The New Bunker Addition is So AWESOME!!! and the strongest thing I've ever seen

Mar 04, 2020
welcome to outside the ranch, she recently saw a video where she was walking through this warehouse showing you all the new frames that happened and she just happened to be wearing the exact same clothes and that's because it happened to be today. I just want the video. It's going to be a billion hours long so I decided to split it into two videos so I gave you the walkthrough in the last video and today we're going to start working on these stairs so we don't have to keep warping all the way up there. or I could just walk up those stairs over there, but eventually we wanted stairs here, so I got my friends to weld the entire fence around the property that fence that fence that fence that fence that fence that fence that fence that fence that fence that door that fence and they're on their way over here now with a bunch of metal and we're going to start putting this up so we wanted a really cool staircase, like metal and wood, so it's going to have a huge C channel that's going down both sides. here.

I think we're going to put another beam in there just to make sure it's super heavy and I think it would be supported by that one over there, but it's wood on one side and I thought, just in case, let's go ahead and throw another one in. a big square tube on the other side and that

thing

fall over, it's going to look so good we want this to have a very industrial look here and so these big eye rays are going to be exposed, we're going to have a big metal railing for everywhere around here here over there right there what they're doing they also have all the metal for that too and that's why they're starting today it's not going to be done today but we're going to start building a staircase and some railing and get this place started. join step by step hey, it wasn't recording, can we push it back and do it again?

Check this out, so Brandon and Cameron from CB Welding built this in their shop, all custom just for In this job, you've got a big old seat channel right there, a bunch of angle iron going up and the pieces of wood just fall together. They'll sit on each of these

thing

s and then have a bunch of square tubes for the big railings on top. and a little accent one and then one at the bottom and then some big ones for the rails and then some smaller ones in the middle to keep the kids and the dogs from falling up there and that railing will go around the whole top matching with she.

Also, this is kind of learning as we go, we're trying to figure out how to set this up here, we don't want to remove anything from the frame, we don't want to scratch the floor because I think we're going to have stained concrete here, so ideally we don't want to mess it up. no floor and we can place this thing here enough to weld this corner to that giant piece of metal over there and it should look pretty. sturdy with that and will come to put the other support on as well, so now we're just trying to figure out how to raise everything up.

I guess they'll actually screw it together and both use that wood. First you have big holes here and that big flat piece, so you have to get up in the air and screw it in without scratching here. Also, we need to get past this forklift. It's a bit of a narrow door, so we'll have to. to take out the interior studs I think we just take out one stud on each side and this thing will fit. We could do it. You'll make it? Is it good that you don't come any closer? I mean, I was just going to pick it up.
I've been working out a lot, but Meredith's stuff from Hey Girl, I showed them your office in the last episode, I showed them your private bathroom, you really fancy it, that was it Stephen, yeah, Stephen insisted we do that one, this one is the deal, mayor, when you need it. To go to number two, I'm going to your office mm-hmm, will you stay until we try to lift this in the air? Yes, it's going to be interesting. We also talked about making cable railings, you know? that's called cables, right, we had decided to use this just to make it easier, so we have to join all those cables and everything I like.
I like this look. I think it looks more industrial than if it had the nice wires that our kids run up the stairs there are a lot of places without railings we should probably take them down because it's like a 12 foot drop onto the concrete they're definitely running they're running there high five you smell sweet can I touch your hair? It looks so pretty, why not Lincoln? High five, right? Come on, I was thinking about Christmas next year, instead of going all Max Pop or something like Spy, they have boards. The children liked cardboard boxes. They have moved on to more things like. wood now the puzzle of figuring out how to lift this thing in the air we have the stairs secured with six bolts they will actually be much more secured eventually we are going to weld to that post and there will be another metal post on top there they will be welded and there will actually be a couple of more bolts here too I'm going down the stairs I'm doing it I'm doing it I'm doing it and it didn't fall look at this Look, this is cool, it's very uncomfortable to walk on an angle iron, man, that looks so good, very good, you like the mirror it looks great very happy with this today let's go ahead and fast forward to tomorrow wow welcome my hands are cleaner and everything is fine look at this so Now we have the railing up and like for the most part, it's all primed, so you can see that our staircase is prepared right there, we have the railing going all the way around here, they have nice nice welds, the railing looks great. right here, coming up to the stairs here and then there will be another railing here, we're just going to say what to do now because it probably needs to go on top of the floor, so we can put the railing up temporarily for now. and then I have to take it out every time I put the flooring over this subfloor, but look at that.
I really want to learn how to solder and I know you just need to do it like I can solder but I can't do it well. I really want to learn how to solder it, okay, I want to make something for these guys. These two guys that came and built all this are two high school kids. They are 18 years old. Students of the last year of high school. They did all that plumbing. close, I am very impressed by the high school students who are motivated and have that entrepreneurial spirit to go out and start a business and do this, go to work, they worked so hard, so fast and did such high quality work for us, both on the railing. stairs and all the fencing on this whole property and I want to give these guys as much work as possible so I want to use them too let's try to help them.
They have an Instagram account called CB Welding. here also the link in the description below PF like 500 followers on your account right now I want to get to 10,000, let's do it, let's do militia, let's go and take them to 10,000, anyone in the mountainous area that needs some work, these guys will do it. They will do it and they will do it fast and I realize that I will probably blow them up and then charge me a lot more. I will never come here and work for myself again, you will use them, but I want these two. guys, be successful because you deserve it, there are such hard workers, so demolition go to his Instagram account follow him, like him, comment, tell them oh good job you are doing let's exploit it thank you thank you all for caring the ranch and all this great.
Things we are doing here in the Bunker Branding 2.0 project. I love you. Oh shut up.
