May 10, 2020
Now if you don't have a lot of money and you're looking for the perfect car you can't beat this thing, it's a 95 Toyota Camry and it may be totaled but it still works. Yes it has a mileage of 240,000 miles until Be exact the key no longer opens the door so it was tampered with and this is how it was tampered with. The key still works in the trunk for some reason and what do we have here? Well, there is a rope and when you pull the rope again the door unlocks. back door no I'm not making this up now the only problem is the back is broken too so you have to have a fish inside, pull it out man, voila, well there's the rope to close and open the door.

I'm not going to make this up. above, how does it work? Necessity is the mother of invention now, if you want to leave the car unlocked it works perfectly fine, but to lock it he locks them all and then you go in the trunk and pull the rope, it's like a Rube Goldberg. car but it's still going down the road during the black paint is fading it's been touched up with matte black paint you know like I say the broken door handles from the hubcaps leave a little to be desired they've faded and if you look closely close, the paint improves even more on the bumper and of course the broken auto antennas at the pace faded a bit.

More Interesting Facts About,

You can see this car was originally silver and many were painted black, yet another reason why you don't. they change the color of the cars but hey this is a great car it's not painted black it's like the perfect feeder car when we look inside hey the cloth seats uh well we're a couple but the others They are still in very good shape in the back seat. bambina camry, let's start it, it starts right away, hey, it's still very cold, all that kind of tree smell here and being a Toyota, the power windows still work even though it doesn't have any sound, someone stole the radio a long time ago in this.

What one of these is

wrong

put on the steering wheel cover because the old ones, as you can see below, are fading, but hey, it still steers perfectly fine, but it's a big beater car, what is it doing here? Well, you said it has an overheating problem, so let me show you how you can fix any overheating car, especially a beater car where you don't want to invest too much money in cars that already counteract overheating, you do some basic things, open the hood. I know these loops aren't going to work, so let's go. grab a stick there we go that's nice and strong so the first thing let's do is check the coolant and okay it's happening you can't even see it so it's leaking coolant since we just tested we'll fill it with first water, there is no point in wasting antifreeze.

Wow this thing is low they will just evaporate because if the radiators are bad you see someone has tested it new so there is nothing

wrong

with your cap so the next thing we are going to check is if the radiator fans They're working, so get in the car. I have the window open, so we'll turn it on and then turn the air conditioning on full blast. Now in this Toyota with the air conditioning on full blast, the cooling fan should come on soon, we'll see if they work and as we can tell. that ball that spins the air goes through so the cooling fans are not the problem they are blowing there as I always say start with the simple and obvious things first you can throw all sorts of things and then find out that all hands They don't work, the fans do.
It's very easy to check, so you are losing coolant, the fans are running, so what else could be wrong? Well, it could be leaking, so I called it out and was going to press the cooling system, but in this case, when I removed the cap, it made a hissing noise. This thing said every weekend the engines were frozen, if pressure was already building before the engines warmed up, this thing could have a blown head gasket, so we'll go to the head gasket test. cylinder head immediately because that could be exactly it. What's going on? It has 240,000 miles on it even though it's a Toyota, eventually everything breaks and no one knows what owner number this kid just bought it so he could be the 10th owner.
I don't know, we're going to run tests to see if he had a gas leak because if that leaks then all bets are off, he's not going to have the money to pay for a job like that, you just want to put that kind of money into a car and we would stop right there. I have a problem. video on this on YouTube, but basically you get one of these combustion leak test kits. Amazon sells it for about 30 bucks, then you get the block leak and you pour it up to the line, yes it's blue up to the top line. you squeeze it and stick it on top of the radiator then you start the car and do the test you look at the color of the vacuum pump you suck it just see if it changes and as you can see it starts to change color it's not blue anymore it's starting to turn clear and then yellow if it turns yellow you immediately know it was very bad so this head gasket is starting to blow it's not dark blue anymore it's starting to turn yellow so this test is bad and kind of good what?
The test is carbon dioxide, if you have carbon dioxide in the radiator, that means somewhere inside the engine, or the gas from the header goes to the header, there is a leak and the combustion gas enters the radiator, it becomes bright yellow immediately, so it's I'm just getting started as this is a hit car and certainly maybe not the big beater car. I thought it might have been, let's put some head gasket sealant on it and see how long it lasts, so we'll try the rod leak sealant like it says. on the bottle they are totally honest.
I guess it's a good seal. It is scientifically formulated to permanently seal coolant leaks that are the cause of most reading problems in most vehicles. This is the last chance before going to a junkyard or paying an expensive repair bill. efficiently on cast iron aluminum blocks or heads it works and conveniently for us this should only be

used

with pure water, you can't use it with antifreeze, well this thing only has water inlet and outlet anyway so we'll fill it up and we'll run it and see what happens, we'll get it going so it flows and we'll keep pouring it now this stuff is pretty thick so here's a trick you can thin it out with a little bit of water you've got water in there anyway. and then shake it, the easier it is, just remember to shake it so it mixes with water, do a little bit of cycling, not not not cycling, but cycling, what we want to do is have the air conditioning on full so that the fans of cooling are running. let it sit here at idle for half an hour and we'll turn it off for half an hour, then we'll turn it on and watch it for half an hour and we'll do it maybe six times and then we'll let it cool overnight.
Fill it with water and then see what happens as we trap this in the body and just start jumping, sometimes these sealants last for years considering you paid virtually nothing for this car, you're not going to rebuild the engine for thousands of years. dollars, but it would be unwise, sometimes a sealant will last, silica-based fuse type. I've had a lot of luck with that, just like the tin says it's the junkyard, this or spend thousands, it's up to you and we're just going to bet on this one and see what happens when it gets too cold, we'll turn it down a bit and we will go back up, try it so far, very good, the temperature gauge is pretty normal here now, if you look closely you can see a little bit of smoke coming out of the back, a small amount of smoke and I can smell a little bit of burned coolant, but it smokes a lot less than when I first turned it on and knowing how these four cylinder Camry engines work, especially in 1995, I got a good feeling this will run for quite a while and here are some questions and answers additional.
Jesse's not here. 62 sides. I have a Mini Cooper S. It's overheating and no one can figure out what's wrong with it. I have visited three mechanics and then I can. I don't understand why it's okay and I said the fans work fine, the coolants help, you know, I fixed one recently like that. I took out my infrared heat gun, it's a small sensor and it has a laser pointer that measures the temperature and I went to the radio I found out that certain parts of the radiator were cold, other parts were hot now when they are cold and other parts are hot, that means the part cold has a restriction, so there is something wrong, well, in one case of so many, yes, I took out the radiator. and I thought this thing isn't very old, it was only about a year old.
I started washing it and all this crap came out with sand and from what I could understand it was throwing up sand when they blew out the engines they had and whoever it was. worked on a vehicle didn't get the sand out of the engine cooling ducts, so they ended up migrating that sand to the radiator where it settled to the bottom and then overheated, so you might want to check that, I mean, basically you chose the Poor quality of the mini build, which doesn't surprise me at all because I see it all the time in its parts, but that was some strange baggage.
I don't show you how these temperature sensors can be really useful because you look at it as a radiator. see that it's not leaking and there it is, you might think it's fine, but when checking it with one of these temperature guns, if you find that there are certain areas that are cold and the rest are relatively hot, like here it's 200 and it's only 110 .around here you know that the coldest parts have some kind of restriction, there is something wrong inside, there are really independent devices, so if you don't want to miss another one of my new car repair videos, remember to ring the bell.
