They just showed up and towed this customer's vehicle with a complaint that it wouldn't shift into gear, the technician said the customer didn't mention how this happened, but they approved all of the customer's states rear brake noise repairs and just Buy this car from a friend. On the passenger side the brake caliper was hanging there and on the driver side they installed a new brake caliper and rotor. but the customer reused the old brake pads claims he smells like a wet dog when the air conditioning is on and it started two weeks ago after the shop serviced the vehicle. the technician found this wet raincoat on top of this dog cage in the back seat this BMW convertible came in because the rear passenger window would not go down which also prevented the convertible top from opening upon inspection the technicians found that The voltage was plugged, which caused a window motor to stop working, that's terrible.

The client claims that his vehicle swerves while he is driving on the highway. The technician said that he is not sure how this happened, since he had never seen us before. This customer brought his trailer in enclosed after touching it for 200 miles because he believes there is a problem with the axle and this customer just came in for a breakage inspection. The technician said that not only were half of the brake order gone, but the wheel bearing was extremely loose. Also, this customer just came in for an alignment, but the technician noticed something went wrong when he performed a test drive and discovered that the lower control arm bolts were almost completely removed.

The customer says that he believes he has an exhaust leak. This customer came in after saying that he had gone through a couple of nails. The mechanic discovered that the customer went over the roof and the nails that punctured all four tires and two other vehicles from the same company arrived on the same day with the same problem.
