this is my new favourite laptop...

Well, you will see that when you buy a laptop today, you have a ton of options to choose from and they are all very different, as some laptops are. a great screen with weak battery life, some of them have great battery life but poor screen or poor performance, some have amazing performance but poor keyboard and some have great keyboard but poor battery life, etc., so it's more or less It's impossible to find the perfect laptop, the one that does everything right, and this is what Intel's project ena innovation program is all about, so you work directly with the OEMs (OEM) for laptop manufacturers like Dell, HP, Lenovo and more to achieve each of those components and get a laptop that works incredibly well has battery life that lasts all day has fast charging has boot touch and panin has multiple modes from tablet to laptop to tent and many more, okay, now that we have clarified what is Intel's Project Athena Innovation Program Let's take a look at the performance and battery life, two of the main requirements for a project on a basic laptop.
this is my new favourite laptop
In terms of performance, the Brush Athena innovation program includes laptops that have the latest 10th generation Intel processors and this is actually quite large, so Intel 10th generation processors are now based on a new 10 nanometer architecture , which means two things: one, they are more powerful and, two, they are also much more power efficient than anything we had before the previous 40 nanometer architecture came out with Broadwell, which was In 2014, 40 nanometers is what we had for the last five years, which is why 10 nanometers is so important, but what is the actual performance on this? Well, I said that a project you know is based on laptops, they are at your fingertips and generation processors, but what the Daleks get from thirteen comes with something even more special.
this is my new favourite laptop
You see, the thirteen Daleks PS comes not with the Why series chips, but with the ten generation series processors, which is actually a more powerful version up to 15 watts compared to this one. the five watt zoom nine were chips that we normally get with a wide series and by the way, fun fact, the 10th generation Intel Core i7 processors can actually be configured up to 25 watts, not only that but we also get one of the most powerful. The 10th generation processors that Intel makes are the i7 1065 g7, which is a quad-core processor with a base clock speed of 1.3 gigahertz and a maximum turbo boost clock speed of 3.9 gigahertz.
This is actually the highest-end CPU configuration you can have. In this new Dell penetration processors. these are new graphics, these are the Intel graphics from January 11 and yes they offer up to double, yes, 2x higher frame rates compared to the previous gen 9 graphics and yes, in case you noticed until it skipped the nj9 generation launched in 2015 with skylake. This is another generational leap of 4 years and quality of integrated graphics and as a result we can now play in 1080p and almost any game at medium or even higher settings and get a constant 32 or 60 frames per second.
I mean, look, I can play Overwatch. at 1920 by 1200 which by the way is even better than 1080p on medium to low settings and you still get 30-40 frames per second which is extremely impressive on integrated graphics and the same goes for games like Hearthstone Starcraft 2 and many others . If you're the type of person who's always on the go and wants to game well, in that case any laptop with an Intel generation processor and graphics that Jenny likes can handle this, which is pretty amazing considering the integrated graphics and now talking about traveling. How is the battery life on this really slim laptop?
Well, my unit actually comes with a 1080p display, but you can also opt for a quad panel on the Dell XPS 13 2 and 1. The good news is that both panels are exactly the same. I really didn't expect it, they both have the same viewing angles, the same brightness of 500, the same 100% srgb color gamut, the same contrast ratio of 1202 and yes, you can get the idea, so really the only differences between those two panels are obviously the resolution, so get a pawn, you know, 4k and the fact that the 4k panel also has a DCI p3 color gamut and finally the fact that a 1080p panel actually has less about half the power consumption of the 4k panel and I was really surprised when I first saw this screen like I wasn't really sure if it was 4k or if it needed to be a panel because it was so sharp and bright and the colors just came out like I've never seen it on a Windows laptop before, so yeah, just.
After checking the specs, I realized that this is actually a panel, so it's a very, very good panel, the best 1080p panel I've seen on any laptop, to be honest, and because To this, I would suggest opting for 1080p. option instead of the 4k option because you get that extra battery life project. Athena-based laptops with a 1080p panel provide an average of up to 9 hours of battery life and only take 30 minutes to charge from empty to 4 hours of use. Now, in my case, my workflow was a little more complex than you know, just using Word, but I still easily managed nine hours of this and that's what's involved in surfing the web, writing scripts, and sending Word emails, watching YouTube videos, working in Google Drive using Photoshop, so yeah, site. of Photoshop, a pretty light job and could easily last around 8 hours, so yes, for most people this is a laptop that really has all day battery life, so in this case you know it doesn't matter what project is a laptop with cannabase. you get, you'll always get great battery life and fast charging that should get you through a full day of use depending on your workflow of course great battery life, great performance and you'll be able to do anything from browsing online to editing photos and videos with excellence and even gaming on this incredibly thin and light laptop, but you'll see that there are a few more special features that come with all Priority Now-based laptops and here are a few of them first.
Thanks to the 10th generation Intel processor, we get the new Wi-Fi. 6 or 82, that 11 ax standard, which is another generational leap in Wi-Fi technology from Wi-Fi five or eight or 2.11 AC which was actually released in 2013 and then with the 10th generation Intel processors, we also have Thunderbolt three built into the chipset, this means lower latency and the fact that it will be much easier for manufacturers to include Thunderbolt functionality in their laptops now, if you don't know what Thunderbolt 3 is, it's this port here that which is not USB. I mean, this USB sees. the way Thunderbolt 3 is a standard and yes to sum up Thunderbolt 3 is the most advanced standard in the world for a consumer port, at least it's really amazing, it supports transfer speeds up to 40 gigabits per second and you can also connect things like 5k. monitor or multiple 4k monitors Thunderball 3 dogs that allow you to connect a ton of hard drives and accessories using a single cable and my favorite part about Thermal 3 is that you can actually connect an external graphics card directly to your laptop, yes I'm talking of things. like an RT just one. two terrible three ports, one on each side, and then the third big feature is that Progress Tina based laptops also include two-in-one devices like this, which means having a touch screen and having the ability to rotate the screen to which can facilitate it in laptop mode and tablet mode in tent mode and in stand mode and projecting laptops with dock which are 2 and one also need to support panoramic input Delta cell a separate pen that you can buy and it will magnetically attach to the side of the laptop, the The idea here is that your laptop should adapt to your use case or then you adapt your use case to what your laptop can do and probably my favorite part of the XPS 13 is how portable it really is so at one point With two acrylic Rams and a thickness of just seven to thirty millimeters, the Daleks base 13 is my favorite laptop to carry around thanks to the incredibly thin bezels, its size is so small that it looks more like a tablet than a 13. inch laptop and since it is two and one that you can use in so many ways, it is also my favorite to take with me on a train or plane as it fits perfectly on a small plane or on a train desk and also fits wake up.
It activates instantly so there is no waiting time, just open the lid and go, the battery will last all day and you will have the perfect travel app hub for all types of users. Okay, now that you've all heard what it's like to use a project on a basic laptop like the dog-faced 1321. Here's how you can actually tell if a specific laptop or a different laptop is part of the innovation project and program. Well, you need to pay attention to one of these two z' identifiers to project Up based laptops if you see them in the store or on the product website, that means our project is Athena based laptops and they will all have a excellent performance on both CPU and NGP. one day battery life, a two and one form factor for some models and everything else I mentioned above and much more is fine, so in conclusion why am I personally thinking of the Dell XPS 13 and How does it work for me as a business owner?
I've actually been waiting for this laptop for quite a few months, even though Intel didn't send us and sponsor their entire project, I was actually considering buying one for myself just because of how amazing it looks, I mean look. Those bezels, I know it looks so futuristic and so different than anything else on the market right now and yes, like I said, I was considering buying one for myself because it looks amazing and how great the performance of this really is in terms of portable that is. It's and you know the battery life is amazing too so it's pretty much the perfect laptop the perfect combination of portable battery life and an amazing screen two in one form factor and you also get pen inputs and you know pretty much everything else I mentioned before so yeah I think this is everything we want in a laptop merged into one and I'mplaying everything I personally wanted on a laptop merged into one and since I don't use end cuts much anymore, I still watch the videos when I'm in the office I can use the Dell XPS 13 for almost everything else and it's much more portable and flexible than anything else I've used before and as a business owner I think this is the best laptop out there for business use.
It has a very portable form factor that you can take anywhere you want. You can use it in laptop mode as a tablet with the supports known as TENS. Any form factor you want, you can use it. This includes this and even has a pen to easily mark up emails, sign documents, you're just taking some quick notes, plus it has exceptional performance and battery life thanks to the generation and the processor, and it also has those two three thermal ports thanks to Intel. which allowed this machine to do even more, having said all that, definitely keep an eye out for the ena project identifier when purchasing a new laptop and let me know to come in so they think about the project on a cheer show and yeah.
What type of laptop would you buy in the future? You will definitely project lon based on Tina, but yeah, thanks to Intel for submitting this and sponsoring this whole project. Click the links in the description to find out more about the proteins in the base laptops and the PS 13 daleks. -inches two and one we'll do a full review on this in a few weeks so definitely stay tuned for that too and yeah, that's it, so thanks for watching.
