I need you never give a good night also good morning to you good morning guys it is a thirty right now and I just woke up I was very swollen face as you guys know I happen a lot and last night was crazy we were answering emails until 4:00 so I had a couple of hours of sleep but I get a puffy face when I sleep verge just like a few hours but also when I sleep a lot so that's that I'm just catching up on my hydration right now I stopped drinking lemon water just because there were so many messages about how it's bad for you so for me it's just about hydrating my body with some water when it's a bit cooler outside it's hot water but I'm excited for my first

ready for today and it's time to make breakfast for those of you follow me for a while because know I love my oatmeal in the morning but there's also something else that I switch it off with especially now when it's a super hectic week I like to make my homemade very easy on the stove granola it's a recipe that I got from my friend and it just so easy to make super delicious super nutritious so I'm going to make that and these are only videos right here I've got some rolled oats here then we have mixed nuts coconut shreds pumpkin seeds cranberries cinnamon a banana some hemp seeds peanut butter and this is honey from our bee garden and then we have some other mixed fruits like blueberries strawberries and raspberries I'm doing okay I'm starting with one and a half cup of oats that's actually a lot sometimes I do add one cup and then you put it on medium to high heat and I'm going to put this on here for six minutes so it gets a little brown in the meantime I'm going to cards to my nuts how do you see it chop-chop sounds dangerous elements it's nuts walnuts ons you hazelnuts it's easier to cut almost but this also goes pretty good how is the cutting going gotta get feeling real smoothly so you gotta make sure that this is not burning so I like to cut nuts and does them around look that looks great and you look great and also some pumpkin seeds and I'm keeping it on here for another three to five minutes I'm actually...

obsessed with pumpkin seeds lately I think they're super delicious and apparently they're really healthy as well so I even mix this in I said us in everything or I eat is solely like this it's just really really tasty now I'm adding a teaspoon of my dad's honey but you can also add a maple syrup if you want there was nice sweeteners and you don't need a lot just a little goes a long way now you want to lower the heat a little bit and keep it moving the entire time until it sort of dries up and everything really needs to be mixed up well actually adding a bit more just because I'm making a bit more now usually I do a cup and this is a cup and a half so now I'm going to add in some coconut shreds just like a handful and then some Graham berries actually for statement so that's not really me so I'm going to add some cinnamon now as well as already matter than much so this is how it looks right now it looks super delicious and it smells great also okay so I prepared the base right now which is the granola and now I'm going to add that into this bowl and add favorite toppings and that is going to be breakfast also now I'm adding some then I'm adding some raspberries some blueberries a few strawberries these are memories so you don't really need to cut them but I do like to do them and then half of the banana then I'm adding some hemp seeds top of my foods and of course some peanut butter and then lastly some old milk ...

and this is the end results just mixing it all together as you can see this breakfast is filled with a lot of carbs and a lot of fats but healthy carbs and healthy fats and I really don't agree with the no carb diet that many people are doing right now I think that carbs are really really essential for your body and your brains as long as you're eating healthy carbs and that's firmly

I believe I follow like a 90 95 % whole food plant-based diet so basically

that means is everything that mother nature produces and this whole food so it's not processed and then we create these kinds of delicious meals and I feel satisfied for the coming four to five hours are you literally just eating my breakfast are you this is mine babe I'm gonna make yours away these are the left overs which is perfect for tomorrow morning and maybe even the day after a few hours Elita we are back in the kitchen and for lunch I sometimes do is I go for one big meal like a quinoa bowl or risible or even a very big food plate but today I'm choosing for two sort of smaller meals this is something I usually do when I want to go I have meetings and I don't have so much time but at the same time I want to get all my vitamins in my greens in some of my superfoods in so I'm going to show you how I made one of my favorite green smoothies these are my favorite ingredients I have a handful of spinach I have some frozen mango and frozen banana if I don't have frozen mango...
or frozen banana I put ice cubes in because something I see it makes the picture of the smoothie really good but this is already frozen then I add in some hemp seeds which is really protein rich the ginger its anti-inflammatory then I put some of my superfoods in I heard some acid powder it has a lot of antioxidants and then I either go for like a tumeric powder or this maca powder today I'm going to choose the maca powder and don't forget if you used to Mary powder you have to activate that with black pepper but yeah today I'm not using that one I'm using the maca powder and this is the milk I use is the oat milk so I'm putting a big chunk of ginger I'm adding that into my nutribullet spinach and tea spoon and then also okay so I'm adding some building but side note is if I would have time to work out I also add in some protein powder but since I don't already that's a new word blend up favorite moment okay hard to do it one end yeah oh yeah edit some water yes I love my smoothies but I have to go actually tell moti we'll be right back yeah just like a few hours to maybe max tree we will be back really really soon promise see in a bit I had to rush so this is like perfect for me to drink in the car it's so good you guys you don't even taste the spinach and get your greens in it texture is so so nice and it's one of my favorite smoothies and I feel like you guys should all try it out and let me know

I'm back home and I just had a couple of great meetings and now I'm starting to get hungry again so my second relatively smaller meal of this afternoon it's going to be really simple but really quick as well to make two rice crackers which this is mixed nuts based so not peanut butter and the rest of my half banana that I used this morning and it's a honey I'm using maple syrup do this good so have my rice crackers dance this then on top of that some banana slices let's step some maple syrup just a tiny bit and this is it it's really simple but it tastes like dessert that's exactly

I'm going to be doing here I'm using some lettuce as a base and then I always either do wild rice or I have something like potatoes which I'm going to put in the oven then I have some cauliflower that I'm going to steam and why I like this is because when I sit up in the end it makes my cell salad worm and I get my veggies in and I'm like that so after the salads I have a bunch of other topics I have some cherry tomatoes some cucumber some chips and this is my favorite one on this branch not sponsored at all but it's really good in your salad I have some chickpeas I'm going to put in South Africa powder then I'm going to make my own dressing there's some hummus and I'm going to put in some nutritional yeast and there's a garlic powder and lemon and then I'm telling you I love pumpkin seeds I like pumpkin seeds in myself as well as well as pickles and of course and avocado that's everything so I prepared a lot so first I'm going to put this in the oven and then steam this and then I'm going to prepare a torus put the babies in there mmm so

I do is I cut them up and so I love that because it's just easier for me I'm just lazy basically and this is very easy when I eat it I just need my fork and that's it I think a lot of you think is weird...
but actually my mom taught me this and I think it's crazy okay so I have the lettuce here I'm going to add in some tomatoes and then some cucumber and now I'm going to make my own dressing so for my dressing this is my favorite dressing by the way my base is hummus and then I put in some lemon juice already put some in my salad then I'm going to add in some nutritional yeast and I love nutritional yeast because this gives like a cheesy texture to it and then lastly I add in some garlic powder and then I mix it up and it kind of reminds me of a Caesar salad dressing and it's really good of it is churning yes so they're good on one side and then I'm gonna flip them to also get them good on the other side it's time for the chickpeas to get ready in the base I'm also going to mix my cauliflower and I'm just like going to mix it up like so and also in the base some pickles and now it's time for topics I'm going to put the chickpeas in paprika powder and they're very nice and crispy right now and good pot so I don't know why I'm doing this with my hands so I'm going to mix it up in the paprika powder
