ok before i go on with the recipe i will have the time one of the recipes starts somewhere here and i just want to share with you that the chili powder i use here I am not the owner as through some comments there was a bit of confusion I am not the owner of that company I am just a big fan and support small business with great products and this chili powder has definitely transformed the way I cook so I wanted to share that with you, also if you use this chili make sure you don't burn it when it gets to the oil process because that will make it burn or be done and it won't work. ha or you'll get a b If your sauce tastes bitter, that means you did something wrong during the process. for you guys to cook fast, easy and delicious food for your family for you too, I am NOT a trained chef.I learned to cook watching my mom watching people on the Food Network reading recipes and I really enjoy cooking at home and if this recipe doesn't work for you I would say try again and if it doesn't work then do what I do I stick with it thank you so much for joining me on this recipe now let me go ahead and i will show you how i make the enchiladas for my family and it will be step by step exactly how i make them you can incorporate whatever ingredients you like whether it be garlic oregano cumin and make it comfortable for your home so let me show you well what you're going to do first is you're going to use about three or four tablespoons three or four tablespoons of oil you want to put your pen on a very low heat this is a very important part in this sauce it's very important because if you burned this your sauce is over so we have to keep the heat low to cook the chili well so I have the chili powder I use the chili powder from Santa Cruz and company and I really like this one, so i'll start with half a cup of chili powder and this part you need to practice and fast forward the reason i like this chili powder is because i notice a lot of americanized recipes that add flour and whatnot here and that's not necessary with this guy of chili you have to make sure it cooks it doesn't burn well, if your chili is a little dry all over then you may need to add a little oil just make sure you saturate it enough and if you don't want to use oil don't You don't have to toast it a bit over very low heat if you don't. ok, this chili itself will taste bitter and there is nothing that can take away from that bitter taste.
Oh the third one is starting to smell good, it smells like a good chili for my link. I'm going to add a little more oil to that other tablespoon of oil because when you're hot, when you can see the oil here, you can see it bubbling up and that's how you know if it's cooking or not honey you're going to say hi what's up , hey, good Azimut you work out, yes, okay you were jogging Wow, okay guys, don't do it. I can finish this recipe okay so it took about a minute depending on the heat of your pan just remember don't burn it what you're going to do here now is I'm going to add let me see how many cups of water variety ok so it's about three cups of water and bring it to medium heat make sure you don't have any chile crumbles now make sure it's really well diluted throughout.
I eat a thick enchilada sauce that's why I really like this chili powder once the chili boils and that's when you're going to add half a can of ketchup, Hun's ketchup is what makes this combination taste ok if you don't have it you can make it but I really suggest you paint a few extra pennies on this for this hon sauce so pay the extra pennies and try it with this one it will make all the difference in your enchilada sauce so go ahead and add the Half of that you guys already know my Holy Grail Knorr Chicken Stock and then add accordingly to your taste buds if you eat it a little saltier go ahead and add this is just my easy recipe if you have

stock cool go ahead and add that but you will also need a bit of this to achieve the flavor i have is chicken broth but i am saving it for some other soup recipe this is how i do it i put it on medium low heat and make sure to go in and stir it up so it doesn't stick to the bottom I'm going to repeat this guys you don't need flour for this recipe no flour you know I always say make it home friendly because that's exactly what you need to do to make it home friendly if it doesn't work out and you guys don't like it and use different ingredients and I did, that's probably it. guys want to try these ingredients it's all going to be in the description below so i'm going to put this on low heat let it cook a bit more and show you the next step i'm doing.Mine chile is in a chicken what I put here are three chicken breasts I filled it to cover the chicken with water I put a little salt and half an onion and that's all I did and I boiled it so I think I cook for about 30-45 minutes on medium low heat, okay, I've taken most of it, still removing the bones from my chicken. it just falls apart the more you boil it the softer it gets a tip as soon as you make your chick ken and you're going to use it to have shredded chicken like this that's where you want to do it when it's really hot and steamy because that way you don't have to worry about it getting hard and just soft, right?
Look at that, okay, so I've got the shredded chicken for that shredded chicken. This is what I'm going to fill the enchiladas with. I chopped about half an onion very finely. you don't like onions leave it out if you want an extra seat to season your chicken a little more just sprinkle on some garlic powder you can also keep it out my chicken is already salty enough so i boiled it and mixed it and that's it all you need what's up peace hey that's all that's what you say every time but no how are you doing guys i missed you hope you enjoy this recipe up here just enough to soften them up like something flimsy and this because even though they're soft and you bend them they're going to break so these ones here won't break so I'm going to do this all over my throat Diaz yeah you do this with real our conversation with us it's going to get mushy if they like it go ahead you know I don't like to discourage them from cooking and I like wasting time in the kitchen and trying different things so I'll be the first to encourage them to get wild and then keep it up alright when you turn this off you'll get a little crusty on top don't worry just come and scrape the plate mix it up it won't hurt you i promise just mix it up . so let me see you buddy alright alright that's runny but dick that's where you want to go on alright so what you gonna do now is you're gonna get your tortilla you're gonna wet it you're afraid to do - you're too dirty your hands use some kind of utensil , yeah sorry my mouth is watering right now so make sure you wet it real good and then bring it back here let's do it again this smear sauce is just this red naturally i don't own the company i repeat i don't own it from this company i'm just a fan of their product ok let's go over here so i can show you the next steps before you start making your enchiladas make sure your
oven
is preheated to 380 degrees ok so with this chili sauce that you have there, you should put some in the bottom of your baking dish.I use this glass. one for so many things I only use this one, but use whatever baking dish you have. I don't want them to worry that they can't make it just because they don't have the exact dish they can put on. there make sure it's steep so it doesn't drip don't use a baking sheet that's not going to work this is how we have it set up you'll add some
cheese
add as much cheese as you want how your chicken was rolled so place it right there this it's a cheese that I use from Costco it's a Mexican mix, but you can use cheddar, you can use whatever cheese you want.I really like this mix. It's actually a staple in our family. Just roll up when you heat the tortillas. if it's broken, I'd say I don't want to eat it like tacos. I break half of the shell, so he doesn't want to eat. It has to be done in a particular way. I think this sauce you should be able to. freeze it and take it out when you need it, as long as it doesn't have onions. I think it should be fine because I know onion tends to go bad. I actually really like how my hands turn red when I really do Hands there.
I really enjoy it, so for those reasons, yes, when I make my tea, I wash my hands frequently. so because I don't want it to go to waste and if I keep it I probably won't end up using it so I just put it here so now what you're going to do is pour the rest of your chili sauce over your enchiladas that's why you need to calculate how many enchiladas are they making. so you have enough sauce because you're going to need it all looking at this I wish I had made more sauce but I don't have it I can make some more real quick you saw how easy that was that's what I have to do because I have this cheese to make it right.

That's what he does. I can omit it, but this is how I do it, I add a little bit of cheese on top, so, you know that the flavor of this sauce is very chili-like. I'm a fresh cream that looks like this, just spray it on. on top oh yeah and then if you want you can use the other cheese we put on top we put inside put it on top or you can use Kissel for this score or this I guess we'll find a lie I'm trying initialed us today ok i have a taker here who is going to try this he has actually been wandering around here to try it out and see what he can cut and he brought his shirt because i know y'all were getting offended by that i've been drooling for this fall they say you started as they came out today because you do.
I don't like that sometimes it depends on the mood you're cooking in, like that's what you're putting in your food to make it feel good, right?
