There are a lot of notable characters in Call of Duty that are recognizable and have incredible backstories, a lot of these backstories we've gone over in previous videos and I like to call the whole

, from characters like Captain Price to Frank Woods, But what happens when a group of these notable characters, like the ghosts of Captain Price, come together and work as a faction? This is something Modern Warfare likes to call Task Force one by one. Need to know: We have a deal, what do you call it? this

war, but this is a task group that has been in operation since before

war 2 and many of its missions they have actually been on. they weren't in modern war games, so in today's video we will go over this complete hi

story

, the complete history of Task Force One for one, one for one, is a multinational task force designed with one main purpose: to hunt and kill to Vladimir Makarov.

Now Task Force 141 is made up of British, American, Australian and Canadian forces and there is also the possibility of other nationalities being there. We are at the top of task force 141, there are over 85 different soldiers in this task force and all of these soldiers have previous Special Operations experience, whether it be the British SAS or the US Marines. There is now a lot of confusion surrounding the 141st as many people assume that Task Force 141 started in Modern Warfare 2 as that is actually the first time. we see it in the game, however, task force 141 actually started much earlier, so the first time we saw task force 141 it's not actually in a video game or video, it's in a comic, yes yet didn't you know that the ghost actually has a set of comics that were released before Modern Warfare 2 and they deal with the backstory of the ghosts and how he came to appear in the comics from the beginning, you see him in a hostage situation, he is being held hostage in what appears to be. a classroom and is telling the story to turn back time of how he became a ghost and why he wears the mask now.

ghost story, however, it turns out that at the end of these comics, the reason Ghost was telling these stories was to delay the time for the task force to 141 will position himself, eliminate the terrorists and save the hostages. At the end of the comic, you are shown the task for the first time. force one for one logo, this was the one from one's first mission. Now another thing that may surprise you is that Task Force 141 was also in Call of Duty 4, but not in the main campaign, as it turns out the Mile High pup is the same one.

The last mission in the COD 4 epilogue was actually a one-on-one task force mission. Now it is never said which characters were on this mission, but it is assumed that Captain Price and MacTavish soap are there. Now there is a misconception that many people assume that this mission takes place at the end of Call of Duty 4 when in fact it takes place just before the events of Modern Warfare 2, before the threat of Vladimir Makarov, this is the task force 1 for the second mission, operation kingfish, this is probably the most important mission in any modern war game and it is not in any of the modern war games.

It's actually a little short film they released before the release of Modern Warfare 2 and it's a mission that Task Force 141 and Delta Force went on. Together it was their first mission trying to hunt down Vladimir Makarov. As you see during the events of Call of Duty 4, there was a group known as the Four Horsemen, basically the four bad guys, it was Al Asad Emran Zhukov, Victor's acav and Vladimir Makarov three. Of the four died after the line of duty, the one left was Vladimir Makarov three years before Modern Warfare 2 in 2013, Task Force 141 was completely redirected. His only mission was to eliminate Vladimir Makarov.

The first mission they were sent on was known as Operation Kingfish. Now in this mission, the four main characters of Modern Warfare 2, Captain Price, the Soap Ghost and Roach, will capture and kill Vladimir Makarov, but once they infiltrate the building, they realize that they don't even is there and it's actually some kind of trap. but they discover that his plans are for the kyiv International Airport, which we will arrive at shortly at the end of the mission. They are trapped in a field and are shot at by Vladimir Makarov's soldiers for much of the task. forces 141 soldiers to die and one of them who is trapped in the field and is actually being shot is none other than Captain Price and the soap is escaping, it becomes clear that Captain Price will be left behind and left at the mercy of Vladimir.

Makarov, tsar for me, the two main takeaways from the short film are number one, this is White Captain Price, he's not at the beginning of Modern Warfare 2, a lot of people assumed it was because he potentially died at the end of Call of Duty 4, but that's not the case, it all comes down to operation kingfish and him being killed or taken captive during this time. The second big takeaway is that we now know who leads Task Force 141, a general named General Shepherd, who will come into play at a very early stage. This largely brings us to the events of Modern Warfare 2, Modern's first mission.

Warfare 2, in which Task Force 1 continues, is known as a cliffhanger when Soap and Roach are sent to a mountain in Kazakhstan to basically recover an ACS module. a device that controls satellites is supposed to help them track and find Vladimir Makarov. This mission is relatively successful and they eventually escape on snowmobiles, but what happens next is a surprise to everyone, as we are talking about an operation that Task Force Kingfish 141 discovered. Makarov plans to execute a terrorist attack on Sakai International Airport, what General Shepard ends up doing is sending an undercover soldier, Joseph Allen, to Vladimir Makarov time and it turns out that Joseph Allen actually has to execute the terrorist attack with Vladimir Makarov, but Makarov is one step ahead he knows that Joseph Allen is on his team and at the end of the mission Makarov shoots Joseph Allen leaving him behind, making it appear that the United States is responsible for the terrorist attack after this task force, one for his job is no longer tracking.

Vladimir Makarov, but to now prove that the United States is not responsible for the terrorist attack, this essentially happens in three steps. First, they follow the bullets to Rio de Janeiro, where they located Alejandro Rojas, who gives them information about what is happening here. Step number two. is infiltrating an oil rig saving hostages and destroying a SAM site essentially so they can fly their helicopters into the gulag step number 3 enter the gulag and rescue prisoner six to seven who is supposed to have information on Vladimir Makarov when they make him rescue to prisoners six to seven is a pretty big surprise for everyone, so this belongs to you, sir.

It turns out that after Operation Kingfish, Captain Price was not dead, he was captured by Makarov and kept as a prisoner inside the Russian gulag after Captain Price got out. from the gulag, then joins Task Force 141 and directly disobeys General Shepard's orders. General Shepherd wants to send them right after Vladimir Makarov, while Captain Price wants to end the war by essentially blowing up a nuclear submarine that Vladimir Makarov owns. They disobey General Sheppard's order and go after the submarine, so when they reach the submarine, Roach and Soap stay behind to defend the area where Captain Price actually enters the submarine.

When the submarine begins to launch nuclear missiles, it becomes clear that the The person who shoots them is none other than the captain. Price and it looks like he's shooting straight at Washington DC. General Shepard uses this as a tactic to scare the United States and show them that Vladimir Makarov is trying to destroy the US now, as it turns out that Captain Price's plans were not to shoot. the missile at the US, but rather firing it into outer space, destroying a bunch of satellites and essentially using it as a giant EMP to stop Makarov's attack, works success

You have two options: send a team of ghosts and Roach: Vladimir Makarov's safe house and another team: a cemetery where Makarov could possibly be, which consisted of ghosts and soap, the first group ends up arriving at the safe house first and when they arrive There's no one there, but they find a huge amount of information, a huge computer system that they can sweep through and get all the information out. but in their evacuation it turns out that Sheppard has other plans, the DSM, so it turns out that the DSM that Soap and Roche recover has information about General Shepherd who sent the CIA agent and knows about the attack on the airport that he wants to get rid of. of this information but he also wants to get rid of the other soldiers who also know it, that's why he executes the ghost and wrote now at this point the price and the soap are in the cemetery and they kind of put two and two together and realize What General Sheppard is trying to do here and what ends up happening is that Price ends up siding with Makarov briefly to discover General Shepherd's location because at this point General Shepherd actually seems to be a bigger threat than Vladimir Makarov, so than upon discovering it. the location, the soap and the price end up chasing him and the rest is history, so at this point the price and the soap just killed a general, a general in the world considered a good guy, so all the governments of the world rejects and considers them. to be terrorists themselves at this point they are working on their own task force one by one has gone rogue and this brings us to Modern Warfare 3 Mana Warfare 3 begins right after the end of Modern Warfare 2.

The soap opera is brutally wounded and need immediate medical attention, Nicolai ends up saving them from their location and taking them to a safe house where they meet a new soldier named Yuri and get soap. The doctor's attention he desperately needs now note that Task Force 141 is now. Working on their own trying to hunt down and kill Makarov, the next mission is to search for a cargo package that belongs to Makarov, so Yuri Soap and Price end up going to Sierra Leone to track him down, where they do so without success. Someone named War Robby, a man involved in creating the chemical weapons that Vladimir Makarov used in the attacks on Europe, now after tracking down War Robby, they end up discovering Makarov's location in Prague, end up chasing him down and setting up a covert operation. to drink. The problem is that even though Makarov was once again one step ahead, he sets a trap for Captain Price, Soap, and Yuri and ends up exposing to Yuri that Giri actually used to work with Makarov. This explosion brutally hurts the soap and what ends up happening next is in my opinion one of the saddest things to ever happen in any Call of Duty, but it's nice so you have to go now, leave me alone, I'm sorry. now after Yuri explains how he used to work with Makarov and how slowly he started to hate the man and finally broke up.

Joining the Task Force one by one, Captain Price takes Yuri under his protection and his next mission is to go to a castle that the Russian forces use as a fire base to learn the location of Makarov and at this time They discovered the location of the Russian. president and the location of Makarov, the Russian president was being held in a diamond mine along with his daughter, whose task force 141 along with the US Delta Force that ended up rescuing this mission is actually the mission that ended up returning to put Task Force One by One in the good books of the world, as they realized after saving the Russian president that Task Force 141 weren't terrorists after all, but there was still one last problem.
