s in New York City because I've been through hell like it's not fun this is not fun it's not lit it's not stoned and like I don't want tickets trying smoked salmon cream cheese today look at me so as some of you may know some of you may not know I am currently looking for an

apartment

in manhattan moving out of my parents house. I moved here after college just to save some money. I thought it was the smart thing to do and actually it was smart because now I can afford a nicer place.

I'll take hits where I get them so I went to my cousin's sweet 16 on Friday and this is literally merch like she merched like I'm literally too lazy to turn around and then I went to View Apartments yesterday which was Saturday and I was just so overwhelmed that I didn't film thank goodness I filmed some of the apartments as landscape and not portrait so I can put them so today is Sunday and I have absolutely nothing planned and to be honest I don't even want to do anything im so tired i say i have nothing planned but then i like my last vlog i had nothing planned it ended up being like a 23 minute video so you know what i'll be alright i'll be alright so i had a very very simple criteria when it came to looking for this apartment like all i wanted to actually put up with on the roads like up here tax dollars at work so im looking for a studio or one room that has laundry in the building that's literally all i asked for but apparently it's so impossible to find because i've been i've looked at probably 20 apartments or they don't have anything why are you riding my ass? get away from me so every place oh my god my hair my hair is so frizzy right now so i see these apartments and they would have everything i wanted but they would either be way over budget or have crazy broker fee, so my new criteria for looking for apartments were apartments that do not have a rate. boldly, you guys have to understand how much money it takes to rent an apartment because not only do you need the first month's rent, but it's like putting down the security deposit for the first month's rent, which is the same amount as your rent, and then, on top of that they wanted me to pay a real estate agent fee of 15 based on the yearly rent let's say the rent was 2500 times correct 12 times 15 which turns out to like the guys which comes out to almost a little over five thousand dollars, so he wants me to give him five grand for an apartment i found online no no and literally like i'm so sick of people telling me there's a 15 fee so i'd reply to these brokers and it would be so ridiculous never mind how dare you ask me how you're going to ask for a fee that's more than the rent, yeah yeah that's fine.

I went yesterday with my friend Cameron and I saw a lot of apartments like a lot of them. The first one we saw was so horrible it was so bad it was so weird it had like so many different different shapes like weird butts like cracks and like there wasn't a single room like random little spaces it was horrible they hated it and then we saw a couple more which were ok but i know i can do better with my budget then i found this place i really liked it had a laundry room in the building had a dishwasher and had an elevator.

I said yes, so I asked for an application and submitted it. that one, so I'm waiting for the answer back to see if I got approved. I'm so nervous. I really hope I got it because I went um I looked at other apartments with my mom last Tuesday after work because I was already in town I found one that I really loved like it was a ground level apartment and it had a backyard like imagine like having little gatherings in the backyard oh so nice applied to that almost immediately 10 minutes later they're like sorry someone already has this apartment so why didn't you let me apply?

Why did you let me apply? and waste the money but you know what i think i didnt get that place so i can get this place hopefully just give me the apartment like just give me you know skip it go there please but if i send them i know. what i will do i will send the agent a voice note and say please i really want it i will we will we want it i think he will say yes after that so when i have something i hope or something i'm looking forward to it's literally it's literally the only thing i can think of so i have to stop thinking about it so i went to McDonald's why not?

This is crazy. bad but you guys tell me to stop apologizing and stop apologizing for my short videos so I'm not sorry but I wanted to give you some kind of update and a video instead of just not posting because I just don't. I don't want to post like you know I'm going to post something but yeah now get ready to move the content it's going to be a ride and I'm so excited like oh life is alive right now and I'm proud of myself. I am, I really am. I made the smart decision and now look I have an apartment that I can afford that's nice it has amenities like this that's all it's literally 9:30 on Sunday and I have to get this up and loaded tonight so I'm going to end the video here.
