For me, having no

code

is being able to build something without having to write the

code

. It has opened up a new set of tools, unlocking the potential for anyone to start an idea. No-code and low-code tools allow us to do real-time marketing and tell the stories that matter to people right now. Looking through all of these stock sites, I simply couldn't find diverse illustrations. I just felt like I wasn't being represented. Who is going to do this or who is going to publish this? Why not me? In early March 2020, it began to change. “This is an obstacle we have to overcome” to “This is a reality we have to live with.” I think we hit a low point as a team where it was almost like we were out of gas.

And when you get to that point where you are in the darkness, you have to create your own light. I woke up that morning and saw a tweet from Burger King about International Women's Day. We really thought we should do something, but we have to do it today. We knew this was an urgent matter. People were feeling the pain right now and we wanted to make a positive impact right away. The company literally did a 180 degree turn. People were now realizing it. And my mind was like *poof*. I created a product that generated a conversation that generated action.

We leveraged no-code tools to create a platform where people can visit this website and leave messages of encouragement and positivity for frontline workers. The results we obtained were astronomical compared to the previous year. Eventually, you will get to a place where you will surround yourself with so many smart, amazing people, and there will no longer be a risk of failure. No-code tools mean we don't have to worry about the how and worry about the what if. I think we'll see a lot more creatives coming out of places we didn't know had amazing people. This is really going to change the game for us.
