This is further confirmed when Sicily interacts with the eye of the patient's lifeless body, the sheets being pulled down revealing that she has been transformed into a husk. With his limbs stretched out, a green mechanical eye remains in his eye socket similar to the one that showed Sicily a vision with this causing Sicily to have a complete journey in a surreal world through the eye he manages to identify the shield of a door that he needs to access. As if the eye preserved and visualized the memories of the employee or patient that she experienced by transforming into a shell, traveling further and arriving at an empty presentation room, Cecily comes across an explanation of cognitive transfer, a method that transfers the identity or consciousness of a person to a robot with their bodies transformed into shells that are used for further testing and experimentation.

The entities obtained store the essence and are used to save a person's vitality, which are then placed inside a robotic host that allows them to have the consciousness of a human being but not the fragile and vulnerable flesh and bones, this explains why What Cecily Newman has no identified sex or blood type, weighs over 1000 pounds and is only 4 hours old. Someone who can possibly communicate telepathically with all the other consciousnesses awakening from the surreal journey. Cecily wakes up in a crematorium room with burning cremated ears revealing that many shells were burned to dispose of them next to her incinerators animated protest signs all criticizing and protesting her cognitive transfer experiments, rightly calling it a murder by looking at her body.

Cecily realizes for the first time that she is, in fact, inside the host body being a robot that has just discovered the atrocities committed deep within the facility and notices a monitor that announces that it looks like the answer to the fifth world war preserving humanity. Cecily feels discomfort in her robotic stomach and remains the same. She approaches the door to get out of this nightmare, a shell pounces on her and proceeds to steal her eyes as Sicilianly as if she lost consciousness fighting to defend herself, she communicates telepathically with the shell, who tells her to just give up and Stop running away, that's it.

When Sicily decides to sleep, waking up in an original human body, that deformed and mutilated body that is now being labeled as a shell, here it gets a little complicated since when the horse closes its eyes it teleports to another area passing through obstructed hallways while being chased by the entity. The entity with the dress appears saying that it is not finished yet, that is when Sicily finds herself on a suspended platform with a large screen that has a countdown and she has the option of going right to the entity with the dress or left. to the waiting shells. being freed by going to the entity with the dress cecily enters another surreal world with collapsing buildings that represent the fifth world war while a husk prostrates being in the center of everything interacting with the husk sicily wakes up in the body of the entity in the dressed as the husk's body lies motionless in front of her, leading her to the heartbreaking realization that she was, in fact, the entity in the dress with her identity transferred multiple times to different bodies, apparently being a rebellious individual who I did not want to.

To accept her fate, all these hallucinogenic trips brought back memories that revealed who she was. Her consciousness being the mechanical green eye was transported to her through different shells and hosts, remembering her doomed destiny and that there is no hope outside these walls.
