There's still some random explosive loot, but not much else left as it was never completed regardless of still being pretty cool to see at one point in development the courier would have chased benny through these tunnels and into the wasteland josh sawyer commented on this on tumblr the tunnel was always a part of vault 21 the president essentially put a hole in the wall between the vault and the upper parts and another hole outside the vault cut the strip is this way of getting up and down the strip without having to walk the strip and go outside the doors that i would notice mr. house knew jorge salgado designed vault 21 so i had to ask him about the scene from the chase that's correct the idea was that a tunnel connected to v-21 would lead all the way past the walls of the strip down and into the wasteland an escape route for benny he can still escape ar from you, but we knew about the chase segment that takes place in v21 more than lack of time, it just felt better chasing npcs through levels with transition loads and everything is ' The most elegant thing is that there are three notes from before of the war that they were supposed to appear somewhere within 38 lucky.
