I'm practically in the center of town right above the market going to one of my favorite little coffee shops not only for delicious coffee but I love the location and the vibes it gives off now but a good coffee shop is nothing without their coffee in this cafe, so it's a coffee in Vietnam that makes you dangerously addicted. we have something a little different for today we are in a very nice restaurant that specializes in all things catholic or salmon, you come here you can get sashimi, you can get salmon eggs, you can get stew, you can get grilled salmon, you can get it whatever you want, you can have it here, you can have it there, I'm telling you, all the options are endless and it has a great history, its beginnings are humble, it used to be a nice little local restaurant and now they built this beautiful restaurant that probably has one of the best views in recent times.

I can't forget how I feel. This is how we would take the salmon egg ingredient and turn it into white bread and butter.
