These Hellcat Redeye's are just insane!

Feb 27, 2020
What's up everyone, welcome to the stinking Euler Productions YouTube channel. Well, the last video you saw, we broke the single stock blower boost record for the 6th gen ZLs with nemo son camaro orange 2019 that we built a couple of months ago here with excellent performance, that's amazing. That's exactly why we bought that car and built it was to beat the record, we did it with less than ten passes on the car and I think it was like one thousand six hundred d8 84 degrees, so the car will go faster once we let's go in. The coldest months here come in the fall, as you all know, I live here in Kansas City, Missouri, we don't have any race tracks nearby, but I am a part owner of the truck called Streetcar Takeover, which we normally do drag races around the country. .

When I go to the events I go to, I never miss one. I have one of my cars with me and hope to be able to do a few passes during the event, it

just

depends on how busy I am. I am back. Last time I took a little vacation. During the week I never got to take vacations except go to the race track for tram taking events, but last week I went to New York City, I went to Washington DC, I had a lot of fun, but not car related things,

just

I had a good time and came.

More Interesting Facts About,

these hellcat redeye s are just insane...

I went back to the shop this morning and the guys bought Dory the red Hellcat. I finished it while I was away, which completely surprised me. He had all the parts stored for over a month and when they returned, they had the car practically ready. to go, we are just waiting for a part for the Haab switch for the booster pump. I'm going to go through the car right now and show you everything the guys did to it. They did an incredible job. Check this out so you can. Look here, we made the top two pulleys, the belt looks a little worn and it's because it was a belt that I used on the Jeep the short time I had this extra pulley here, the reason I took it off the Jeep was because I put a clutch pulley which is very similar to the factory one and they recommend not using this Carlile Racing part, but since we have a standard clutchless pulley on Dorri the Hellcat, we went ahead and put it back on and used the belt that was on it. alone on the track for about a week we did a lower ATI that you can't see but it's down there.

We also installed some injectors of 1500 CC each that are located just below these covers, here just some spark plugs. We also installed a 180 degree. The thermostat right inside that housing went ahead and left the factory air intake in there because the design is so good it's pretty much like a demon intake. If you look here, this seals this part of the hood that you can see through there. that list from Aaron, so a really nice cold air system, that sensor right there, we're just waiting for this block that bolts in here and then we can run a vacuum line off of this and still use this massive factory airflow , that way everything works like factory, we also installed some stainless steel off road jack removal tubes under the car which you can't see here, other than it looks like a nice stock car, plus that extra pulley, they come standard with the green belt, so you don't really see anything that really catches your attention, we come back here.

I want to show you the whole booster pump. Plus, those are the factory subs on the car, which is cool. They make it easy to remove that bolt. that and then that harness everything comes out for a year on the track here you see, we have the nice bail booster pump this was their plug-and-play kit for the Hellcat it came out very well the only thing I recommend is getting the I think it's a ad, it's a billet block that goes here on the side of the blower that I was talking about, but it allows you to get the vacuum source as a boost reference on the hofstra that we're going to take to Dory next.
Wednesday, so in about four more days we'll take Dory in for a tune-up and he'll tune up Dory for us and hopefully make over nine hundred horsepower at the wheels. We'll see, even though he's pretty crazy, we can make these Hellcats. and I don't even have to remove the valve cover. I also see seven updates. Many things were done. I know it doesn't seem like it, but we do what you see. We have the Frankenstein billet intake on the car if you look below. There are the blocking plates for the DI injectors. We are only using port injectors on this car.
We have some 220 pound ditch injectors custom made by Dietz Works that will be installed on this car. We have them sitting there. a box, we also have the long feet, we also had the custom painted Frankenstein rail in long beach blue that will go in here and that will look great guys when everything is off. I went ahead and had the water pump powder coated thermostat housing. powder coated that's a billet thermo MP thermostat housing right there so I went ahead and powder coated it black as you see here we have this awesome looking Texas Speed Billet LT valve covers on the car, so things are moving along with us.
We're going to install the Crawford Racing Holley Dominator harness on this car while we break it down, but Ray will be here in a little while to start working on it again tonight. Hopefully we'll have this up and running here very soon. walk in the door right now and see how it sounds. I'm quite well. I know my Jeep sounds much better. oh yes, very good. oh yeah, Dory sounds amazing with the stock exhaust, as he can see. Here I have the blower for the C7. Let's I'll be screwing that tonight. I went ahead and made the cover shiny with a coat of black gloss powder, which turned out really nice.
We have it on our Hawley display, there are still a lot of parts to put on the c7, another item that arrived. that's going to be really wicked is this court is performance c7 5 gallon cooler tank guys don't judge me here this is a mess back here these tanks are going to go down there in that cubby and they're going to sit nice and flush right here, like that way We still can't have anything in between. It will be far from all fuse boxes. It's just a very nice piece. Quartus ships this with all the accessories, all the hoses, everything you need for your C7.
These guys do amazing things. Run one of their ice boxes on the zl1 and it works amazing and the fit and finish is amazing, as you can see the amazing stay is back. This car visited us a couple of times since the new owner bought it from me and this time it actually came back for a twin. turbos, so we were going to put a twin turbo kit on this car by removing the p1 X kit. Basically it wants to take this car one step further. You know the 1200 horsepower range, so the p1 The guy just wants to get more out of the car and will go with the twin turbo kit.
It's just an amazing car, the guys have a lot of fun with it. DC put some racing stars in the rear for extra traction, obviously it's a rolling racer. but he's going to be a drag racer with that twin turbo guy in there it's going to break down once we get it all done and I felt something pulling on the trailer and I thought I hit something well I got out and this is what happens it's like it Broke the shaft or bearing right here. I'm not sure exactly, but it's definitely a problem with the bearing and the whole wheel and drum and everything that's still bolted on is in the back of my truck, but this is the main concern here. look at the damage to the trailer, I mean it's a good bit of damage, I'm not sure what we're going to do to fix it, but you know these panels are layered so you can't just unscrew one and build one. a new one, you actually have a peel-off one and it's a very bad process, but we're going to try to fold it and make it look the best we can for the rest of the season because we have to have this. trailer in operational mode and practically has the office finished in the new store.
Look at the new desk we have. It's from the same company that makes the table and chairs we had here, but yeah, it's totally cool. a c6 for some love, we're going to start working on that next week and then we'll put an engine in that c5 right there, we had a bunch of parts here powder coated because a friend of mine is actually doing it. All these things here are coming back to this car. They rebuilt the engine. It's a super clean supercharged C5 car. We are putting the e85 into Dori for the first time and Justin tweaked it a little today he says it's good.
Putting it at 85 and driving it only has like 7 degrees of timing right now, but he still feels very strong, we'll do some surveys once we get him tuned on Wednesday. I just don't, I don't know, I'm not too crazy. you know, do it until you know it's 100% perfect, but full of air it seems good, the times are obviously low, it's 7 degrees, but it's generating 21 pounds of boost, so that's really good, we'll drive it in the 85, look. How are you all doing? We're here and we just tuned in right now, he's getting ready to tune in. Damn, I can't read I a ka Dori and we're going to put the test bench here in just a few seconds to see what he does, but right now.
I've been running a basic tune for the last few days and it works great, so we'll see what it does on the dyno. I think it will make over 900 horsepower, we'll see. Yes, no joke, Dori received factory admission. Still, just because of how good the design is, there's really no reason to take it off and put an aftermarket one in there because we'll get the size of that thing and plus it's already open, you already have the real cold air on your belt with this Carlisle oiler Racing. It's crazy that it almost wraps around the pulley.
Well we've had an amazing day here with just thun thun in the red eye, we've probably done over 30 poles, I kept wanting to turn off the power. with the amount of power the car was doing 12 degrees and below at the time anything below anything above 12 degrees was fine I wasn't happy so we finally figured it out one of the things we basically just we discovered in the melody we finally got. However, we're going to do another pull right here now that it's a little cooled down, lots of dyno pulls during the day in the car, back to back, it's almost so hot there's no way to cool another one down and just go drive it . for a while, ice it again, but we don't have time for that or just trying to make sure it's okay, so we'll go to another pole right here and see what Dory does, but anything over 900 will be great, especially with what Soggy heat it is, it's over 150 on the i-80 right now, it's hot outside, it's humid, plus doing all those pulls back to back, back to back, I finally got it and it's getting late in the day.
I'm ready to get out of here. I say we've made 916 horsepower and almost a thousand pound-feet of torque. That last pole, very, very nice, thanks to Justin for being here all day today, get in this tuned car, it's been, it's been something like that. a nightmare, the red eyes are definitely different than a normal hell cat or a track hawk, there are a few different things in this tune you just have to do trial and error as you go, it's been hot today but we have Dory tuned, I think it'll probably get a top 9 if it really cooled down and the I ts were still super hot, they're just because they've been back to back, we let it cool for like ten minutes in there with the bad ones on the blower, but that's it, let's Get out and enjoy Dori and get her to the track as soon as we can.
I just sold a mohawk. Mohawk right behind me is actually tied right now. It's a A friend of ours on the streetcar took over Justin Sommers, he lives in Colorado, in the Denver area, he came up to me on the streetcar took over Denver and I said, hey man, you want to sell that land, Hawk , and I told him not now. I want to sell it I don't want to sell it well I found something else I want and sent him a message. I said, Hey, you still want to buy this. He says: Yes, I will buy it, so he came and got it.
Leaving everything so it's a sad day. I love Mohawk. It's been a great experience with that thing. They're probably my favorite vehicles of all time, but if anyone knows me, I don't really stick to anything unless it's a gray C7, but we'll have something. more on the channel here very soon everyone will like it. I know we will. We just ordered our c8 yesterday at the Chevy dealership. They have preliminary orders where they can go ahead and build it. Put a price on it and it puts you in a system. So when they accept the orders they go in automatically, so I did that yesterday.
I won't tell you what color or the options, you just have to find out when it appears. Well, I won the first one. The Kansas City guys, when he shows up, I'm really excited about that, but Mohawk is gone, it's been a lot of fun, everyone enjoyed watching the rock videos. I enjoyed making them for all of you and the best approval for the Senate was 10 - out of 134 us. There probably could have beenachieved this fall, but here at Killer Performance we are into bigger and better things with product development and basically we are aware of what platform we are working on, we want to try to be experts in each unique platform, well, I don't want to learn with someone else's car, I'd rather buy our own and then learn about it, and you know, do it that way and that's the right way to do it when you ever have a store.
You took a car you've never worked on before and you're just improvising it on someone else's car. You want to do it in your own car that way. If you screw up something, it's in your own car and you can learn. Your own dime, your own dollar, that's the right way to do it. That being said, you'll be purchasing our new car here probably within the next week and obviously we'll have a video of it and put it on the channel, you all just saw the red eye, we're almost done with the red eye, let's do a few more things to it and take it to the track, run, see what it runs but it breaks, it's very fast so I can't wait to get that going with Dori taking it to the race track.
That's it guys, thanks for watching, make sure you hit that subscribe button. Bell notifications that way you see all my videos every time I post them. They post a video a week but I'm busy and to be honest I love them but this YouTube thing is not my full time job. Of these other guys who make videos, I make them in my free time whenever I have a minute to do this, but I hope you all enjoy it and I'll see you next time.
