, give me a break. He could read like no one knows how to read. That was amazing, his ability to read. If you're going to be president, be the first president with

dyslexia

without a teleprompter. I like that, and I do everything extemporaneously, but you can't go wrong with diplomacy, so you have to be careful. That is a difficult concert. If you were to look back on when you were my age, what would you tell yourself to stay focused and motivated? I think the hardest part for me at your age, literally at your age, at 12, 13, 14, was that I would get so frustrated all the time.

Like frustrated, and that's the word, I think, I mean, that was the emotion, the feeling. It's like "Argh!" You know, I drop the pen, or I can't do this, I can't do this. You know, kind of a bad attitude. I'm stupid. And my mom always hated when I said "I'm stupid." It's okay. You know, but I felt a little stupid. I mean, I, you know, I mean... I couldn't spell, I couldn't read, I couldn't write, I was shy. My head was always down. And so, it was difficult. And then, yes, just, the frustration. Learn to be patient, and you don't have to be perfect.

And make mistakes. I mean... I don't know if my mom ever said it was okay for her to make mistakes, so I'd love to say to myself, "I made mistakes. And enjoy making mistakes." And if she could go back, and if someone told me that it's okay to make mistakes, it would be so much more relaxing, because I was good at making mistakes. But I never wanted to, did I? It's like you don't want to ask the question, because you want to sound stupid, or you don't want to answer because you don't, you're afraid of sounding a certain way.

And if someone just said "who cares", that would have been a pretty powerful thing, if only they had known. My warning to you is to shoot and aim, mistakes are a portal to discovery, you miss 100 percent of the shots you don't take. You know, fail fast. And, you know, enjoy the process. It's okay. Thanks. When you're president, don't forget me, man.
