the

so it's pretty big and it's all oh my gosh and it's longer it wraps around so again the words. of wisdom, listen to Bill and Lisa get there early otherwise it's like a three hour line finally at the end of the line so Garden Buffet is right down there and if the line goes by and turns a corner and comes from this way, so I think.

Okay, I'm so glad to be at a wonderful table, really fantastic people here and to top it all off they have a drink right at the table and a nice glass of champagne and I can't think of a better way to start the buffet for the second time , greetings, mmm, very refreshing and With that, I think we'll see it again. This is my second time here and I'll show you what it's all about.
It's great, so the buffet is pretty great. It extends from one end of the room. Seafood to the other extreme. where they have all the desserts and right in front of us is a wonderful salad and

seafood

station so this is pretty lively and it should be because they certainly are generous with all the seafood and the whole crab list number three for the steamed crab. But let me take the plate first. I think I'll start right in the center. There will be salad and seafood for the first round and more and more rounds to start, we have the cold seafood with the shrimp and crab legs. but from experience I'll skip them because the hot ones are coming and I'll look at the salad station, so some greens and some chicken salad.
I think I'm going to have some of this because we need to start breaking up the monotony of that wonderful seafood, but there's more salad, some broccoli and kale salad, ambrosia, it's uh, I don't know, I think I'm going to skip that and I see my favorite salad coming, dad, have some of this, uh, and we're about to Around the corner and here we see the cold seafood again, a couple of shrimp and some dungeon scraps and there back you saw the snow crab, but this line here is for the hot crab legs and they're pretty generous with that and while we wait.
Line we can peruse, we see a huge pot of shrimp and I think they are making some pasta and shrimp tacos, which I think I will definitely choose, but first the seafood, we get some oysters, but we will definitely choose. the crab oh, can I have some of both? oh thank you so much oh my gosh oh my gosh and more thank you so much oh it's okay there's a 30 second rule oh my gosh Jackie thank you so much you have plenty of time and strong arms this is fantastic so this is the first course and uh man Jackie is certainly generous and let's see what else they have hello David how are you good?
How are you liking it so far how many dishes have you had oh my goodness? they are certainly generous yes yes fantastic people here are three dishes for David and more dishes to come so now that we have seafood let's see what else they have more seafood so some paella and some salmon right on the paella a little bit of Oyster Rockefeller sauce right here and number two, so this is pretty amazing here fried clams and scallops a little more vegetables and potatoes David, nice to see you again, they have more crab, so if Jackie doesn't got you enough, there's more come here but I think I have a lot and old shrimp cocktail one of these ah thanks so this is pretty amazing forty dollars amazing

with all the seafood and more this is the chinese station some fried rice, squid and beef Pad Thai You know, I was going to skip the carbs, but I don't think I could say no to a wonderful bowl of noodles even just a little bit, along with the scallops and some health greens, some broccoli, some cabbage and I wonder what's here as a way to find out, so these are shrimp dumplings and more barbecue, the barbecue pork spring roll and the pork ribs, and there's a Teppanyaki station there with the grill and all the items here and the corresponding items for the Grill set.
Oh, and check this out so I can't say no to some sea bass and there's barely enough room, but maybe right here and a wonderful fried delight with the shrimp and the fish, so let's go for a fried shrimp and one for keep him company and I think that's all so round. Just excellent, Jackie really overdid it in the most wonderful way as we say and there is so much good food here, overwhelming with seafood and I can't wait to try but it's always nice to come back to your table and find something else. champagne before and a much needed iced Dr Pepper, that was a lot of work, okay let's try this.
I'm going to try the sea bass first, usually sea bass is delicious and succulent and you don't want to keep it waiting. too long and this looks quite meaty, well not bad, nice, meaty and with a wonderful sauce, but you have to eat them right away otherwise they tend to dry out a little, very good and I think it's time to roll up our sleeves and go deeper into that. crab I mean, look at this, Jackie is something else and I'm so grateful to her for that and let's try it. I guess we'll try the Dungeness crab first and the good thing is they already split it for you.
Oh, look at that, so it's absolutely effortless and just with a little care and you can recover with almost a whole knuckle, but it's a little stuck in there, we'll dip it in the butter, not bad, one good bite and let's go more, give it a chance and wonderful crab meat and again a little butter oh, very nice dungeon, crab is always good. The good thing is that they break it all down for you and we're going to try some snow crab and we have to investigate and look at this. it's wonderful, it's absolutely simple it's already divided for you and I think we just need to use our hands again melted butter oh and it's sinking soaked in oh very good the ropes of intertwined crab meat just hug and cling to as many of butter possible perfect oh very good but one can't eat crab alone, let's try the shrimp, so it looks very good, all prepared for you, easy to eat, what a hole, how amazing, the shrimp have a wonderful texture, nice, elastic , fresh and the wonderful sweetness of the ocean.

They have been better when it was hot but I can't wait to combine the pad thai noodles with the scallops so we have a plug and it makes the perfect compact bite there is nothing as comforting as noodles and better with seafood and even better when fried oh , this is a fantastic first round, but checking that everyone has great pizzas and calzones and of course the ribs, the roast, the seafood and the potatoes, so I'll quickly finish this first round and we'll take you to round two and three and more cheers very nice the first round was just out of this world that mountain of crab from Jackie Mighty the shelling skills have improved as instead of small nibits and Nuggets I managed to get big chunks in one go and while the bass was a bit dry, that salmon was so soft and succulent with the delicious creamy sauce, definitely went for the salmon but skip the chicken curry which was assertive, thank goodness we have the Dr Pepper otherwise I don't know if we could survive , but since we survived. first round we go to the second round with the roasts and the wonderful potatoes and all the other seafood too let's go, let's go, normally when I'm filming I take my time and it's getting a little late and the lineup is still going strong, but let's take plate number two and we're going to do a B line through that wonderful rib, so we're going to go through the fish and aim for the rib.
That rib looks delicious. Can I get a slice? Oh, thank you. so much, this is generous, maybe a little rib eye, oh my gosh, how's the fish?, oh, maple glazed salmon, can I get that?, oh thank you, the people here are certainly kind and generous in the best possible way and I think we need some. sauces here, okay, a little bit of shoes, creamy horseradish, so we have a little bit of mustard, dill, I think this is a remoulade sauce, but I think we're going to go with butter, caper sauce with shrimp, corn and salmon on salmon. each of them, but with salmon and ribs, we must not forget the potatoes, very rich and creamy, and instead of the normal sauce we will use beef stroganoff as a potato sauce, we are talking about killing two birds with one stone, oh, one little pizza vegetarian pepperoni and I think this has meat too and I think I'll stay away from the bread but the calzone looks really good and what caught my eye was that cheesy goodness oh and it just stretches and stretches and leaves a Go back to the pan, cut it here, but I think the calzone needs a little sauce and what better sauce than a white clam sauce, more seafood and I know it's supposed to go with the pasta, but that's okay, that's it. buffet you do whatever you want half a drizzle here is fine and there's still more seafood because after the pasta you get the red clam sauce and a little bit of tilapia in a beautiful white sauce, it's a little bit here and to top it off a little bit more capers. sauce and then we have some mussels and sausage and peppers and to top it all off I think I'm going to go back to one of the stations there's a crab station but we're not going to get the crab we're going to get the seafood taco and there's a line oh god mine, thanks for stocking this, okay, oh, and we have one that fell off, but okay, I'll take care of that right here, okay, and another one, hey Martha, okay, look at the tacos.

Oh, thanks Martha, so with a full plate I think we're ready to eat, so hurry up on the second round to make sure all the hot food stays hot and now. The crab just keeps getting better and better, big succulent pieces of meat and my skills at removing the shell are improving and I'm so glad they left the butter from the first round full of fatty sea delights, so after all that I don't think I can do more except the third round and that's dessert, come on, let's take a look.
