I need you to never say good night also good morning to you, good morning guys, right now it's thirty and I just woke up my face was very swollen, as you know, it happens to me a lot and last night was crazy, we were answering emails until 4 :00 so I slept for a couple of hours but my face swells when I sleep on the verge of a few hours but also when I sleep a lot so I'm playing catch up on my hydration right now. Stop doing this. drinking lemon water just because there were so many messages about how bad it is for you so for me it's just about hydrating my body with a little bit of water when it's a little bit colder outside it's hot water but I'm excited to the first thing I eat in a day video just for me food has become very important I mean since two years ago basically since my mom and dad got sick at the same time two years ago I started educating myself a lot about food and how it can contribute to basically making you feel. the best version of yourself, just full of energy and I also think it's important that you create food that actually tastes delicious.

I think I follow. It's like a 90% plant-based whole foods diet, so basically what that means is everything that Mother Nature produces and these whole foods are unprocessed and then we create these kinds of delicious meals and I I feel satisfied for the next four or five hours. Elita, we're back in the kitchen and back to lunch. Sometimes I make a big meal like a quinoa or risible plate or even a very large plate of food, but today I choose two types of smaller meals. This is something I usually do when I want to go. I have meetings and I don't have much time, but at the same time I want to get all the vitamins from my greens in some of my superfoods, so I'm going to show you how I made one of my favorite green smoothies. I heard some acidic powder, it has a lot of antioxidants and then I go for turmeric powder or this maca powder. today I'm going to choose maca powder and don't forget that if you used to use Mary powder you have to activate it with black pepper, but yeah, today I won't use that one, I'm using maca powder and this is the milk I use is oat milk, so I'm putting in a big piece of ginger. I add it in my Nutribullet teaspoon and spinach and then that's fine too so I'm adding some building but a side note is if I had time to work out I also add some protein powder but since I haven't yet I do, that's a new word.

It's time to prepare the chickpeas in the base.
