I don't know if you noticed that she was a little nervous or she had to release some of that nervous energy and I just wanted you to pick up on something that I notice a lot of professionals do when they're in this kind of situation, which is good, it's a little sterile. It's not the same kind of situation that you would find yourself in, say, when an artist is on stage and you're in front of all your fans and you're singing and they're enjoying it, it's like a very good or family social contract. that you would have with you and your audience, but in this situation there is no audience and she is just singing in front of a microphone and it is a very, very different feeling and it can be really intimidating and you could see it in that moment where she settled down and he sat.

I really need to reset and release all the tension that might have built up in the first verse and he did it wonderfully there, just okay, this is really amazing, he's singing a song and this is really very difficult, okay, uh, when you're in it. I've been there in that environment and I know a lot of other singers that I've talked to who have felt the same way and they've often felt like that environment is the worst place you can sing.
