first answers. I'm going to add to the carbons the

weight

of four of these oxygen atoms, they're going to come out with the carbon, so check that up there and I'm missing two, so we're going to double check that with the hydrogens because they're I'm going to come out. with some hydrogen and now I can calculate the ratio of carbon dioxide to water from my fat, so there are the totals and now we just have to divide it by the total and we get that 84% will come out as carbon dioxide and 16% will come out as water, so here is the answer to my big question about fat: 84% of fat is exhaled 16% is excreted as water somehow it can be in urine and in feces sweat, that means 10 kilograms of fat turns into eight point four kilograms of invisible gas that you exhale, that's amazing every time you do some exercise and your breathing.

The pace increases, you are losing more

weight

than when you are sitting and you are not breathing as fast and one point six kilograms will come out in the form of water, now we don't know if that comes out in your poop or in your where and in your sweater between tears because you cry a lot , who knows, but now I have some frequently asked questions that I need to answer because there are a lot of, well, there are three main ones, one, I can just circle one more breath, everyone asks me right away. You can't sit up and breathe anymore, but it's called hyperventilation.

More Interesting Facts About,

the mathematics of weight loss ruben meerman tedxqut edited version...

You have a coaxial 4c 55 h1 Oh 406 coming out of the fat cells, they're called adipocytes, and to do that, biochemistry made it amazing what actually happens. It is a long story. but first you need to eliminate them by moving more or eating less, you have to deprive yourself of energy to start converting these large fat molecules which are broken down into three fatty acids, each of which is called triglycerides, but they have to be separated before they can leave of the cells, of the hiding places they live in in your bingo wings or your double chin or your butter, your muffin tops or wherever it is, it's hanging out there, it's not going to come out until this hormone breaks it down into its fatty acids, enters the bloodstream and can then oxidize them. beta oxidation great long story really complicated amazing that we know, but question number two is: does weight

loss

cause climate change?
the mathematics of weight loss ruben meerman tedxqut edited version
Well, this is another really disturbing little thing because it means that people don't understand climate change, they just don't understand it, because if you did you wouldn't even think that, but people think that, why doesn't it cause climate change? Because food was produced by plants. in recent years and the way it did it was it took sunlight and attached water to carbon dioxide. When you eat, the energy is actually sunlight, it was put there by the Sun. If I wasn't right, I'm not right. I'm a hippie but I'm almost a hippie because I think this is amazing, you eat sunlight, that's the energy you get, but it's modern sunlight, when you burn fossil fuels, that's ancient sunlight, it's locked up in the ground as carbon in wood, dead wood, ancient fossilized coal and oil are ancient dead fossilized bugs that lived in the sea that did photosynthesis that died that were buried that eventually converted all of this does not cause climate change and the fact that people do not know it means we should teach them more about climate change no I wonder if there are so many myths about both things.

There are myths about weight

loss

. There are so many diet gurus out there. If they didn't know this, are you going to trust anything else they tell you? No, hopefully, you won't stop buying their products. books that pills your garbage why didn't you know this until today? I don't know the answer, but it certainly makes me very, very skeptical of any health claims made by someone who is supposedly a guru. The third question they don't ask you, but they should ask me, they don't ask me that at all, except that the biochemist would be sitting there wondering it right now.
Did you take ketosis into account and no, I actually didn't? Ketosis is when you deprive yourself of carbohydrates when there is no glucose in your blood and you can do this thing called ketogenesis your liver does it and it can convert fat molecules into ketone bodies there acetone is one of them you go to a nail shop they take your nail polish acetone true your body produces those things but you don't I don't want to do it in large quantities because you go into acidosis, so I'm not going to comment on whether eating low protein diets is a good idea or not because I'm not an expert on that, I would say yes.
Be careful because it is related to depression apparently in some articles. I don't know. I am not making any health claims about low protein diets. What I'm saying is that this is very simple if you do what I did and very, very much. and many other people I don't want to get in the way it's easy all you have to do to lose weight is convert it into carbon dioxide and water and to do that all you have to do is eat less move more and keep reading thank you
